Myself lieutenant vivek, today visited reliance store at bathinda punjab (151001). I am the regular customer but it is very frustrating today as the store staff humiliated me in front of other customers. One customer comes in front of me by breaking the queue and despite my objection the staff kept aside my items and gave priority to that customer. I also contacted the manager but nobody took a serious note. This is what reliance is doing to cistomers. I know writing this complaint will also do nothing. Because had there been some strong action taken for the complaints nothing would have been happened in future. Staff must be trained properly and have a fear of action for breaking the store system. Reliance says it is a brand but providing such a "ghatia" service. Will never go to reliance and also porting jio numbers of all my family to other service provider. Good bye reliance.

We have brought a panner for couple of days ago from chinmaya nagar reliance fresh. We have tried to cook it day later noticed that it was spoiler and unable to use it. Later i've realised and reach out the store get this short out... Once i reach and approached them, they were rude.. And they have insisted me it was not got replaced with out bill... Unfortunately i've lost it at that time of leaving... Even i'm using my registered mobile during bill so i've requested them for duplicate bill since the bar code was not teared from the package. But the store service men not even ready to listen... And so arrogant.. I was so embarrassed at that situation... And after a long fight they took duplicate bill and got replaced. Take pledge to not visit the store again..

Here i am submitting complaint against reliance fresh outlet at kadma jamshedpur and his manager.
Maximum time they display wrong scheme & offer to fool and harass the customer. Today they displayed buy one get one on bagrry white oats 1kg but at the time of billing they told only rs 81 off the product, when i asked regarding this to manager he simply replied"lena h tho lo offer yahi h, hum mega mega offer event main busy h".
This kind of service and behaviour they are showing.
Kindly register my complaint and take he necessary step against management and manager of the outlet

Is it customer responsibilities to know if any proper stickering has been done to a product or not?
If you are showing offer that the product has 50% off then why during billing the price doesn't show with discount amount. Just because product was not having sticker you cannot ask the customer to pay the mrp amount where you are promoting the product as 50% discount.
On top of that the store manager was very very rude and asked to pay the full amount as he did already did the bill without asking me. There was no option left but to pay the full amount. (All this happened because sticker was missing.)

Hello, i am dr. A sengupta. Yesterday i've visited reliance fresh, bangur avenue branch, kolkata, with my family for shopping.
My wife was in que for long time to get the vegetables waigh and stickered. But no one was paying any attention, but came and go to provide services to other customers who are with 1 or 2 items else where! Felt very sad by the ignorence!

I hope you can make it right in the future, as i am a very old customer of reliance and never get behavior like this in the past!

My wife and myself went to shopping in reliance in adityapur.. My wife felt that she had to go to toilet in an emergency. The staff there did not allow her to go and use toilet. We requested them that it is an emergency. But they refused and not pity on us... Very bad experience. The girl at the cash counter was also complained by us but she was also least bothered

The billing procedure is not clearly maintained by staff. While weighing it gives a different amount but while final billing it gives a different amount. Also the staff is quite careless in billing. They had billed a wrong okra worth Rs80 Rs for sopota which was 17 Rs. I paid by paytm but after notifying this mistake they did not provide a appropriate bill and gave in cash in return. Please educate the employees in keeping the systems right.

As the billing person dint bill one item and saying that the product dint come to the counter which is recorded in d camera... As i took 3 itseems to d counter he don't bill one items that was not my mistake the watch man checked the bill and he asked me where is d bill for the 3rd item den he went and asked the billing person to bill the item i was insulted i am central govt employee past 5 years i am using the reliance rresh this is worst experience i want immediate action to be taken on the billing person and watchman who r not fit for this position kindly look over the camera.. For reference... Tat watch man doesn't have tat much commonsense and differentiate person.. He his not fit kindly look over my complain and i want a reply for my compaiant r else i am going to make this to issue big because i was insulted... Because i am regular costumer to tat reliance if you want u can check the camera...

I took 2 buuter milk packs as usual from reliance fresh dattanagar katraj, 1 pack had expiry date 14april and other had 7th april. Today is 13th of april, i took it in glass and it tasted like spoiled when checked date it was 7th april, y u peple keep so old expired product for sale.

