I purchased fruits & vegetables worth 932 rupees, i reported that potatoes were rotten, spoke to reliance fresh executive twice and sent pictures, inspite of assurance from her, goods will be replaced, however no one turned up for replacement and even no one responded over email, whattapp or toll free number. I reliance fresh is worst than road side vendor to sell rotten material.

    I am regular buyer of heritage butter from your nanaganallur store. You can check my mobile no. [protected] for the reward points earned.

    I purchased six packets of heritage fresh butter fro your north usman road outlet on 20th september 2018 and immediately after reaching home in 20 minutes time refrigerated it in freezer. It is best for use till december 2018.
    I used my credit card and the transaction reference is 75503728264023052095067 for a total bill amount of rs.1344.43.
    The packs were all good. After converting it into ghee by! St october 2018 we found that they were giving foul smell and we could not use it.
    I took the ghee to your store and showed it to the manager. Our four or five visits to your store to redress our grievance was of no use. They were not of much use to me to get it replaced or cost refunded.
    Adding insult to injury after giving all the details they were not even prepared to verify their bill copy and asking me to produce the bill copy.
    Please replace me the butter and also compensate me for the cooking into ghee and all the trouble you had given me through this poor quality material.

      The display provided behind weighing machine at billing stations should display the weigt and cost of the product which is weighed or scanned. But in one of your outlets in kuvempunagar, mysore, karnataka is displaying some advertisement about home shop 18. It is inconvenient to costumers. When complained to the manger of this branch, we did not received any satisfactory solution

        reliance fresh maninagar

        There are four billing counter but working only one counter very disgusting this type of service given by Relaince Fresh, Maninagar. I felt that reliance is best but staff is not supportive, one o[censored]r bill counter person is not support to regular customers and manager also dose not have to time. And only one billing counter is working.

        I have purchase turmeric powder which is expired on 18/09/2018 with bill no186 and store number 2164. I have talked to manager and i got the information that these expired goods they received recently and they already sold one packet of it. When i told to give that customer mobile number to whom they sold they refused. I ask them because they will not eat expired goods. I already filed complaints about this on national consumer affairs with complaint number 949346. Even manager told me they got these packets from their carry and forward agent based at sarhind punjab. I request you to kindly see at which location these expired turmeric powder gone and tell them to bring back all expired goods. This is a food item put in every recipe. Manager also told me company will fired me and one more staff member if i filed a complaint. Kindly look into matter.

          At counter attender denied to take paymemt by card saying only cash payment at this counter later on another counter denied by saying to visit another counter for payment by sbi card.. This is the only task we are left with to stand in long queue and then finally denying for payment by saying visit another counter. If this process is to be followed should have written over the counter so that lot of time of mine have not got wasted... Very disappointed with the service..

            System of billing is very poor, it hang several times and behavior of 2-3 staff is very bad.1)behavior of staff at kadma branch, jamshedpur is not cooperative and 1 staff talk very badly 2) offer detail not given to customer 3) other shop keeper come to shop when offer comes and stock gel nil, but my main complain is staff of kadma branch is very bad

              We visit stores like reliance fresh in a hope that we recieve great deals.
              1. Apples usually cost around ₹130-160/kg in the market. I bought apples which cost ₹179/kg from your store on 02/10/18 and they were rotten. Hardly 1/10 part of the apple was edible. What's the use of buying the apple's from your store then?

              2. I bought a hair clip from the store which just broke when held it. It cost me ₹53.90 which isn't cheap.

              Please revert with a solution.

                Dear sir/madam.
                Recently i had done purchase in reliance bathinda punjab for inr 3100. When i gave my reliance one card to update points the guy in counter 7 informed card not valid. But i use this regularly and just 3 days back i had used in mumbai reliance fresh. Also same day i used in reliance trends. I did not argue i kept watching. To my surprise i saw he was entering his friends card number. I told that was wrong. He informed he will do it for my card to for not complaining to manager. I a a reliance industries employee and i just want to inform manager but he was not available. I just complaining here not to have this practice which spoils our reliance image. I want u to ensure even others at the billing do not practice this. This is request.in case if this practice continues i will definitely escalate this.

                  I was at your outlet near clover village. Waited quite some time to pay. Huge delay as cashier was not familiar with prices. She left the counter to check on prices at least 2 orv3 times so was gone for a while. Finally i can only laugh that she refused to sell strawberries due ti her limited or no spellings. The lady was shocked and surprised that she could not buy this item only because of a price issue. The place lacks supervision, cluttered and hardly inviting.

                    This complaint is with regards to reliance fresh store located in kanakanagar l r bands, near bharath petrol bunk, r t nagar post, bangalore 560032.

                    I have been your coustmore still the store is opened near my house every day i see that even before your store is opened the retailers come and wait and take away all the fresh vegetables, leaves and fruits which come in the early morning. The same vegetables are sold by them in their shops for double the price.

                    I am unable to understand the purpose of reliance fresh for whom they are selling the produts. Can you please take action on this we are not getting any fresh products as it is all taken in bulk by these retailers.

                    The store manager and supervisor does not stop the retailer's from taking all in bulk. Your customer service is not at all good, lot of time is consumed in billing by these retailers.

                    Please take action and restrict the retailers from taking the fresh vegetables in bulk early in the morning. You can fix a timing for them like post 10am they can come and buy products from reliance fresh.

                      Yesterday on 29-september-2018 i purchased my households from reliance fresh as the quantity of items is very large so i ordered for home delivery and today when the items delivered to my home i opened the items all the biscuits are broken and convert into powder i am very disappointed with this its not about one packet i have purchased biscuits of around 300rupees.
                      Please show concern.

