When we reached your newly opened outlet at Thanikkal juction, Ernakulam at 8.50pm on 13/10/20 the security told me they are closed. And his behavior to me is not customer friendly. In a notice received with newspaper two days before clearly mention the timing is 7 to 10pm. If you are closing before 9pm, what is the piont to circulating such a notice. If such a security is standing in front of the door no customer will come second time.

When i entered the reliance fresh situated in kirti nagar, sector 15, main jharsa road, Gurgaon, Haryana I enquired about the products that were available under various scheme with your manager than and the scheme that were provided for the customer were not given but after sometime after saying that I will complain this issue with your officials that automatically that scheme was available for me. I also want to add that the fraud is going on in ur francise by the manager that the schemes which are only for customers were given to the shopkeepers in whole hence not provided to the customers and are sold to them in low rates so that the manager and his biased staff so that they can earn from it. I have received my American Express Credit card stmt dt 23.10.2020 for my card no.[protected] in which an amount of Rs.7, 493/- charged on 01.10.2020 towards " BD Reliance Fresh-PG Mumbai " . But I have not used my card for this neither online or offline as Iam not staying in Mumbai.

Request you to kindly check your outlet records on that day and rectify the error at the earliest as American Express says it is an online transaction and OTP has been used for this and my card status is Active with them and not lost or stolen reported to them and was asked to approach the merchant.

Reliance fresh ravet pimpri chinchwad outlet made be wait for more than 45min @billing counter inspite of money debited within 5min and didn't gave bill/invoice at the end thus I feel cheated as I was not able to check the discount structure.
Manager response was very unprofessional and have no concern about resolving issue..

The staff or the bill makers way of talking is very bad and this centre doesnot even pack your things for you, they said they dont do that and moreover this centre doesnot have parking facility .

Look into this as this centre is new but the worst service and the staff is also in tolerable . Will never ever visit the centre.

This is regarding the loose and care less attitude of the staff and manager in reliance fresh, i ordered the foodstuff of 614.56rs and made the payment via the debit card, while the amount got debited from my account the receipts was not given to me and I was made to wait for hours in the billing counter, the staff and the manager were extremely careless rude and had lots of audacity.

the manager did not accept the technical fault and kept on giving excuses and said it happens with all the customer.

I had to wait for hours and had to fight for getting my bill reversed.
this is waste of time and money and indeed a very bad experience as customer.

the staff and manager are not aware of fixing and were not ready to accept their technical faults which caused me suffering as a customer.

I want this concern to be fixed on immediate basis as this kind of behavior is not acceptable

I am an ex-employee in the retail sector. I have been visiting this Reliance Fresh Store located at Fateh Nagar area in West Delhi for last many months . I have observed many employees deployed at this store who have formed their lobby and even security staff is also part of their lobby. These staf[censored]sually carry goods for themselves in lowest markdown prices using various smart techniques, I have observed their actions at least hundreds of times when they are billing for themselves for food items, dairy, grocery, toiletries only at 10% to 20% of the marked price of the items and I was surprised when I saw their own family / known members called by themselves to pick the markdown items which are usually billed just as regular customer but it's a planned purchase . This is a straight loss to the employer and organisation . I must suggest that the Area Manager should transfer all the team deployed at this particular store including the security staff and this switching must be a routine and no employee shall stay more than a specific time at one store so that they shall not get into comfort zones as the staff of this store is experiencing presently .

I am regular customer to reliance fresh in Katuru Rd, Vuyyuru, Andhra Pradesh 521165,

I have raised several times complaint against swiping machine but till date issue not yet resolved.

Discussed regarding this with store manager his behavior is too much worst, never seen a store manager before like this gets frustrated and shouting at customers those complaints against them.

Please do needful ASAP.

There is definitely something really crazy going on with some of the officials belongs to the Reliance Fresh management team, not only the team on the ground (each specific store) but also the customer grievance department which was unable to act seriously upon customers complaints.
More likely this will be my fourth complaint highlighting intense manipulations, misbehaviour and product scams/frauds happening with the customers at store specific levels that can be easily understood by the respective scenarios for each below :
Manipulations - It is fairly observable to see unawareness regarding the right/correct information, employee to employee information variations and manipulations of information shared to the customers at times by the store officials.

Misbehaviour - Sadly nowadays one can also find a number of incidents rising trajickly of victimizing customers within an abusive/ bad/ misconducts by the Reliance fresh employees.

