Vegetables rates r not updated everytime. Displaying one cost n billing another cost. We faced this problem thrice in kothapet branch of guntur. Every sunday, we visit the store n while billing was done, we r detecting at least one vegetable cost getting mismatched. When questioned abt the same, one employee by name divya responded very rudely towards us. The store manager mr. Kiran kumar is unable to manage the things. Pls do take care of this matter.

    I used to purchased apples watermalean oranges bananas most often from reliance fresh and it is 3rd time happening with me as fruits are not in edible condition. It happened with apple, watermelon, oranges etc.
    I am a regular customer to reliance fresh for fruits and vegetables but now here after i probably won't continue to buy fruits and vegetables.

      Sir ;on 6.03.2018 i have purchase near about rs.664 but the cashier did not accept the coin of rs.64 intotal & ask to pay only rs.20 in coin. Since feb 18 the price of custard powder (Strawberry) ;strawberry jelly beans has not been updated with the price tag. I have already made a complain on februarý as well as on 06.03.2018. But still today no action has taken. Pleae update immediately & inform me through email.
      Please ask the cashier to accept more coin (At least 25% to 30%) of total shopping value. Hope for your quick reply & action.

        Today i purchased sumeru classiques - navarathan multi vegetable paratha from reliance fresh at motera, which was expired. The manufacturing date of the above item was sep 2016 - b:360929d.
        This is not acceptable and i realised it when i started making it as it was just breaking off bit by bit.

        Please get back to me with your explanation. I have attached the bill and the cover of the paratha for your information.

They price down for verka milk early morning nd billed for personal nd relative at lowest price in bulk.. I m relince fresh daily customer nd billed amount nearby 500 to 2000 daily.. When i demand for milk 3-3 pkt of verka milk.. The above said mr gurdev singh sales man at reliance fresh. Near ambedkar chowk nakodar road jalandhar.. He told me verka milk is not available in store but then one tea maker come to the store nd demand for milk.. He give him 12 green verka, nd 10 yello.. An other person come to the store nd demand for cow verka milk to gurdev singh. Gurdev singh give him 25 pkt of verka milk at mark down lowest price.. Nd one another person nd said gurdev mere packet kha hain he said uncle apke packet counter ke neeche chhupa kr rakhe hain then gurdev ne red verka packet mrp 26/- wala paket ka bill 18/- rs par kar dia... Jab mene iske regarding store manager se baat karni chahi to unhone kha ke me to abhi store me aya hu mere ko iske bare me jankari nhi hai.. Store nanager ke ane se pehle price down kaise ho gea aur apne khas bndo ko uss milk ki billing ho gae.. Its very shameful.. Jo person apse sab sman khreed rha hai us ko milk nhi mil rha.. Aur jb mene 12 maaza 1.2 ltr botle mangi to usne bola ke 2 bottle se zyada billing nhi hoga.. Ye gurdev singh pehle sman ko bikne nhi deta baad me price down karwa ke apne khas persons ko uska fyda dilwata hai... So pls enquire it at early morning at 7 am nd take action against above said gurdev singh.. Thanks

              I was a regular customer at reliance fresh in hyderabad (Malkajgiri)..in last 1 month there are three times double billing done through credit/debit cards at the counter. After transaction the amount was shown as declined but already got message in registered mobile as deducted. When i convey the same to the manager named k. Sridhar ([protected]), he said that the amount is not reflected in the system. I showed him the debit message also still...

              Dear reliance group i went to your reliance fresh outlet in gurgaon on pataudi road near sec 10. I am a regular customer of this outlet since 2013. Today i. E 13.03.18 i went to reliance fresh to buy juice. I bought 2 packs of real mix juice they said there is offer of 12 rs off on mrp 99. When they billed it showed 12 rs off but when it comes to return the guy offer rs 4 against 200 rs, which should be 26 according to mrp and offer.
              When i put an objection they said buy anything of rs 22 instead of 26 and even they can't return in cash.. When i don't need anything they were pushing to buy instead of cash return. So i refused to buy and came back without juice. It was really a very very bad experience in last 6 years. The person was there his name was kunal i don't know whether he was guard or floor manager. Bcoz he was putting paid stamp on bills but wasn't in dress of guard.
              It wasn't expected that it can happen at reliance.
              I am very mush disappointed that i have to come back without my dietary supplement.
              I won't be a customer of this outlet any more.

                I visited our outlet at kasavanahalli, bangalore on 12/03/2018

                I was looking for a product crazy line

                I found one anti cockroach stick opened (Tore wrapper)

                At that moment one of the staff came and argued as i tore the wrapper

                I asked to check in cc tv, he says camera is not working and he started shouting at me

                To my surprise security came and about to punch me as i tore the wrapper

                Since i am a local kannadiga i managed the situation

                I wonder on false allegation and the gooda attitude from the staff aswell as the security

                Please look in to the matter very seriously

                  Hi team,

                  I made a payment from my yesbank card on 30th nov 2017 which was successfully done from my bank but reliance fresh guy told that they didn't receive the money at their end. Hence i made another payment and they assured me that first payment will be refunded back.
                  They asked me to contact my bank and asked to raise a chargeback request. I did the same.
                  Yes bank asked me to fill a dispute form and it took 2 months for the whole process. Now they told me that they had a word with merchant (Reliance fresh) and according to them this was a successful transaction hence they can't refund the money.

                  I request you to kindly check at your end and give my money back.

                  Transaction done - 608.58 rupees.
                  It was done twice.
                  1. First one from yes bank which you guys claimed as unsuccessful. Card no is [protected].

