Today i purchased some things from reliance digital. While billing, the billdesk person made mistake in bill. While i reached the exit, suddenly a reliance person came up and insultingly checked my bags.

When my husband protested and told them that it was very insulting and it was not our fault at all, the person started shouting and arguing in a rude manner.

Yesterday I was purchase some chocolates from your outlet. MRP of this chocolate is Rs.50/- and you charge me Rs.54/- + GST. What you think that middle class peoples are mad they don't anything. This case clear that how reliance grow with high network only because of this fraud. If you take 4 rupee additional on from one customer X 1 crore customers = 4 Crores net profit in single day... Great gambling... Now I will raise complaint against you in consumer forum. I have bill and chocolate packet to prove this big gambling business... Ready for action.

Yesterday i bought some goods from relience fresh and they made me pay rs 14 for cloth bag. I asked the floor manager why should they put bill for the bag since the bag should be free, he told its a rule that the bag should be free but sine they are providing bag with out the name of relience on it, he asked me to pay. He also mentioned the bag with print is out of stock. Its the relience duty to provide free nags for the customers either its a name printed bag or not printed.

Yesterday i visited reliance fresh store (18 trade centre, ug 27, kanchan bagh, south tukoganj indore (M. P) 452001. I paid through debit card but not get payment slip of debit card and when i asked for that staff told me that slip rolls have finished. When i asked then to logged my complaint in complaint register they didn’t have complaint registers and when i demanded to meet the manager he didn’t come out of his office room. I actually love the brand name reliance have created but your services are very bad.

I had made a transaction of rs. 604.85 rs. Via googlepay in reliance fresh nanded branch in bajaj galaxy apt. Suddenly there system hanged during this transaction and executive clicked some button and shown him as taking too long for transaction and he cancelled the same. But the thing is the amount got deducted from my account and the reliance frwsh executive and manager are saying like we have refunded the amount and you will receive the same in 3 days. Now it has been 10 days i didn. T received my refund. And if i ask to my bank bank is saying amount is already credited into benificiary i. E reliance fresh account. Please help me to get this refund back.

Note: also one thing is there was no one trained for the google pay transaction but they just tried it on trial and basis from reliance fresh computer and this got a problem. All reliance fresh staff from this branch needs training for the same. They are fool peoples.

Subject: jersey milk 500ml cost wrongly charged at sanath nagar/chech colony reliance store.

I am ramesh aritakula. I purchase jersey milk 500ml every day at sanath nagar-czech colony reliance fresh store.

The milk cost as per the bill is rs/- 20.50 (Twenty rupees and fifty paise). I was told to pay 21 rupees and in the bill, it is shown that 50 paise is returned to the customer. Every day it is happening like this. As you know, rbi has banned 50 paisa denomination and reliance fresh has to correct the issue of returning 50 paise to the customer.

For every packet of jersey milk sold at the store, reliance fresh makes a profit of 50 paise by not returning the 50 paise to the customer.
Assume reliance fresh sells 1 lakh packets on a daily basis on all its 566 stores across india, reliance fresh makes a profit of 50, 000/- (Fifty thousand rupees). This rs/- 50, 000 would be non taxable for reliance fresh.

This amount would increase if the same pattern of collecting 50 paise more from the customers is followed for all the items sold on reliance fresh.

The billing system has to be corrected and as the denomination of 50 paise doesn't exist anymore, it should not be collected from the customer.

Request you kindly to take proper measures. I am attaching the bill with this complaint.

Hi, today at around 1 pm, i purchased items and in that, i took boost also, 750 g. The price displayed in the display rack was rs300 and the billing was done for rs 320. When i asked the billing lady msjaishree why is the differen e, she told that she does not know who puts the display and she directed me to speak to the in charge who was sitting inside. I asked her how can she say that she does not know this while she has to answer customers also. She was arrogant stating that the price display board is not changed and she argues that for rs 20, why am i shouting. No manager or in charge came there while this happened for almost 10 minutes. The security finally came and asked the lady to give back rs 20. I told this is not the question of rs 20, this is the reputation of reliance as i have been going there from last 5 years or so. Kindly check and take action against the in charge for not coming up to costumers and against ms jayashree for being so rude to customers. The store is in basavangudi. My self minakshisingh living in vapi gujarat with had purchased paneer from reliance fresh on 20 april... I was out of station for 25 days... Today ie 12 may i saw paneer packet that was seal packed was looking like swollen up... It was heavy too... Packet seemed like it will blast... Expiry was 45 days..
Manufacturing date was 9th april... I took it to reliance fresh... But the manager used bad language... Didnt help me out... Started giving wrong excuses and didnt replace it...
I kept the paneer packet n took my other stuff purchased today...
I m very unhappywith this act... Reliance being trusted brand...

