I am a regular visitor to purchase the needed house hold things from relaince fresh since it started.
but to-day when i went to purchase the things to hydernagar branch relaince fresh stores there the entire entrance is been blocked with freshly arraived stocks & so many is selecting as they need, i also did the same for few minutes all of the sudden one of the costmer service attandant started shouting the consumers in abbusive language and started irritated, mean while me and my wife both were putting the selected vegtables in proper way where the trolly's is usually arranged, just to take & move into the stores again he came and started shouting in such a filthy language i could't belive for some time, than i realised he is targeting us. than i asked for the manager of the stores where he is not available for more than hour, His name is Mr.Narsingh, even i tried to contact him to his mobile he did't answer .
then the supervisor is started shouting on us & trying to command us like his asisstant, where as their main job is to serve the people & arrange the things to make it easy for consumer, Here it's has become reverse, Now this stores started to make this coustmer service attandant & supervisor to shout the consumer and the abuse the people.

Then i contacted to[protected]/77 Mr. Bharath is said this complaint to given to[protected] so i called to same Ms.Sangitha I don't have any idea about the consumer complaint to booked.
Then i called to Toll free No:[protected] in this number Ms. Vandana, as she claims her self as excutive of the office, she said the compliant will be forwarded to concern persons so they will take action on this matter but how we the people will come to know is really they are going to take any action on them?
Then i asked for what ever the money i should get as a points on purchase so i asked for pay the thins to me, it will make some evidence, for they made me to wait for one hour & then said redemtion coupon's are not available so they said & i wlaked out of the stores.
AS DOCTOR I NO NEED TO WAIT FOR SUCH A LONG TIME IN THEIR STORES, AT END OF THE DAY IT HAS BECOME ONE OF THE OTHER UGLY SOTRES WHERE THE CONSUMER ASK FOR THEIR RIEGHTS, WHICH USED TO BE LAUGHED AT? IS THE RELAINCE FRESH & IT'S STORES ARE PROVED IT IS NOT DIFFERENT FROM ANY OTHER.

This is the story of another victim who had purchased a couple of crabs from Reliance Delight at Kharkhana, Secunderabad. I repeatedly asked the guy about the freshness of the crabs available in the cool box. Having been assured about the quality, i purchased some 600 grms of marine crabs from them and paid through my debit card. The actual saga started there after. After spending a good amount of time on cleaning and cooking, I arranged for a dinner for the whole family ( includes two children). No sooner did we finish eating, I developed some allergic symptoms ( boils and swelling). I felt my head reeling. So was the case of my wife. My daughter has been suffering from high temperature since then. I found no time to confront the retail shop as have been running around the hospitals. Kindly help me in this regard about reaching the right person for the possible redress.