I'm a reliance fresh card holder and regular customer of your company. On 11 april 19 at around 2120 hrs i picked some groceries from the reliance fresh outlet in 104 area vizag but returned with empty handed as your sales boy refused to sell due to non availability of change currencies.. When i tried to meet the retail manager, nobody was there to help me out. Someone namely naidu was present there but was very unamicable and didn't even respond to me. Finally i had to return with empty hand. I'm sure if you will not make sure good deal with your consumers, i won't even visit any of your branch and will circulate the message how your people deal with customers

Regarding of your store reliance fresh at kozhikode, pottammal.
Here the security staff is inside the store all the time, never control parking or any outside the store activities to control or restrict the customers or their requirements even in peak hours too.in my view such a small store also got more than enough staffs and additionally security also idled inside there. I hope will direct and implement the security outside the store to take of said requirements asap
Also most of the time counter bill collectors are not there, many quarrel been done. At least couple of counter should active to avoid such long waits of customers

National consumer affair Vide docket No-1247447, dt-8th Apr 2019.

On dated 4th April 2019, I had purchased one of Good Night power active from
Reliance Fresh store at Baramunda, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, for Rs.137.20.After
buying the product, I looked at the cover and found the maximum retail
price was Rs.134.00.i asked the store staff to refund the excess amount but
they refused.

*I think it is not the question of Rs.03.20 of what they charged extra on
MRP. How ever, it is question of ethical business.*

Dear sir,
My name is subrahmanyam visited reliance frash miyapur on 3rd march '19.
Purchased grosaries amount of rs. 542.07 and i try to pay by credit card, counter boy told declined then i pay the amount by cash. After couple of days i received a massage, the amount was deducted from my card for which i paid by cash.
I made a complaint in the stores and forwarded the message to him (In-charge of the stores his name mr. Nagaraju and his mobile no. [protected]). So fas there no any response from him and also not pick up my calls. To day evening planning visit store to meet him.
Request you to solve this issue pay back my money.

I would like to complain aginanst ashok he is manager in sanjay nagar branch.. He always behave very rude to all the customers.. He won't allow the customers if it is 9 pm but closing of reliance fresh is 9:30pm.. This is the sixth time he behave very rudely today.. I[censored] want u can check in cctv for confirmation.. N i would like to take reliance fresh very strict action on this..

Hi this is selva from chennai day before yesterday i visit medavakkam reliance fresh i don't have a words about that store i am fully disappointed i think that store manager don't have a sense because of in front of all customers that manager was shouting a girl in that lobby that girl is crying for that but he's simply standing and in front of that manager there was a decomposed fruits but he didn't clear actually that job is for staff but the manager work is staff are doing a work or not he want to check but he's continuous speaking a phone with someone with laughing pls check it and take a action on that store manager

Dear team, i have purchase goods having worth rs 1079 on 09th mar 2019 from adityapur jamshedpur outlet.

Reliance one otp used by executive to do billing but bill not generated & balance deducted from my account.

Same has been informed to store manager mr. Roshan mob-[protected] & he said that complaint will be lodged by him.

After several follow up he said that complain is with team & you will get amount as soon as possible now it is about 1 month & i didn't get amount.

I have discussed several times now with mr. Roshan but no solution still.

Please help.

I am regular customer of reliance fresh, Manish Nagar Nagpur (Maharashtra)
Usually I don't get fresh vegetables as it mention in your brand name and this time I thought about complaint because I saw cockroaches on vegetables and it's seriously disgusting, how can we eat and if something happened to our health then who is gone responsible for this?

This complaint regarding the non respect for the senior lady customers in reliance smart doddabommasandra branch at vidyaranyapura bangalore 97. As the worker by name called rizwan i don't think this fellow is manager over there and when i am lady of 60+ ask for the help he talks as if we are slave and begging this fellow he doesn't have courtesy towards senior citizens and not even bother of his work and flirting with girls and made the store like lovers park being such a big company and recruiting like this shameless fellow who has disrespect for lady customers others them this not the way to run an organization please requesting the concern admin to look into the matter and teach some discipline how to behave with ladies

This is to your notice that the reliance fresh (Doddabommasandra branch) bangalore - the female employees of 1st shift is being harassed to more extra hour and not reliving them on time. The employees come at morning 6.00 and till evening 5.00 they are not relieved from duty its getting worse and manager is least bother to look into the matter pls help the poor female employees they too hav family and kids they are not slaves
