Dear sir my concern is related to above product. I have purchased some items from reliance fresh at kath mandi rohtak 3 days before from today. But the quantity in face wash less than the actual one.. And i have purchased 3 bottle soft drink but there is no gas in one bottle. It is just like as sweet water.. But as i came from ur store i thrown the bill as usual. This happens to me 2nd time. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and my contact no is [protected]

Till now no response from ur side. Sir/mdm this is ur responsibility that there should be inconvenience to ur valuable customer. I am using to purchase my most of the from ur store just only 2 reasons. First one is a single item of many brand at a place at gud price and 2nd one is trust for the quality... This is happening to me 2nd time...

    Person at billing counter always misbehave with customers. He always sought and use bad language. There is always the problem of change, if he had than also he is not ready to give. He always find one or the other reason to fight with customers. It has become very unpleasant to visit reliance fresh. There is very poor customer service in the outlet.

      I had purchased food items amounting to Rs. 314.10 on dated 15.10.2018 from Reliance Fresh Shop, Sector-16, Panchkula and paid the bill amount from my Yes Bank ATM Card. The amount Rs. 314.10 is deducted twice from my account. I brought this to the knowledge of Strore Manager on the same day 15.10.2018.
      1. An amount of INR 314.10 debited to AC [protected] (Yes Bank)on 15.10.2018 time 08:27:48 on account of PCA [protected] Reliance Panchkula.

      2. An amount of INR 314.10 debited to AC [protected] (Yes bank) on 15.10.2018 time 08:28:278 on account of PCA [protected] Reliance Panchkula.

      It is again reported that till today 05.11.2018 I have not received Rs. 314.10 deducted twice from my account. Kindly reverse an amount of Rs. 314.10 debitted from my account without any further delay.

        Dear sir/madam,

        We used to visit our reliance fresh most often for our daily needs, to you stores located at a. S. Rao nagar, near asian radhika theater, hyderabad - 500062, telangana india.

        From few weeks, we found display boards were wrong with less price. But at the time of billing they are charging high. We have intimated but no use. Today again it was repeated. Even the response of staff is very bad.

        It's one type of cheating.

        Infront o[censored]s they treated one of the customer like a third grade citizen only because she is enquired about the prices of 2 or 3 varieties of drinks which are in offer. It can not be tolerated. Based on their need and financial status they will enquir and then purchase the goods.

        I have this not found this type of practice earlier.

        We request you to please initiate action for rectification

        We don't want offers, but the prices should be transparent and respect to the customer.

        We look forward for you positive response.

          Today rs 601.45 was deducted twice at vadodara. Kindly refund me one.
          Yesterday evening i purchased something from reliance fresh shop at vadodara. Place of supply and state code -24. Gj. Balaji arcade. Shukianagar char rasta oppo to united colonuy. Nizampura vadodara. On 01/11/18 evenung. On 1st swap, the reliance man told the transaction was notsuccessful. On 2nd time one moe transction was done.
          But my bank, bank of india deducted the amount twice.
          Kindly refund me one

            I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh store at Kali Park, Rajarhat Road, Kolkata 700136. It has been seen that no correction is made to the display of price, many times price of the pervious day is displayed, but when the bill is generated, a different price is charges. This is a regular feture.

            Today the 1st November 2018, I visited the shop at around 8 AM to purchase Papaya. The price displayed was Rs 49 per KG, when the bill was generated, a highet price of Rs 53 per KG was billed. When I brough the same to the notice of the staff, they very casually said, the price is of yesterday. No initative was taken by the staff to display the fresh price when the shop opened. This amounts to cheating and needs to be corrected. Correct price of the produst should be displayed at the time of business and customers should not be cheated.

              Dear sir,
              Staff is very bad at reliance fresh store at borivali west.
              I went on 30/10/2018 at 12.25 pm and i have to stand in q for 30 minutes to pay the bill. The girl at counter number 13 was very very slow in work. For one single customer she spent 20 minutes. When i shouted she said she is working.
              There was no floor manager to attend.
              On the whole you have useless staff at this store. You have much more then required staff. Half of them roaming as they are in garden.
              Very very bad service. I vistt this store almost every week.

                I purchased (Masti oye, surf excel soap, buiscits, zhandu balm, toothpaste, tooth bursh and one carry bag) and all of these i got charge and i didnt check the bill with purchased item at that time. But when i returned to home and my friend check that than we got that there is a product that i didnt purchase and its added 58 extra in my bill.
                This qas my first experince at reliance fresh store and its really bad.

