I went to your store today (13/04/2018) in west mogappair chennai to buy a maggi hot & sweet tomato ketchup.in your display they mentioned 78 rupees but they charge me 98 rupees i asked your store manager but he is soo rude to me and using abusive words. I have photo proof and bill. I hope you make further action and reply to me. Otherwise i'm going register a complain with consumer court.

Acknowledgement wasn't received in the first swipe hence swiped again, but twice amount has been deducted from my account.
Have followed up with the manager here, but in vain.
Please help to get the deducted amount back to my account.

Sir, this is shashank erukulla. I am from warangal. As you know that your retail stores are giving offers when we use visa cards for paying the bill. Your retail stores employees entered into an agreement with other small shops and selling all goods to that shops using visa cards i. E 33.5% off on every bill of 300. Your employees are getting commission from other shops and your offers are not reaching final customers

When i went to buy some household items from reliance retail store at plot no.1, dwarka city center, sector-13, dwarka, new delhi on 07.04.2018 (Store 6239), i found board at various places in store displaying that "every thing below 5% on mrp everyday". However, when i got bill i was surprised to see that some items are billed on mrp and in some items only 2% discount were given instead of 5%. This is tantamount to cheating with public and unfair trade practice. Such a big name in the industries like reliance should not adopt such type o[censored]nfair practice. Kindly look into it so that such type of mistake should not repeat in future.

Customer service is not satisfactory. Never found any person to customer help to found any prduct. Found all the salesman gathered in store room but not ready for help after request. Many times we complainets to cash counter but not careful.
Products is not available in store as per display. Products price is different from displaying offers.
We can say no one is there to help customers.

I bought a chocolate sundae amul ice cream on 6th march 2018. The moment i opened in the ice cream i could smell some medicine. When i went to the store for this issue the store manager refused to give any refund or replacement. The only thing she could say is "it is the problem on the brand", and the only thing running in her mind was ""'god, please make this guy to leave my store asap". She said she will address this issue to amul vendor and i know this is not going to happen because she dint even cared to ask my name or any contact details.
So sick of your guys!!

I submit my previous policy to issue new policy at the time they say some less amount to issue policy around 1550 and i told that i claimed from previous insurance at the he told less premium and issue the same and in same policy he misguided me for less premium and in new policy he written we dont take any claim in previous policy. So after one week i recieve a letter from icici lombard that you claimed from previous insurance but you mention u not claimed any in new insurance because of mr arvind who issue my insurance and there he he dont describe that i claimed from previous insurance.in letter company said to deposit 660 to more deposit to continue my insurance. And i talked to mr arvind he miss behaved with & spoke very rudely with me i ask for solutionhe give number of other person& i m trying on that number he cant pick my phone i visit store many times he is not
There so please resolve my problem and took some action against mr avind to not misguided customer other wise i file case in consumer court & took some serious action

I had purchased an order of rs6000 on 7th april 2018 at 2pm and was guranteed an assured delivery by 6pm.
However upon not getting the order by 6:30pm i called d store people as i had to leave home by 8pm.
Upon getting d delivery person's no. And having a word i came to know that d order is late. He said that d order can be delivered after 8pm for which i denied as i wont be at home. Hence asked for d delivery around 9am in morning for which d delivery person agreed.
Now when i am calling d store in d morning around 10am they are telling me that d delivery person came to ur home at 8pm and noone received d order. He even spoke very arrogantly that you people order stuff and are not available to receive it. And moreover your order will now be delivered upon their will by tonight.
D details of d person are: parvesh mishra ([protected]) and he works at reliance fresh (Sector 23 market) and calls himself d head there. Though even a sweeper converses in a better manner than d so called head of reliance fresh.
With this i would never ever buy anything from reliance fresh sector 23 store.

Just had a bad experience with reliance fresh.

Purchased some baby corn from the store at chalakudy. The weight as per the electronic weighing machine kept amongst vegetables was 0.505 kg whereas they put 0.588 in bill. The billing staff didn't even respond when i asked them to recheck. The approach was very unfriendly. Then i approached the manager and asked him to weigh it in all three electronic machines in the store.

The results were very weird. One machine showed 0.48, another 0.505 and the next 0.59. He apologised and gave back the extra money.

These people are not properly certifying the weighing machines i guess.

They take 3 digits after the point and we blindly do believe the weight is correct.

No! They are really looting us with incorrect weighing machines.

I bought pond's white beauty day cream spf 15 pa+from reliance retail limited, shop no:- g-1 to 5, science square comp, nr takshshila bunglows, science city road, sola gam, ahmedabad-380060. The crem bottle had broken out. I went to change it by taking it but store keeper mr. Karan jadeja very rudely behave with me. I want justice and action on karan jadeja.

