Hi sir your company has recently open a super store at Nawanshahr today I have purchased more than rs.2500 of different types of groceries.. I want to let u know I am totally disappointed with your store manager service. Because there is no arrangement of packaging of goods. CUSTOMERs have to do it by own .Your security guard and store manager is not taking any responsibility to do it so. Kindly tell me is that CUSTOMERs responsibility for packaging what he has buy from your company. I have never seen this kind of ### any where else. Kindly resolve this issue.

    Selling bad quality paneer (THIRUMALA Paneer)

    I have purchased THIRUMALA Paneer from Nanganallur Reliance Fresh store on 26th September 2020. I have paid 105 rupee for same product.
    Paneer was of very bad quality. That was tasting sour which was not the right quality.
    I want to store to refund my money. but they didn't agree on that. We don't expect this quality and response from Reliance store.

    One item Bagrrys choco which is expired delivered as per 2 photo attachment.

    Your company is irresponsible for that type of negligence. Please lodge my complaint for Your Alwar Rajasthan office. Please change the above items as soon as possible otherwise I will lodge my complaint to consumer court for expire item will be delivered by a big company..

      Today i went to reliance fresh and smart superstore, vuyyuru, krishna district, andhra pradesh - 521165. Outside the shop displayed that 10% discount - sbi card, because of this reason i shopped rs.6113, finally telling that discount only on sbi creditcard.
      And
      displaying bord rate is different and billing rate is different like this vuyyure reliance smart manager misleading the customers. Please take necessary action on him.

        Eff today section 144 crpc is in effect in ernakulam area, and only 5 customers are allowed inside a shop . The law is not clear as to the floor area of shop . The reliance fresh in Kalamssery and kakkanad has big floor area and as such 5 customers in such a shop is negligible and I therefore request the reliance management to take up this issue with the authorities so the customer is least troubled.

        I visited Reliance Fresh at Edappally Toll today at 1116 hrs and was next in waiting as already 5 other customers were inside the shop . after waiting for about 18 minutes, i was feeling uneasy with the wait as already 2 customers were waiting for billing and only 1 cash counter was open .So I told the supervisor that only 1 cash counter is open and there were 2 customers waiting . She said that 3 cash counters are available, but I could see only one . I told her to inform the customer to inform the next customer that he could approach the unmanned cash counter so that i as the next customer in waiting could enter the shop. She said that i may have to wait for some more time or I can leave the place . This was down right rude and I told her so .Finally I approached the waiting customer and informed him that if he goes to the next cash desk he will be attended. And as soon as he did this a cashier came to this desk . I had to do this as the reliance staff was not willing to do her job to clear the waiting customers in cash desk, so other customer in waiting could do the shopping . I also told the security staff that they should be alert enough to assist customers .He was angry that i took matters into my hand to clear the que . He told me that he knew what to do and did not need my advice . I told him that they forced my hand as they were not doing their duty to clear the waiting customers and expected the customer to wait outside till they feel free to let the customer in . Is this the right approach. In my opinion the supervisor who should instruct the security to clear the customers as soon as their shopping and thereby facilate customers in waiting .
        I should also mention that the shop is shabby when compared to other reliance fresh shops nearby .

          Bought 200 gm of Britannia cheese and got it billed along with other items. However, after scanning, I was not given the cheese pack. In a hurry, I exited with all items and immediately realised that have left it behind. When I returned immediately after 1 min, I was told that it was my problem.
          I have a feeling that the billing staff kept it to themselves and I have been cheated.

          I want the CCTV cameras to be checked.

          Attaching the invoice and expect a prompt action and response from reliance.

            I had been to your reliance fresh, natesan nagar store in chennai recently and i opted to pay the bill through my debit card for the things i had purchased, the staff who was assisting me at one of the bill counters swiped the card, after keying in the pin number, i noticed that the pos displayed receiving message, though, the personnel denied me that the amount been not debited, as the receipt was not generated from their terminal (I don't understand why the pos charge slip eject area was shut with bunch of papers), she attempted it thrice and got the same reply, hence i had no choice and payed it as cash. Later when i reached home i noticed from the bank's sms that the amount been debited from my account as well. I reported this to the store manager next day, he replied that he will do something and asked me to share the complete debit card number, photo copy of the bill to his whatsapp number. Sharing the debit card details to a third party is against bank's norms, so i decided to raise my complaint to the customer care, for which i received a case-id. The problem still continues, they had assigned the complaint to the same store manager and he called me and asked for the card number, as i refused to share it, he has made the complaint as closed, which i was not aware until when i received the message to my mobile. I was surprised, how come a retail store chain, who have 600+ stores across india treat a customer irresponsibly, i have raised a fresh complaint, hoping that i will get my cash back.

              arrogant behavior of mr. vijaya kumar - store manager, medavakkam branch, reliance fresh, chennai - reg.

