We are facing problem of water overflowing by reliance fresh near our house ...they turn onn motor and always forget to turn it off ...due to which a huge amount of water is wasted everyday .please take action as soon as possible .otherwise soon we will file case against you .

    Hi,

    I purchased some items from Reliance on 3rd Feb 2018 after paying by my Debit card Reliance staff told me that transaction failed BUT I showed them that money has already deducted from my account but they didn't accepted. I paid by cash. Reliance Staff told me that I will get money back in 24 hours but still I didn't get it back.

    Please look into it ASAP

      Manager of ashoknagar, paldi, ahmedabad behave rudely misbehave with me for green coconut. They always says that generate bill then take coconut so i generate bill for that. Then i came to know that there r 2 coconut but pulled i want unpilled. So i asked for refund. He doesn't response well. Plz call me on [protected]. There is no refund policy. But still counter girl refund me my money

      I had done shopping of RS 367 From Navi Mumbai Nerul located reliance fresh store, Amount twice deducted as first attempt was failed due to time out as I was paying form Payzap, In Second attempt same RS 367 again deducted from my account, but first amount has still not been refunded to me.

        Today, while i shop on reliance fresh, sector 15, gurgaon, one of their billing employee mukesh kumar[protected] has abused/ragging by yelling loudly to a new joinee"female" coworker and i thought it was just a employee to employee chat but when i got out from the store, i saw that lady crying! In a corner, i went there and get mukesh to say sorry to her but instead of feel sorry, he said i didn't say anything, (Why would she will cry then, ask him?). Few minutes later, their senior employee mr. Sandeep kumar[protected] came and instead of telling mukesh to say sorry to her, he sent back mukesh to billing counter (As their one billing counter stopped! Because of this) and even worst, he starts questioning to her, why didn't you came to me?. Guys if you believe in 'women empowerment', 'beti bachao, beti padhao', please don't shop here!

        Also, that lady was so caring that she stopped me from complaining to police, shout-out to her!

        If any reliance management see this, please take some action to avoid this misbehave! To female employees.

          Hi,

          On 15th december 2017, i had transacted for inr 1, 214.88/- using payzapp app to avail the 15% discount scheme in reliance fresh stores

          I am supposed to get a cash back of inr 150/- as per the guidelines.

          Discount not yet credited and my bank has advised to contact reliance fresh team, who as usual never address customer complaints promptly

          Kindly advise

              I have purchased almond for 349/- in Reliance Fresh on 24th Jan 2018. I gave my Citibank debit card for paying the amount. I got confirmation message from Citibank. Since the counter person couldn't get the printout, she asked for another card. I gave my SBI card. I got confirmation message from SBI. Also she got the printout of confirmation. After this she said the amount deducted from Citibank will get reversed. But, so far it has not happened. The team has raised a complaint. But looks like no one from reliance team is closing the complaint. I am not sure how many days will it take. As per initial statement from the team it should get closed in 4 days time. Now it is almost 2 weeks. I have attached the snapshot of the bank statements here. This happened with Reliance Fresh Raghuvana Halli branch, Bangalore. What stops for them to take action on this? Why are they waiting for 2 weeks to close the complaint? For what are they waiting for? This is not acceptable. Almost I have made around 10 calls to them so far. They are not even bothered to respond back from their end.

              They have given back the amount and suggested to get it reversed from Bank and then revert back the amount. The amount is reversed back by the Bank and the I have reverted back to reliance fresh.

                  Sirs,
                  Since last few days i have been visiting reliance store in my city junagadh (Guj), purchasing items and wanting to pay the bill using bharat qr code, but the counter person keeps threatening that their system debits amount twice due to delay at some point (Best known to them) and then i would have to go through a long process of refund, hence it is advisable not to pay through bharat qr.

                  Now, on one side there is lot of advertisement about this form of payment and on the other side, behind the curtains, there seem to be certain forces working to obstruct it.

                  So, is it due to lethargic working environment at the store or are you (Reliance store authorities) in cahoot with axis bank and visa people to see that the discount offer of 15% remains only on paper?

                  If you cannot afford to pay discounts why offer it at all?

                  Similar experience at Rel Fresh Mansarovar Garden Delhi sometime back. Paid thru QRCode but the cashier said payment not recd. On taking up the issue strongly, two days later they accepted payment was recd and then they delivered the bought items.Who is responsible for harassment caused to me? Can't Reliance train their staff to accept payments through different methods incl Bharat QR?
                  HA they have removed the QR completely from the reliance stores near my home! They want us to use Paytm who only offer discounts on days I dont buy. So now its like I prefer to just use a credit card and let reliance pay the charges on that rather than getting that money straight into their bank account. Not going to use paytm since I have now paid like 5000 without getting any discount using it.

                  What a pathetic company...