                        Your outlets are dirty and I'll managed. The product description in the bill cannot be understood. While the billing is done, the screen facing the customer flashes items for a blink and vanishes, how can one read and ascertain that the billing is happening correctly. This feedback has been given so many times to your store manager but for no avail. Baskets and trolleys are not well managed.

                          I had purchased one box of britannia cheese cubes from your
                          Kichripur outlet on 24.09.2018 with the expiry date of 30.09.2018.

                          On reaching my home and when i had opened the box if found only 8 cubes in the box (It should have been 10 cubes). I had also found that the box was repacked at your outlet end and had contained cubes with full of fungus.

                          Unfortunately, i had misplaced the bill.

                          I would request you to take appropriate action against staff
                          Of your outlet and reimburse me or send a new packet.

                            It is about the store at hyderabad czech colony sanathnagar store.
                            Frequently i visit the store after 8 p m..
                            There is the store manager is not present in the store any day any time.
                            The most if the billing counters are closed on enquiring they simply say we are hiring ladies staff at lower salary and they are able to work only upto maximum 6. Oo p. M. Only.
                            There is not displaying the cusomer relationship manager and store manager contact no. Near the billing counter. Afer complaining it to the store staff no response still after one month. I wrote the same in your store complaint book but no any action will be taken.
                            One time a face some problem i told the billing person to call the store manager he simply saying that i am not aware of this kindly enquire from the swcurity incharge.
                            What a good response no the relationship of manager with the swcurity guard instead of customers. And on asking to call the manager one of the store staff come and asking i am the manager tell me what's the issue.
                            It happens only in the reliance group.
                            Best wishes for your will go to the other stores becouse of this type of management and response from higher management group.

                              We are regular customers at Reliance Fresh, Wagholi since we came to reside at IVY ESTATE, Wagholi. On Saturday when we went to buy at Reliance Fresh, my wife noticed that weight of two peer fruits is shown as 405 gms which she believed was not possible. When the fruits were weighed in another weighing machine at the billing counter, the weight showed as 345 gms only. The manager explained that this weight difference could be due to the ceiling fan running! What to say about the manager's level of IQ or arrogance! Amount of Rs 12 was refunded in cash. The relevant invoice is attached with the said item circled.

                              The complaint is - How can two different weighing machines in the same location show different weights? Are the weighing machines not calibrated regularly? How is the inventory of such items reconciled? This can lead to corrupt practices if not properly checked? Are these not checked in random by Reliance authorities?

                              Second aspect is that customers are being cheated. Customers do not expect such weigh differences from reputed brands like Reliance Fresh. So if the customers pay more for lower quantity, this tantamounts to cheating and what else? This will drastically affect the sales of the outlet if customers drop off.

                                Am from banaglore. Frqently visit ur shop and i do face problem in billing area. The display on costumer side always running your add. We are not able to see how much amount billed. Just with in few scounds amount go off and ur add come in screen. Even cont see how much entered. If you want to place add pl put out side shop or inside. Remove it from display. I contact the lady incharge she tols ' i have informed management many times no action taken soo for am help less.' ask to write in feed back book. Once more than 200 rs less enterd i found out and informed the same lady and corrected it and paid the amount. Plz note all are not well educated. Soo many middle class use ur shop. If this not corrected i will stop using your shop.

                                  I am a regular customer of your store and i have always enjoyed shopping at your dayanand colony reliance fresh store. But last time your store employee mr ram unethical behavior ruined my experience 27/9/2018. During checkout i was waiting in queqe and when it was my turn, mr ram decided to clear bill of another person first. I confronted the other customer showing my displeasure but he just said he had only 4 items and it will take only 2 minutes. And went off. Then i also confronted your staff why he decided to clear the bill of the other customer firdt when it was my turn. Your staffe gave the answer that he has less item and he was senior citizen. To which i replied to him that neither the other customer looked that old (Above 60) by his face or hair nor he was ill and i also had only 6 items. So his reasons were not valid. On top of that both didn't had the courtesy to ask whether it was ok to do his billing first. And when i showed my displeasure, your staff asked me "aapko billing karna hai ya nahi?"of course i wanted to clear my bill. That's why i was in that store. I couldn't understand why your staff first decided not to acknowledge me as a person or because i am a girl he decided to ignore my presence. I often hear people saying yes to ladki hey, kuch nahi kah hey gi. Your staff attitude was same. I was so pissed of by then i decided to call the store manager. He apologized immediately after hearing me whereas mr ram didn't even bothered to apologise. Please teach your staff that :- every customer should be treated equally.
                                  Secondly, same rule for every one.
                                  If there is a queqe system, not only the customer but the staff should also follow it.
                                  Third thing, i[censored] make a mistake, have the courtesy to accept it and apologize.
                                  I am hoping that you will take this matter seriously cause it takes a long time to build your goodwill but only seconds to destroy it.

                                  First of all your billing counter closed accept 1 counter, there is ur representative not proper response to customer.. As always ur store manager also...

                                    This regarding improper way of keeping and handling things with the approval of managers at 23 gurgaon reliance fresh store . First store is full of rodents and second their staff is ### pulses pkt ( to making it degassed ) for keeping in shelf .                                       I visited your branch at hessaraghatta main road bangalore,, asked for home delivery of many grocery products including 25kg rice bag etc,, maybe my purchase would have been to tune of ₹5000/ but your staff said,, i have to collect all the,, materials on my own,, weigh them,, pack them,,, then only they vl deliver to my home,, then what's the use of home delivery,, if i have to do everything myself,, and ladies working there were quaralling with each other,, without attending the customers,, see to weigh ten items on our own takes how much of time,, that's y i go for home delivery,, kindly improve your service,, at that branch,,,