                  2. 2nd one was done from ny standard chartered card no [protected].

                  Best customer service I have experienced. Received a call from them and their relationship manager assured me to get it resolved. Although they took time but at the end it's resolved. I am pretty satisfied. :)

                    I purchased 2 cans of 250ml red bull with revised price of rupees 99/- the sales person billed it for 107 and had to pay that money. After billing when i checked the receipt, i noticed the issue and informed them. They refunded the money after a discussion.
                    There was a notice near the billing counter says reliance pride themselves for accurate billing and if any error happens, they will refund the difference and and additional rupees 100/- for the inconveniences faced. When i asked for that, they said it never happens and it is just for the name sake. Is that how ur actual principles are..? Well, it's very shameful. And there is nothing to be proud of in this system of your ' accurate billing'.
                    Please do the needful and ensure you don't put up such a fancy notice to please other's eyes. Don't do it if you are not willing to fulfill them.

                      I have taken some goods and when i am gone to billing section there is executive name is sushil yadav. They talk very rudely and unprofessional.

                      I am very upset with his behaviour. And i am never suggest any one to go reliance store even i don’t want to go there because we are respectful person and if your company doesn’t give respect then no body want to go there.

                        Yesterday's experience at reliance fresh vikaspuri delhi outlet was horrible and absolutely bitter firstly they have fake schemes and send sms to customer just to bug them as dove pink soap supposed to be given at rs 9/- on women's day wasn't available and as per the staff it never came secondly they are selling poor quality product like mr fresh lichi juice which is horrible and waste of money which i bought on confidence of reliance brand but regretted later thirdly a staff there was misbehaving, ill-mannered and rude passed certain comments and later nudged and pushed me at billing counter this was my last visit to reliance and literally there are no way to contact them on such issues so one who dont have time for customer customer has no time for them.

                        I have been there in reliance fresh for grocery shopping, the bill was of 238 but they deducted the same amount two times, initially, I thought that fault is on banks end, so I complained there but they rejected it because payment is transferred to reliance so please refund it back.

Dove soap @ rs9/= for purchase of every rs99 @ rel fresh, till 11 mar18, for womens day, was announced on 10 mar18. On visiting the outlet on womens day, the outlet manager states that they have run out of stock of dove soap, as the same was exhausted on 10 mar18 itself. So, what is the big idea of promising the customer of the offer till 11 mar18? Does anybody in the management really look into demand and supply? Pse ensure my purchase of items vide stated invoice no for rs 505.12 is honoured. Look forward to a call from a responsible officer.

                              I am t s vasu, male 53 years of age live in kolkata. Very regular buyer from your reliance fresh store in new town rajarhut kolkata (700 156 is the pin code).
                              1. On sunday the 25th feb i bought gillette cartridge priced at rs. 352/- (Hsn 8212). This was the only cartridge available in the store on that day and i specifically asked the counter sales person that i this will fit with gillette fusion razor. He acknowledged affirmatively and hence i billed. There was no other cartridge available in the store then (At least on display near check out). But unfortunately it is not compatible to fusion razor. What do it do?
                              2. On the same day i purchased the only youghat brand sold in your store (Hsn040310) normally i buy strawberry flavour and or black current flavor. I dont like the natural flavor. But on the said day, since there was nothing else available knowingly i bought this flavour. I usually buy it for benefit of the prodcut.
                              Unfortunately the said item (Numbers) were due for expiry on that day itself and when i opened and started eating i could clearly feel that the puffed pack was tasting sour! I thru and tried the 2nd one and that too was tasting bad.
                              Fyi, on that day i bought yakult, mother dairy's dhahi and thier mishti dhahi. All of these were/ are good.
                              Bill number for the transaction is 110 dated 25 02 18 17.55.47 hours.

                              I am writing this expecting just a reply. I dont expect neither replacement of cartridge or the youghat. This stems from my past experience of reliance fresh in chennai (Arya gowda road west mambalam branch).

                                On 23rd i bought goods of 5991rs from reliance fresh. Thers an offer of buy 1get one free for atta noodles. I bought 3 nd didn't get one. Ystrdy i went nd complaint thn thy give one. If we forget about discount or offers we are easily get cheated. If we check the bill it's a long bill, we have to check very closely to understand each item. Its a long bill but only in short forms. Please do necessary

                                  Reliance fresh, mahanadivihar, cuttack, has no sympathy for customer as we are standing for an hour for billing, but there is no link and the staff s are not showing sympathy for manual billing.
                                  Not even trying to contact central server.
                                  Manager is also standing ideal and no effect s from his side.
                                  So please do the necessity to improve your customer service.

                                    Today i have swiped my hdfc debit card at reliance fresh kaikhali but the swipe machine was running out of paper, so the transaction was successful but the slip didn't came out, i have to swipe again as they said it was a transaction failure. But in my account it is showing transaction successful, the reference id is 001697 and bill amount is 553.14. Please do the needful.

                                      I brought sweet corn and pulpy orange from reliance fresh (Reliance retail limited, raghu enclave, d. No. 8-1-84/a, pedda waltair, visakhapatnam-530017. Cin no: u01100mh1999plc120563) on 04/02/2017. I tried to pay with debit card but no message or transaction was there at that time. So, i paid the amount in cash (Bill no: 233, casheir:[protected]. But the next day i got a message that amount was debited. I went immediately to log complaint but they told they will log complaint and no proof was given for that complaint. After repeated going to stores on 18/02/2018, they logged complaint (Request details: sd9263738, store id: 2386). They told to call after 2 to 3 days to know the status. When i called there no response with silly reason.