Scams/Frauds (product schemes) - This is something very common and most happening incidents from years now where the Reliance fresh store officials can be caught in shaping scams/frauds with customers at the product level, especially for the products in schemes by the Reliance at National, State or Store level, where the store level schemes have been most prune in terms of communicating the real information to the customers., which also underlines some of the possible scenarios as below :

Store officials got special approval to run some schemes in store for customers but strangely the schemes never reached to the customers, which can be of many possible-specific reasons but some of the personally observed incidents are highlighted below:The store officials store the entire or a large part of the marked down article at an invisible location to the customers for their own purchasing at later (after excessive markdown)Tagging and marking down the article at almost store closing time to get maximum purchases by themselves (in-store employees) than the customers.A difference in the marked down price for the customers and store employees purchasing the same product article.
(these schemes may include day to day schemes, special occasion schemes but the most prune are the markdown schemes on articles), highlighting the lack of transparency in sharing the truthful/correct information flow to the customers.These are some of the most pertaining observations I've been personally witnessing and victimized of from years now and again as per one of the loyal customers to the Reliance fresh it always definitely hurt to observe these incidents but more absurd thing is that even after a number of feedbacks/complaints, there aren't any improvements, which definitely make me asks these questions many times that :If the Reliance group isn't any more interested in taking care of the threatening incidents to the Brand?If the Reliance group isn't any more interested in the customer relationship, management and rapport building?If the Reliance group isn't interested at all to the complaints lodged by the customers?

I'm a regular customer at Reliance Fresh located at Kodungaiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600118, the place is not maintained clean at all! There are boxes thrown everywhere and products are all scattered and thrown on the ground, the floors are filthy. The security guard was sitting in the store and having a good chat in the phone while no one was looking after our bags outside! Walking through the aisles with our trolley was a total nightmare coz of all the boxes thrown everywhere. We also found expired products in the shelves tht were cleared out. Cleanliness is really important specially during times like this and not being able to shop peacefully is making me think twice to visit this store in future. I was able to click just few pics of the issues I've mentioned and hope someone could contact the store and have this fixed.

Reliance fresh 8 th block koramangala Bangalore. Has a very rude, unprofessional security guard, who showing his personal vengence and revenge on on us. We are in very respectable job. He purposefully only checks our baggage. Security guard has to verify only bill, why da baggage. This is very hurting to us.

Today I have purchased milky.mist yogurt 6 nos. in which two of which has already expired ..pls do the needful..I have enclosed the photos for your perusal

I bough brij seva but it was test less,

Kindly refund the amount and always maintain the product quality .

This is in regards to 10%cash back offer on HDFC credit card in the month of July2020. I have done a purchase of Rs.1193.15, but still no cashback credited to my card account.

For your reference I have attached the snapshot with highlighted amount.

I registered a complaint (no [protected]) on 14th October 2020, but then also no such reply yet from JIOMART. I have been informed that the complaint will be resolved in 48hrs, but its almost 6days, and no such reply yet. They are not fulfilling the commitment made to customers and also fooling the customers.

I request you to kindly take serious action against the jiomart.

I want to bring to your notice that about Reliance Fresh, wagholi, pune branch.
We purchased Ratalu from there which is pricing at Rs.139/kg. While the market price of Ratalu is Rs.60/kg. I don't understand even if the you are offering well sanitized vegetable, you cannot charge double. This is the number which is registered with Reliance fresh [protected] for ordering.

The repeated cancellation of successive pre-paid online order IDs[protected]M and[protected]M (placed yesterday night) without giving any reason or rationale, though the items are available in the online store are causing inconvenience to loyal customers like me and thus, has certainly created a dent in the credibility of the online ordering process of Reliance Fresh. Could you kindly a) investigate the same and get back with the proper reason for the cancellation and b) provide me with the mail ID of the escalation manager toto take this further forward for investigation of this customer complaint, if not able to resolve at this level.

I wish to inform you regarding the misconduct of your reliance superstore Godda employee A Sikh (dept manager), Guard Madan Yadav and a female guard.
Timeline
1. I went with my family to that particular store at around 6 45 pm
2. I did shopping for around Rs 8969

3. After paying the required amount and during exit because of peeping sound Guard started misconducting with my family member without verifying the exact cause.
4. They started inquiring and took my spouse purse forcefully which was quite insulting later they came to know that it was an old sticker which was on my old purse which was the reason of the peeping sound.
5. As they are working in a store they should know the various reasons for that peeping sound nor everyone is thief there.
6. They are quite incompetent especially the departmental manager a Sardar(Sikh) who didn't have any knowledge of the grievance redressal.

It was my first visit to that store and might become last if sufficient actions are not taken or I will take some legal actions.

Happened at Reliance fresh kolenchery outlet

Descrimination for orange juice at this store. Very disappointing thing happened today noon. I went o Reliance fresh and accidentally saw the buy one get one offer for the b natural juice and for minute maid. At this point I decided for pick two of then one guava and orange juice from the group of flavours displayed. And the ### then happened. One of the billing staff told me the offer is not available for the orange. Suddenly I got a feeling of discrimination. The thing is that I had choosen the two of them form the same rack displayed as buy one get one. I don't know why this kind of thing happen for oranges. Do they are not good to get drunked?. Or do it have any kind of MAGICally power to bring down corona?. Unless why that crap display in the group of offers?. The experience is very bad as a regular CUSTOMER there. Very disappointed for such nasty discrimination. I think the billing staff has an eye on that juice that she needs it at the end of her working hour. Or else what ?. I don't understand why because it is of the same company of the same price and also displayed under the same offer. Totally disappointing. Very bad.