              Ear sir / madam,

              We visited the reliance fresh - medavakkam branch on 27.09.2020 at 09.35 a. M. And purchased some provision items and returned back to our home. After reaching our home we found some of the items is expiry nearing product, especially which we purchased milky mist khoa - 2 no. S. And later we decided to exchange these two items. And we visited the same branch again in the evening around 05.00 pm to exchange...

              If i awaiting outside kids they are safe or inside reliance fresh will be the safe?

              Please inform your security to allow kids with parents, don't await outside.

              All india is now opened then why drama in reliance.

              Another mall they are allocated to go inside.

              Request to u that plz allowing everyone.

                Vegetables in Maninagar fresh srore, Ahmedabad does not knowingly order in sufficient quantity and quality. Employee says our salaries are cut if vegetable fall.Since the vegetable is not in sufficient stock the public has to go back so that the name of the store is tarnished. We request that this complaint to be considered.

                    The quality of vegetables purchased from reliance fresh kodungallore outlet was very poor and the quantity in body spray bottles are not adequate as it was not sealed and every one trying it out, thus the volume goes down.

                    I suggest to keep one body spray bottle, open as sample to try it out by the customers and seal all other bottles

                      Hello TEAM,

                      By this Monday, Sep 21 I purchased "Farm Pearl" frozen mutter with 2 packets of 130 Rs. each from Reliance Fresh shop near Jagnade Chowk, Nandanvan and when I came to home and tried to use them, I was completely shocked by seeing completely "SPOILED" mutters :-( :-(

                      I see good packing quality but customers don't want your packing quality but they really want main "Material Quality". Request you to try to maintain your good repo by supplying Good, Healthy and Fresh Food Material else at one time you may see that such negative customer feedbacks highly impacted your business.

                      Always give Good Quality of Food Material instead of just showing good packing graphics with "Pearl" inside mutter cover and what I see the real mutters inside were completely "SPOILED"...this is not going to happen for you and their company in future. Take is seriously.

                      I request Reliance Team to escalate this complaint to "Farm Pearl/Anuradha Agency", Wadi, Nagpur.

                        I had purchase the above mentioned products from reliance retail limited prasad motor ratu road ranchi on dated 18/09/2020 and today i went for exchange but the store manager had refused to return as he said that very rudely that we don't exchange any goods, but when i insist and shown them that in your (Reliance retail bill) it has clearly mention that any good can be exchange in 14days with proper bill. Finally he closed his words by saying it's refrigerated products and we will not exchange. So it's a kind request please pay attention towards my complain as we expect a action towards the store manager, as i have only issues towards the behavior of your store manager and his service.
                        Please do something as soon as possible.

                                Stores sales girls hide best items till their relatives, friends come and take. They do not display discounted items in their places. THEY ARE RUDE AND ABUSING SENIOR CITIZENS. THEY ADD ITEMS WHICH WE HAVE NOT PURCHASED.IN LOCK DOWN PERIOD THEY SELL MILK TO TEA SHOP OWNERS.STORES IN CHARGE IS THE CULPRIT. THEY LOOT MONEY AND THEY DO NOT GIVE CHANGE COINS BACK. wE HAVE VISITED OTHER RELIANCE FRESH STORES IN CHENNAI. ALL ARE GENUINE STORES. THE SALES GIRLS ARE RUNNING CHEATING BUSINESS TO LOT OF SENIOR CUSTOMERS. PLEASE ENQUIRE AND CHANGE THE ENTIRE SET OF STAFF OF THIS STORE TO IMPROVE BUSINESS AT THIS CENTRE.

                                  Hello, my name is arvind dandotiya ([protected]). I have been a regular customer of reliance fresh grocery stores for more than two year. Today i have purchased groceries as usual, i have checked my bill first time and noticed that the rate of the item is not matching as they text in the store. in the evening myself went there (Reliance fresh store) and the manager is taking responsibility for this mistake. Can anyone tell me the responsibility of the store manager.