                  1. For goods worth 245rs the store clerk processed 24500 rs which is deducted from my icici bank account on[protected].
                  2. The store manager came after 2 hours of my waiting and logged a complaint sd1743691.
                  3. I was promised my money will be returned as cash amount on today[protected], but store manager and his boss were telling it will take some more time.
                  4. I wanted my 24500rs returned to me as this is wrong transaction and i paid the 245 rupees by cash.
                  5. I have transaction copy and confirmation from back that 24500 is deducted

                    I live in hbr layout kalyanagar, bangalore. Reliance fresh store (Code - 2163) is closest to my area and i usually go there for my grocery sohpping. I bought 2 ltrs of gowardhan milk from there yesterday (Oct 19th) and the milk was spoilt in the packet. The milk came out as curd from the packet itself and entire 2 ltrs was a waste. Now, i didn't keep the paper bill because i didn't think necessary to save the vegetable bills that's usual. Didn't expect his disaster. I went back to the store this morning (Oct 20th) and showed them the spoilt milk packet. Instead of exchanging, the store manager srinivas and the guard supan, spoke rudely in front of all the customers and demanded that i produced paper bill. I said, you always ask for the customer phone number while billing. Just pull up my bill from my num. Instead of doing that and making the task easy they gave excuses and continued speaking rudely. Such a simple task, exchange your food product that's spoilt. I have the proof. Its a genuine exchange. And they created such a fuss and wasted my 30 precious minutes of morning time. I got late for work. I then called customer care and that lady asked the store manager to exchange the milk. But all this the store manager could have done without troubling me or talking rudely. I want to register complain against store manager srinivas and the guard supan. Reliance fresh store code is 2136. Btw i came back home and pulled the bill out from my waste basket. Bill num - 119. Payment ref num[protected].

                    The staff at reliance fresh sector-9 MVP colony vishakapatnam-530017 are unable to bill the soya milk product upon asking what was the reason they are behaving rudely and simply throwing away the product without billing. This has happened to me the second time. Why to keep a product in the store when ur unable to bill it.

                      Pathetic experience!! Some of the counter guys even don't know how to accept freecharge and tap to pay
                      All these people's are making a joke of digital india. I have complained several times to payzapp also bit yhey just keep on saying transaction completed at our end.
                      If you couldn't fix the errors, why you come with new ideas every now and then?

                        I had bought ginger 0.198kg today only at reliance fresh gandhidham, gujarat. For such weight i had to pay 42 rs around where as when i found it at home i could remember the price, for 100 gms it was 12 rs only. What a stupidity. We just believed blindly but wonderfully cheated. Pls it’s my sincere request to all the customers pls kindly recheck the value for the thing u but.

                              mobile number asked at the billing counter

                              Dear sir/ma'am,

                              Everytime i buy something from the reliance fresh stores, i am asked of the phone number at the billing counter for some benefits which they claim to give us. But i doubt if i have ever received any such benefits.

                              Each time i am asked to tell my phone number loudly in front of the public, it makes me feel uncomfortable. As of now, i have not heard may of the instances where in girl's/boy's number...

                              Today i have been to reliance fresh store at raghunathpur, bhubaneswar to buy daily needs. I bought few items including one protinex chocolate 400g with mrp of 520. The display on the self said that there was a discount of rs 100 on this product. However, this discount was not given in the billing. When i checked the bill at reaching home i came to know about it. I went back to the store and complained about it. First i was made to wait for an inordinate time and later they refused to give the discount. They admitted that they have displayed the tag mentioning rs 100 discount but refused to give the same for the reason best known to them. Also they didn't allow me to return the product and misbehaved with me.

                              This type of cheating with customers by reliance fresh is unimaginable and faith vanishing. I have been a regular customer of reliance fresh from years and we always belive their billing and never check the bills at store. But this incident has opened my eyes. I have the snapshot of the discount tag displayed at store but same can't be uploaded here as it is bigger than 2 mb size.

                              I request that the discount displayed by the store should be given to me with compensation for breach of trust and difficulties faced by me in this episode.

                                After shopling from reliance fresh branch situated in elements mall in jaipur, i did my payment through debit card but due to some reason the transaction was not processed.                                 We bought FIVE "Amul-Cheese-Slice-Packs (of 5), costing each Rs.69.00/-.

                                All of them were melted and sticked to the foil badly, could not be separated.

                                The slice-layers were v.v. thin and storage was not well maintained at all, They were TWO months OLD also

                                Our money got waisted on such rotten product.

                                  I purchased fruits & vegetables worth 932 rupees, i reported that potatoes were rotten, spoke to reliance fresh executive twice and sent pictures, inspite of assurance from her, goods will be replaced, however no one turned up for replacement and even no one responded over email, whattapp or toll free number. I reliance fresh is worst than road side vendor to sell rotten material.

                                    I am regular buyer of heritage butter from your nanaganallur store. You can check my mobile no. [protected] for the reward points earned.

                                    I purchased six packets of heritage fresh butter fro your north usman road outlet on 20th september 2018 and immediately after reaching home in 20 minutes time refrigerated it in freezer. It is best for use till december 2018.
                                    I used my credit card and the transaction reference is 75503728264023052095067 for a total bill amount of rs.1344.43.
                                    The packs were all good. After converting it into ghee by! St october 2018 we found that they were giving foul smell and we could not use it.
                                    I took the ghee to your store and showed it to the manager. Our four or five visits to your store to redress our grievance was of no use. They were not of much use to me to get it replaced or cost refunded.
                                    Adding insult to injury after giving all the details they were not even prepared to verify their bill copy and asking me to produce the bill copy.
                                    Please replace me the butter and also compensate me for the cooking into ghee and all the trouble you had given me through this poor quality material.

                                      The display provided behind weighing machine at billing stations should display the weigt and cost of the product which is weighed or scanned. But in one of your outlets in kuvempunagar, mysore, karnataka is displaying some advertisement about home shop 18. It is inconvenient to costumers. When complained to the manger of this branch, we did not received any satisfactory solution