29/03/2018 visited the reliance fresh store in kharghar sector 19. The security guy insulted my mom and told her to keep her bags outside in the rack and even checked her bag while allowing others to carry their empty bags inside the store. The security dint allow her to get into the store. The person was a man how can he check a females hand bag? Does reliance allows their male employees to peep into a females bag? What about a females morality this is insane and on 30/03/2018 i went to question the security. That man accepted his mistake and apologised however the guy named as rupesh started quarelling. He raised his voice on us. He threatened us to leave used absurd language. N came literally to hit us. Infact he was not even a manager a normal employee and he said dont come again i will not allow you to get into the store. And even said to security that dont take them inside again and always keep their bags outside. On top of that he was so very assured that nothing is going to happen to him that he even said go n launch a complaint against me i dont care nothing is going to happen. At the end before the matter got worse the security person pushed him inside the store and he even abused us. We were literally scared with that behaviour. I hope that a action is take against him. But after his behaviour one thing is for sure that reliance takes their customers for granted. And the enployees are the sole boss of the store who can literally behave like goons and misbehave with female customers. Reliance does not guarantee the security of females in their own store by their employees. Do keep me informed about the action taken against him

On date 29 march 2018 i was purchased 5410/- grossery from reliance fresh khirni phatak road tara nagar jhotwara jaipur rajasthan. During billing time mr. Vikash mishra (Billing man) was misbehave, roudly talking. I has complained to manager mr. Suwalal, but no satisfactory action has on mr. Vikash.

Dear team,

I have visited so many times to reliance smart store (Iskon) ahmedabad and observed that worst customer service in ahmedabad. Staff is not supported as well as cashier doesnt want to bother for customer. Even, employees are not much interested in customers. I am very very much fed up also ask about manager gaurav so all the time i was told about him not available at store. I have heard that, this is the most popular store in india but worst service in india as well.
Kindly let them train, how to communicate with customer.

We are regularly purchasing sona masuri raw rice for consumption from reliance fresh. The 10 kg packing we purchased in the last cycle has strong smell of gamaxene powder and causes irritation of mouth when consumed raw. I urge you to kindly look into the matter. This was purchased from the reliance fresh store in savitri nagar, south delhi, pincode 110017.

Vegetables rates r not updated everytime. Displaying one cost n billing another cost. We faced this problem thrice in kothapet branch of guntur. Every sunday, we visit the store n while billing was done, we r detecting at least one vegetable cost getting mismatched. When questioned abt the same, one employee by name divya responded very rudely towards us. The store manager mr. Kiran kumar is unable to manage the things. Pls do take care of this matter.

I used to purchased apples watermalean oranges bananas most often from reliance fresh and it is 3rd time happening with me as fruits are not in edible condition. It happened with apple, watermelon, oranges etc.
I am a regular customer to reliance fresh for fruits and vegetables but now here after i probably won't continue to buy fruits and vegetables.

Sir ;on 6.03.2018 i have purchase near about rs.664 but the cashier did not accept the coin of rs.64 intotal & ask to pay only rs.20 in coin. Since feb 18 the price of custard powder (Strawberry) ;strawberry jelly beans has not been updated with the price tag. I have already made a complain on februarý as well as on 06.03.2018. But still today no action has taken. Pleae update immediately & inform me through email.
Please ask the cashier to accept more coin (At least 25% to 30%) of total shopping value. Hope for your quick reply & action.

Today i purchased sumeru classiques - navarathan multi vegetable paratha from reliance fresh at motera, which was expired. The manufacturing date of the above item was sep 2016 - b:360929d.
This is not acceptable and i realised it when i started making it as it was just breaking off bit by bit.

Please get back to me with your explanation. I have attached the bill and the cover of the paratha for your information.

I have visited the shop on 14 march 2018 and they have charged twice for my bill no 153 and even i have asked them they are not doing the right. They misbehave with me. Even i heard from other people they are doing this on regular basis.

Dear sir/madam... Sat sri akal.. I m jaspal from basti sheikh.. I want to complaint mr. Gurdev singh and some other store members.. They price down for verka milk early morning nd billed for personal nd relative at lowest price in bulk.. I m relince fresh daily customer nd billed amount nearby 500 to 2000 daily.. When i demand for milk 3-3 pkt of verka milk.. The above said mr gurdev singh sales man at reliance fresh. Near ambedkar chowk nakodar road jalandhar.. He told me verka milk is not available in store but then one tea maker come to the store nd demand for milk.. He give him 12 green verka, nd 10 yello.. An other person come to the store nd demand for cow verka milk to gurdev singh. Gurdev singh give him 25 pkt of verka milk at mark down lowest price.. Nd one another person nd said gurdev mere packet kha hain he said uncle apke packet counter ke neeche chhupa kr rakhe hain then gurdev ne red verka packet mrp 26/- wala paket ka bill 18/- rs par kar dia... Jab mene iske regarding store manager se baat karni chahi to unhone kha ke me to abhi store me aya hu mere ko iske bare me jankari nhi hai.. Store nanager ke ane se pehle price down kaise ho gea aur apne khas bndo ko uss milk ki billing ho gae.. Its very shameful.. Jo person apse sab sman khreed rha hai us ko milk nhi mil rha.. Aur jb mene 12 maaza 1.2 ltr botle mangi to usne bola ke 2 bottle se zyada billing nhi hoga.. Ye gurdev singh pehle sman ko bikne nhi deta baad me price down karwa ke apne khas persons ko uska fyda dilwata hai... So pls enquire it at early morning at 7 am nd take action against above said gurdev singh.. Thanks