Sir l visited your reliance mart & purchased few items. I found that the items are more costlier than other mart also when asked a carry bag they charged me rs.4/- for the bag to carry the items. The carry bag is used by the mart for advertisement purpose the same may not be charged. Bill no-204, pos no-r105 can be checked for reference. Mob-[protected].

Reliance fresh indore they are still charging for carry bags to customer even after government has announced that if a company prints its name on the carry bag it is treated as advertisement of the company and the consumer is not liable to pay for such advertisement of the company.. The manager said the carry bag is a product of reliance and they are selling it. If the carry bag is a product they have to print the price of the carry bag on it and should also include it in the sales of their products. Why are they selling a carry bag (Product) only to reliance's customer they should sell it to everyone.

I made payment through google pay upi, due to technical errors counter boy told me that payment is not processed so repeat payment was made but payment deducted from account 3 times for same bill. There was network issue at store. Please refund.

I have purchased yesterday from reliance fresh and they have charged rs.15 for carry bags, i asked them to provide video proof and store manager subhasini. R behaviour is not good and she picked my mobile from my hand and she told me to launch a complaint, and she said that who given a rights to take video from her store and are you blackmailing us, i got very frustrated and came back. They haven't included carry bag charge in the same bill which i have purchased, once i asked they have provided the separate bill for carry bag its cost rs.14

The offers shown in the tags and the offer boards are not as same as what the staff says, even if we said that there was written the other, they say that offer differently. So may be i'm not good at english, say it by seeing the photo that i'll mention below. Here the offer says that but any 2 and get any one free in these three companies, but they say that that offer is valid for all three products of same company. They must have changed the offer without noticing. And if there are some products which should get some free items with that, they give the expired ones, i don't know why. I happily say that reliance is a very good store but there are some negatives which should be reduced.

This is 3rd time o[censored]r food product problem... How can eat that tife of bad food... How can visit ur store next time... I hope ur reliance kindly dont sale that tife of warest fruits... I read your advertisement in to days news paper 'the times of india' that from 1st may to 5th may, many dairy products are available at discounted rates. I went to your 'kakarola more (New delhi) outlet and found that none of the dairy products are available on discounted rates.

Myself lieutenant vivek, today visited reliance store at bathinda punjab (151001). I am the regular customer but it is very frustrating today as the store staff humiliated me in front of other customers. One customer comes in front of me by breaking the queue and despite my objection the staff kept aside my items and gave priority to that customer. I also contacted the manager but nobody took a serious note. This is what reliance is doing to cistomers. I know writing this complaint will also do nothing. Because had there been some strong action taken for the complaints nothing would have been happened in future. Staff must be trained properly and have a fear of action for breaking the store system. Reliance says it is a brand but providing such a "ghatia" service. Will never go to reliance and also porting jio numbers of all my family to other service provider. Good bye reliance.

We have brought a panner for couple of days ago from chinmaya nagar reliance fresh. We have tried to cook it day later noticed that it was spoiler and unable to use it. Later i've realised and reach out the store get this short out... Once i reach and approached them, they were rude.. And they have insisted me it was not got replaced with out bill... Unfortunately i've lost it at that time of leaving... Even i'm using my registered mobile during bill so i've requested them for duplicate bill since the bar code was not teared from the package. But the store service men not even ready to listen... And so arrogant.. I was so embarrassed at that situation... And after a long fight they took duplicate bill and got replaced. Take pledge to not visit the store again..

Here i am submitting complaint against reliance fresh outlet at kadma jamshedpur and his manager.
Maximum time they display wrong scheme & offer to fool and harass the customer. Today they displayed buy one get one on bagrry white oats 1kg but at the time of billing they told only rs 81 off the product, when i asked regarding this to manager he simply replied"lena h tho lo offer yahi h, hum mega mega offer event main busy h".
This kind of service and behaviour they are showing.
Kindly register my complaint and take he necessary step against management and manager of the outlet

Is it customer responsibilities to know if any proper stickering has been done to a product or not?
If you are showing offer that the product has 50% off then why during billing the price doesn't show with discount amount. Just because product was not having sticker you cannot ask the customer to pay the mrp amount where you are promoting the product as 50% discount.
On top of that the store manager was very very rude and asked to pay the full amount as he did already did the bill without asking me. There was no option left but to pay the full amount. (All this happened because sticker was missing.)

Hello, i am dr. A sengupta. Yesterday i've visited reliance fresh, bangur avenue branch, kolkata, with my family for shopping.
My wife was in que for long time to get the vegetables waigh and stickered. But no one was paying any attention, but came and go to provide services to other customers who are with 1 or 2 items else where! Felt very sad by the ignorence!

I hope you can make it right in the future, as i am a very old customer of reliance and never get behavior like this in the past!
