I gave oder on 25/3/2020 for grocery items and they said to me send your list on whatsapp and it's taken 2 to 3 days. It's 1/4/2020 i not received my ordered, i also texted on his number. I only want to ask you if you not able to delivered you have to say your customers sorry sir we not able to deliver. The mobile number of person who takes my order ([protected])

I have purchased three items and did Google pay for brs 112.80 the amount got debited from my account and reflected even in gpay but due to server issue as told by billing man bill did not generated and he made me pay again and then got the bill. They must need to check their instead of making customer pay twice even though the payment was made at first and I showed him debited transaction too. I want my money back asap .

Sir, it is requested that the supply of amul milk gold & buffalo needs to be ensured in the reliance fresh kharghar, pin 410210, as the quantity is insufficient /not available, may be due to lock down, but, amul gold is available in other outlets
Secondly, senior citizens may please be given priority in the present circumstances and the waiting period needs to be mitigated

It is really very shameful that reliance fresh is treating it's customers at this point of time. I had ordered on 27 march and spoke to concerned persons of reliance fresh, but till this time no help. These people tell lies and have no moral values

This is regarding harassment of the employees. I raising this complaint on the asm named (Siddu) in malleswaram 16th cross branch harassing employee to attend the job now it is the situation where nobody can come out where there is corona cases rising everywhere government is asking public to stay at home and thus fellow has been massaging to attend to the job or will be taken out of the job.

I purchased 10 kg Sugar from Reliance Fresh edapazhinji, Thiruvananthapuram.I even remember the people who packed sugar for me and the person who billed.I told the person it is 10 kg but she has put 20 kg in bill.I am ready to submit the product.

Can get refund for it?Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

Went to reliance fresh, green glen layout, bellandur, bangalore and on the billing counter was asked to tender exact change by the lady. She started with disrespectful tone and loud voice on asking if she has change (Which she had). She continued and asked to leave the order there.
Asked for complaint book but denied that too after some drama.
Also this is not the first time this is happening, by the same employee.

I bought amul shrikhand the date was not expired it was sealed and opened the pack on same day itself it was totally roughten bad smell it was totally spoilt
Very bad maintenance at. Reliance fresh kattrigupee banglore the product color had also changed n it costs around 100 rupees which s a loss to me very much unexpected experience at your store

Store 2425 is always harassing customer for payment - keep moving customer pos to pos for billing this is not one tome every-time you shop from here then you have to have another 30 minutes for billing every time pos counter is empty with no pos guy and the store is on messy condition, you have to move -4 counter for payment/card swipe, like billing is at one counter then move to swipe to other counter then 2nd person sent you to 3-4, counter
Note: no information displayed at ny counter as "cash only" or card not accepted. The store manager "devender singh" is good for nothing.

Why don't you shut this sore if you are unable to serve the customer?

I have to submit complaint or review you can say about the relaince fresh in my city sector 4 gurugram. Where people have to wait too much in queue and spending there most precious time in the queue only, because there is only one machine for weight and tag which are applied on vegetables and fruits first people have to wait there than in the billing line and it takes upto 20-25 minutes for taking 1-2kg vegetables or fruits.

This is to inform you that i was going for to shopping at Reliance Fresh(Sarvadhram Colony, Mandakini Chowck, Kolar Rd, Bhopal 462042) by Dated 28th Oct 2019, By the time i was entered & taken mine Helmet with my own hand, But guard tell me please keep in shelf of baggage store outside from the main gate, Then i'll put it there & go to the shopping inside, After shop we saw Helmet is theft through baggage shelf, then i ask the manager of store, Please go through CCTV footage, but it was surprisingly to know that as per store manager at the baggage counter camera is not working, then i request that please go through main gate camera CCTV footage the guard stopped me taken my helmet inside by me, but Store Manager is not ready to show CCTV footage but today still around 4 Months passed but there is no response from it, I'll go & ask several times but such a worst experience ever no response from there side, This is very bad alarming situation for Reliance stream, No body is to take responsible for baggage of consumer at mart, lost relay or trust to all consumers by Reliance channel.Please take as a note & please take a serious action on it,
because next step i'll going File this case in consumer court/forum also.

I have purchased food item on 22 02 2020 at 19.54 from store code 2082 through sodexo. Amt was deducted but due to some error bill not generated. Hence further payment was made in cash. Please refund the amount and clerify why customer suffer for the technical error problem from your side. Store code authority told me that it may take 3 to 7 days for resolving the issue. Why you should not wait for the said time period and not charged next payment through cash.

Reliance fresh - vyas colony, bikaner has charged me rs 14 for a jute bag, which seems to be highy inappropriate as the cost would not be more than few paisa.
The staff seemed to be reluctant in taking this further besides me mentioning them about the previous cases filed and resolver for the same matte. (Plot no. E-9 & e-10, kanta khaturia colony, bikaner, rajasthan 334003)

Dear customer care head/coo of reliance fresh,

My name is pushkar, one of your regular customer to reliance fresh, sector 04.
I would like register very serious complain here. One of your employee, mr. Sudhir has insulted deliberately on using bio-degradable packets for vegetables.
I even asked him, it will be taken care of. Despite of this statement, he started yelling/shouting on me.
When i demanded your customer service head's contact number to speak with, from one your employee sumit, he came there and threatened directly to me stating "he is liable not to do anything to me since he is an employee of reliance fresh, else he could harm me physically."
Similar instance of physical violation was got register on last week if april 2019, where in he forced me to take damaged coconut. When i denied he again shouted on me. When i wanted to complain with your employee sumit, he came there and pushed me. Are your employees allowed to be physical with reliance's customer. Same was written, registered in complain/grievances book kept at store.
I really do not know what has happened about that complain.
As spoken with you, let me remind i need concrete resolution, not just haywire statement.

Hello - i regularly order my vegetable from reliance fresh from the past 2 to 3 year. I am experiencing extreme delay in the delivery of my vegetables from nov 2019. I usually select the 7:30 - 10 am morning slot to so i get fresh and timely delivery. Today i received my vegetable delivery around10 am after constant calls to the vendor. For all these years i use to get my order by 7:30 or max 8 am. I have observed sometime one delivery boy has 12 order and the routing route is out of the way. Enclosed the delivery sheet for better understanding. I wish to continue with reliance fresh in future but if his delay continues i will have to look for another vendor. I understand you slot is 7:30 to 10 am, but if it was possible in the past why the exception now this has been the main reason i have been a loyal customer. Please fix the correct route and the order per delivery boy should be limited.

I visited reliance fresh store on jan 01' 2020. I noticed a promo offer for harpic for rs. 156. Post billing i noticed that the product has been billed rs. 198. When i inquired the staff they checked and said, the product cannot be sold @ 156 and i have to pay 198.
When i refused to buy the product @ 198, the staff was prompt in giving a refund. So thanks for that.
The issues are:
1. Had i not noticed the product amount on the bill, i would have ended up paying more. So no trust in the system. You cannot show something and take something else. This is cheating
2. Reliance is not honoring their own promos. I cannot use the price comparison to see what products i shall buy.

I made a transaction at reliance fresh via debit card but due to some technical issue, transaction failed. And i was asked to swipe the card again and was told by the billing staff that the money would be refunded since amount got deducted twice from my account
It's been over a month and i have not yet got the refund.
