        I purchased groceries on 25th June 2022 at Reliance mall - Iyyapanthangal for Rs.2093.22. I used PostBank (DakPay UPI) for the payment. Reliance Employees said the transaction was not successful even though my account status is updated as 'successful' and forced me to repay again using GPay. They promised that amount would be refunded within 2 days from the server team but i haven't got any.

            This complaint is regarding employees harassment in RELIANCE FRESH (SANJAYNAGAR) BANGALORE, The manager name : SARASWATHI is repeatedly harassing the employees to logout and work overtime and not giving the employees WEEKOFF. The staff who work hard whole week and they dont get WEEKOFF whole month and harassing to do over time after loging out in the attendance this has become daily routine and if anybody questions her she say that all HR are in her pocket and they cant do any thing. But interesting is the employees who are in favor of her and those who have given credit to her they get easy week off and permission every week and they can go home ontime. Kind request to the concerned please look into the matter

              I purchased veggies and milk of 409 after billing I got to about the price of green which was little high according to me.so I wanted to exchange, and wanted to buy some other veggies.but they refused to do so. how is it possible.if I m getting something which I don't want and I want to return then why are they so stubborn.the staffs of reliance smart are arrogant and very rough in behaviour.I m a regular customer buying veggies for more than 5 years.I request the concerned authorities to take action against such outlets.the manager is VEENITA.the worst behaved shop.

                I made two payments on 6 April 2022, of rs 155 and 215 rs. 215 rs paid for the items I got. I was asked money of 155 rs wil be refunded.
                Even after a month I didn't got money.
                I enquired both customer care of bank and reliance fresh.
                Bank says transaction done we can't do anything, reliance customer care says we got 1 time payment ask bank for money revert back.
                No body trying to co-operate. Kindly see the matter please.

                  My total money 64.48 rs has been deducted via upi at reliance fresh Ratanada jodhpur (date - 16 june, 9:00 pm ), i scan QR code given by them and paid the amount 32.24 but employee said that there is no money received and then their employee insisted me to scan again and pay, once again i scan it and paid the amount of 32.24 but still they said that there is no money received by them and refund will be issued in 1-2 days, but still I didn’t get any refund, now they are saying that take the grocery worth of 64.48. I want my money back, its not about 64.48 rs its about the honesty store should have to keep towards the customer and also about customer care policy

                    Hi,

                    I have made a transaction of Rs. 959.20 at Reliance Fresh outlet at Sulthanpalya Branch on 20th May 2022. The amount is debited from my current account but the bill is not generated against the transaction, even material is not given by the store person. The outlet person said that the amount is not received against the transaction made.

                    Kindly recheck in your system and refund the amount if the transaction is successful. Also I have raised complaint in the concerned bank.

                    The supporting documents are attached herewith for your reference

                    I am requesting you to please consider this mail on priority and do the needful

                      We have take 4 items for billing that time my wife has giving phone pay from online transaction
                      We really want to say that when the transaction has been successfully that time ur emoloye ganesh bhargure he said that u don't won't to take item outside because .we doesn't have get ur bill from our technical issue has happen from reliance office so when we have get transaction successfully then also he has argued with us and give us such a bad words and said arguing so please take a action on Ganesh bhargure we have requesting him to give our items which we have paid bill but such a manager which gives us this type of treatment so please give me reply as early as possible

                        I made a payment of 327.61 for products I've selected at Reliance Fresh but bill could not be generated so they didn't allow me to take the products even though my payment was done. I have attached payment screenshot. The store manager said this is not a valid payment.

                              We had purchased a pomegranate at reliance fresh store at Cooch Behar on 27 Apr. fruits were rotten from inside and not able to consume. This is totally unacceptable & not expected from reliance.

                                I used to buy my milk daily here as it's nearby and the only place near me which sells milk with 4.5% fat content (Milma Green packet milk).

                                Nowadays Milk is not even available sometimes.(I shop between 5-6 pm)

                                Of the days from Sunday to Saturday
                                There is no milk mostly during Monday to Friday and on Saturday you could get some during 5-6 pm.

                                Nowadays even standard milk (Milma blue, Muralya, Sapins) not available to buy.

                                From not even able to buy my favourite 4.5% fat milk twice a week to no availability of standard 3% fat milk daily what is going on with your supply chain?

                                Please make milk available everyday especially Milma 4.5% fat green packet milk.

                                The vegetables are not as fresh as they used to be.

                                The chocobars and kulfi in the freezer is always flat like as if they were melted in transportation (checked batches in freezer between last year till yesterday)

                                And recently the card payment system doesn't work there

                                Please make a way to take feedback from customers and check all reliance fresh stores for supply chain issues, staff discipline, store issues, product shortages & issues, etc and solve them to create a more perfect system and step up competition and always be at the forefront on the industry

                                Replace the old fluorescent tubelights in all stores with led tubes and it would reduce big bills in electricity(more than 75% savings) and make store look more neat, sleek, futuristic, ambient, (mine is fluorescent yellowed dirty tubelight there since 2009 since it opened and starting to look closer like a rundown big bazaar from a previous visit)

                                Hygiene is starting to become a issue as it's raining and there is mud nearby and water all over inside the store from walking and I almost slipped on the wet tiles and someone saw it and it was so embarrassing.

                                Also sell future retail products in your stores like snacks from Nilgiris, and products not available in good life range to make up for it.

                                Fluorescent tubelights are replaced by LED tubelights but poor choice of colour as the new ones installed are warm white not cool white. Not a good choice for shopping ambience. But very good instant response for replacement. (just replace non replaced in other stores with cool white ones it's a big difference in mood when shopping)

                                Just paint the false yellowed false ceiling inside stores with bright white paint in all your stores (it's a cheap hack to make all stores look kinda new but test it small batches on panel by panel paint by paint before perfect look)

                                Still milk issue not solved but more stocks of curd came

                                Start secret inspection on all fresh stores as a customer as most older stores are starting to look run down and not well maintained.

                                Anyway good work response and keep up the good work.

                                  Reliance Fresh (Sanjaynagar Branch) BANGALORE This is to inform that I am a regular customer of the reliance i have been noticing that the ASM (Mary) this lady keep on abusing employees and also misbehaves with customer. I also seen that many complaint has been raised against this lady (Mary - ASM) for abusing and harrasing the employee and so called manager has never taken action against this lady if she had taken action this would not repeatedly do the same mistake. The Manager (Saraswathi) is supporting her because she is her community what kind of manager she is more over this manager supports her inspite her being abusive and harrasing the employee and I have never seen this lady working all the time this lady scolding the employee and harassing them. Felt sorry for those employee who was crying. Manager should be ashamed of herself for keeping such a lady as ASM and suporting her for being her community. Kind request to take action against the both.

                                    We are regularly purchasing from Reliance Fresh – Arcot Road, Valsaravakkam, Chennai. Our phone number [protected] is registered for cash back. But even when we give the OTP, the cash back is not working. We have reported several times to the store supervisor, but no action is taken so far.
                                    In the same store, cockroaches are seen every where. All the open item bins (Dhal) insects are seen. Even after complaining, no action is taken.
                                    The prices of items indicated in the shelf are not the same when the bill is raised. We were told by the biller, they cannot do anything.
