This is inform you that i am recently visit your reliance fresh Lakshmipuram Guntur branch andhra pradesh 522002.

I have to pay Rs. 79/-. I made a payment by paytm. My Side Payment in My PayTM Account Order ID[protected]T195119 has been successfully paid. But your branch said people were not credited to your account. Please to give me a payment of my 79/- to my paytm account.

I have raised a complaint in your Reliance Fresh mall. Complaint no. SD31628782. Pls give me a payment of Rs. 79/- ro my payrtm account asap.

I visited the Reliance fresh Signature SANJAYNAGAR the lady name MARY (ASM) this lady is abusing staf[censored]sing unparliamentary language when there is no fault of Co-worker. The lady staff crying & telling she has not done any mistake. And when I personally asked the staff they say that many staff has complaint to the MANAGER about abusing staff. But not action is taken against her. MANAGER SUPPORT HER. Regularly she has been abusing the staff. Why MANAGER NOT TAKING ACTION. Very bad behaviour she is not fit to be ASM. Bad name to the store also.

Reliance fresh Signature store in SanjayNagar Bangalore the manager SARASWATHI and ASM MARY harrassing the staff to work extra hours and when the 1sr shift timings is morning 6-3 but the 1s shift staff are made to work 6-4.30 and 6-5.00 and some time 6-5.30 if they don't do harrassing them and threatening them that they will loose job if they don't do

I had purchased the products from Reliance SMART SUPERSTORE (Monarch Serenity, GF, Thanisandra Main Rd, Railwaymen Layout, Sri Balaji Krupa Layout, Thanisandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560077) on 1/2/23 I made the payment of RS-2781/- twice and I was you will receive 1st payment within 48 hours and after that I was told I will receive the payment within 7days and then by 15 feb but still I have not received any refund. If I don't get my money...

This is regarding Reliance Fresh Signature store which is in SanjayNagar Bangalore the Manger (Saraswathi) and ASM (Mary) has been harrassing the employee not leaving them on time make them tho work overtime and not giving proper WEEKOFF to the staff many employees hav already left the job because of their harrasment. Kind request to the concerned pls take some action against this. The staff are the backbone of the store. This is REPEATED COMPLAINT against this MANAGER (SARAWATHI) AND ASM (MARY) these two are making hell for the staff to work in this store. Lot of complaint has been raised and no action taken till date. Pls take the needed action so that staff may work peacefully thankyou.

I've been sold Kala Jamun pack, the photo of which I'm sharing, over a week after expiry.

I would like to highlight i am a frequent visitor in this store and today i have been misbehaved by a local employee when i asked him the apple price. i could not hear him intially and asked the price again . His tone was very aggressive and i resist why he talking like this later rather apologising he started conversing with other local people to prove he was right and later asked me to come outside and threaten me to manhandle. Somehow store manager came in between and closed the scene. i appreciate store manager efforts But this Manjunath what i got to know his name who misbehaved should be better trained handle customer, Speaking politely and do not discriminate with the other language speaking people.

I seek for an apology from Manjunath for his bad behaviour where he threatens to fight with me and assurance from Reliance fresh store that this will not be repeated. if no action will be taken by reliance i will file a police by complain as he threatened me. i can not take this lightly.

At billing section there is no one executive
I waited nearly 15 to 20 mins
After 20 mins executive came
I asked executive why there is no one at billing section customers are waiting
Executive replied me we went for breif session

That to executive replied very rudely
There no proper service and very negligence towards customers

My name is ashok khandelwal residing at vashi navi mumbai. reliance fresh store situated at sector 10a vashi navi mumbai -400703 does not keep the products which are regularly asked by customer like bread buffalo milk cold drink. also their price tag are not properly put up on the items.

I am a reliance fresh customer we are not getting any item from our nearest store (gandamunda, bhubaneswar) . After asking the store manger they are saying renovation work is carried out . But The problem persidts from last 1 year we are listeninng the same . If Items not avaliable and renovation work need to be carried out then close the store do then renovation and start the store with all consumable items . On[protected] I visited Reliance Fresh showroom, Peroorkada, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala to purchase some fruits and made a purchase for Rs 86.36 and paid through my Canara Bank account[protected] by scanning QR code through my bank application and got debited from my account which was shown to all concerned persons (my mobile number is [protected]) not out of my fault it did not reflect on your side and hence again I was made to pay and this time I made the payment for the same amount vide my debit card issued to my another Canara Bank account[protected] and and I have contacted my branch who had informed that the amount paid on the first instance is debited and is not reflected back to my account and I had already given my details with your showroom intimating my mobile number since I don't want to spare time visiting your showroom again and again, I was told that they would refund it directly to my bank account through UPI but even after 3 days not a single person had contacted me till date, I really feel ashamed of you people cunning attitude do look into the matter and refund my Rs 86.36 at he earliest to my Canara Bank account[protected] and my mobile number is [protected].

HI my self Dr Satish from Bhiwani Haryana 127021 Today I visited your grocery store, I had very bad experience regarding ambience their created by staff their. no sense of responsibility by gate keeper. untrained staff, not at all sense of speak. The fruit and vegetables are not fresh they are smell like anything.
so concern please look into it .

Choice dry fruit i have take. From navlakha reliance fresh store i came at my have i have seen insects in this packing please acttio. Early as early

In bidar branch of reliance fresh (smart bazar) workers over here are extremely arrogant and rude I have been customer of reliance in many other cities but haven't seen such workers they don't come for assistance even at vegetables and grain packing section and behave rudely when asked for simple assistance they just ignore or make fake excuses it's new shop over here if same behavior continue I feel reputation of reliance will get ruined for silly workers

I purchased almost 20 items from Reliance fresh of Tankapani branch, Anand Brahmeswar bag, Bhubaneswar, Odisha branch. After the counter guy billed everything and I paid, I found that rawa (granulated wheat) packet is defective; it was torn at the top for which rawa was flowing out of the packet. I requested for exchange. The counter guy asked his manager if they should exchange the packet. The manager was a lady (Miss or Mrs Ratha), she refused to exchange the product and told me that I should have checked it while billing was going on. I didn't realize it is defective until I started keeping the billed items in the bag. Isn't it the responsibility of the store manager to help exchange the product?? It's not that I came after a day or some hours. It happened right there within some minutes.

I request the exchange of the product. Their service is very bad!

I am Thulasimani from Tiruchirappalli. I have purchases for Rs.152 in Reliance Fresh K.K.Nagar, Tiruchirappalli-620021 on 20.10.2022 and paid the amount via Google pay (upi id: [protected]@okaxis), Amount was debited. But the bill was not generated due to some technical issues so they did not provide the product and said that amount will be refund to your account within a day. Almost two days were passed but amount was not refunded in my account. I asked branch manager about my issue he said that "I got information that your amount was refunded to your account and please check your balance in passbook if the amount was not refunded then contact with Reliance customer care" that's why I contact you about my issue. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible. I attached the respective amount transaction passbook screenshot.

I am from Hazaribagh Jharkhand even having 3 store here of fresh point the stock are very limited even which product used to supple is also not available for since long