                    I had ordered a rice bag on 26th noon after i was assured delivery before 9 p. M. On 26th from your nsr road, saibaba colony, coimbatore. But even after 27 hours this rice bag has not been delivered. If you cannot deliver the ordered rice bag within 24 hours why do you promise delivery same day? I would have picked up from some other store. Now i want to cancel this order and want my cash back. I have spoke to so many different people right from yesterday evening, but no use. Today i spoke to your store manager around 12:20 p. M. Who informed be will deliver within one and half hours, but not yet delivered. Reliancefresh is useless.

                      Problem description - the offer was that
                      - on every 700 rupees purchase, 1 kg sugar is free
                      - my purchase was of about 2100 rupees, thus 3kg sugar should have been made free on it
                      - but the sales lady denied to give 3 kg of sugar and insisted on giving only 1kg of sugar on 1 bill
                      - we were members of separate families therefore for our convenience, we told her to separate bills, but the employees their were so mannerless that they rudely refused to do the same
                      - because of their harsh and irrelevent behaviour ; we had to return from the store leaving our purchase, hence our 2 hours time got wasted
                      - even the store manager has no say amongst his emplyees
                      - strict action is required to be taken on the employees and management of reliance fresh, near shalimar township, indore who dose'nt even care about customers and their rights to gain benefits of offers in store
                      - customer satisfaction is out of bounce concept for reliance fresh employees

                        Reliance fresh staff calicut beach (Kerala) don't have much knowledge of products and offers.

                        Especially different offers of payment like paytm, bharat qr, jio money.

                        Cashier always refuse to accept all these

                        I have tried several times to pay via bharat qr and they said not possible. But there is a big display board mentioning the these offers.
                        Need your urgent assistance on these

                        Dear Manager, why are you forcefully making ladies staff to work till night 10pm, it's mandatory to leave them before 8pm but u people making them to till 10pm it's arressment against ladies, pls slove this issues and make them to go early as possible before 8pm, Im watching daily wen I came for shopping at late night around 9:40

                            This happened with my mom today around 5:30 in the evening. She had purchased some vegetables for rs.50+, and had given rs.100 to the cashier after billing. The cashier who s supposed to be a guy, went to check on something and arguing with my mom that she never paid instead of giving the change. This is not the first time they r creating such nuisance. Instead of doing this cheap tactics, you guys can better sit on road and beg!!! I don't want to visit them again in my life time.

                              I have visited reliance mart in miryalaguda on 10/1/18, i bought some grocery items, bournvita price on rack showed 165 but when at billing time they charged 197, we asked the staff he said i dont know, i spoke to staff after some time they want to give some items for the extra price charged with some sample coffee packets, they they give money finally.

                              This store in miryalaguda is not a good store its cheating customers every time i bought something, same thing they are cheating all customers.

                                In virar reliance fresh outlet there is an issue with milk. Full quantity of milk everyday has been given to the tea vendor and not to costomer. Store manager take additional amount from tea vendor and supplies milk to them. My father at the age of 62 goes to buy milk to the outlet and he has been stopped. Employees have been very rude with him. I am part of zee news company let me know if i have to make a news out of this.

                                  There is separate queue in super markets like spar, bigbazaar, dmart for less than 10 items and for senior citizen. Find it really wierd in relience freah to stand in general queue in reliance fresh to bill a single item. Though reported several times to the customer service desk at the super market location, no improvement. Really disgusting to stand in general queue to bill a single item.

                                    I went to reliance fresh madhusudan nagar bbsr.. I was about to purchase something my mom called me as she suffers from chronic health disorder i had to take her to home.. So i atonce went.. I kept my bag outside at luggage counter.. As the timing of closing of shop was 10 pm.. I returned around 9 50 pm as i had forgotten to take my bag.. Then the security by seeing me put the shutter down... And misbehaved with me.. My mother was there in the hospital still.. I am not in a state to write more.. If you wish there is something in this imp.. Please change the security guard there.. Unruly behaviour... Even someone from inside hit the shutter so hard and shouted abuses.. I had all imp things in my bag... I request you to kindly take necessary action because this can happen with you and your family

                                      This is the 4 th time im visited the store
                                      Only on bill counter is working remain are shut down. If ask them they told something
                                      But they are simply wasting time by taking selfies and time passing.. 4 th time i’m observing.. Pls take action i[censored] ppl are not providing simple things how can u expect to visit again. Plz provide atleast 2 bill desk

                                        We have purchased grocery items on 22.12.2017 at 21:10:31 time from your reliance fresh outlet at reliance retail ltd. Alwal 2008, plot no.19, 20, 33&34, survey no.191, jj jawahar cooperative building society, ranga reddy dist. And the total invoice value rs.1908.25 we have given our axis debit card to the counter, he has swiped the card in pos machine for the said amount and we have received a debit amount message from axis bank, but he has not given us the material saying that he has not credited the amount and will not give the items without invoice.
                                        Till today we have not received the amount back to my account or material from your store.
                                        Request needful done at the earliest.

                                        Once the payment was done by debit card but the payment failed in the device used by the person who was doing payment. The amount got deducted still we did cash payment. We have not received the amount deducted from our card.
