This evening 13/10/2016 between 8.30 to 9.00 pm i purchased a dozen of bananas from reliance fresh (no9, main bharani towers, vayalur rd, srinivasa nagar south, kumaran nagar, tiruchirappalli, tamil nadu 620017). it had a good appearance but after reaching home, upon peeling was found to be spoilt and damaged.
On returning and asking the supervisor "mr. rajesh" why the store was careless enough to keep spoilt food on display and even take it through the billing process, he was rude, obnoxious and unapologetic about it.
He kept saying that it is the customer's fault and that they could do nothing about it. when asked that was it not his job to look after such mishaps from not happening, he harshly yelled that he does not know how to do his job and that customer problems are not his concern.
However, on speaking with the cashier the item was returned and the refund was made.
I kindly ask that required action be taken against such irresponsible and customer hostile employees that tend to create a dark and uncanny atmosphere in the outlet through their speech, action and behaviour.

That walnuts have larvae and insect in them .
mom also consumed little bit because of her poor eye sight so please take an action against it or I will go to consumer court

    I went to renew my two wheeler insurance in medavakkam store. There after renewing it they added another insurance for me without my concern. Even after me explaining them that i do not need it they forced me to take it stating that it is mandatory. I am very much disappointed to know that these people are cheating. I need my money back since it is not good for a store to cheat people as such.

      On date 09/10/2016 6pm
      I purchase grocery item worth 1200 rs and want to pay through hdfc credit card but merchant denied to take card and force to pay by cash.
      (It was my 5th experience from last 6 month duration)
      At that time i had no cash, so i tell the cashier boy to take care my item bag i have to brought money from atm.
      When i return from atm (With in 15 min) my item bag was missing, and when i complained regarding that matter they start misbehave.

        A flyer by reoiance fresh claimed to sell mammy poko pants at 230 rs. The market price of which was claimed to be 699 rs. This was in virar west maharashtra
        . When i purchased it they refused giving such discount saying it was a printing error. Also the employees looked remorseless of such a big mistake. No apology but cold justification followed. This was done to other products as well. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
        Why cheat with fake ads?

          On 6th of october 2016 around 11.20 am i had purchased urad dal which weighed 330 gram on consumers weighing machine. The same quantity weighed 434 gram on the billing counter, the difference was of rs. 20. This is ridiculous. There were many people who right in front of me just paid extra and walked off. This adds a lot to your unaccounted income.

            A regular customer of reliance fresh and went to your ramanattukara, calicut shop to purchase my monthly requirements along with my family on 1st october 2016.
            We spent almost one and a half hour in your shop by taking items like grocery, staples, etc. We have taken almost items for around inr5000/-.
            We used to purchase on card payment and at the time of billing your staff said you will not accept card on that day because your server is down. I dint had any other payment option at that time with me and it was 8.30 pm. We were forced to return leaving empty handed. Everybody got disappointed and i had to cut a sorry figure in front of my family.
            You should inform the customer saying you will not accept the card payment on that day by writing.
            It was not displayed in the shop and i came to know only at the time of payment.
            Never expected such a negligence from a big brand like reliance and we came to shop at reliance for that convenience and good shopping experience. I am a reliance one card holder and terribly disappointed with this issue.
            Kindly do the needful to avoid such an embarrassing situations to the customers in future.

              Yesterday i, sagar vyas, from ahmedabad gujarat visited reliance fresh store near ram baugh maninagar for purchasing various items. I purchased of Rs.1308.
              there were some internet issues but some how the cashier managed to deduct Rs.150 from reliance card & tried to deduct remaining amount from my HDFC coupon card. After few attempts, once i show that there was a message of approved but i did not get a deduction message on my mobile. So i paid cash of Rs.1130.
              After 30/35 minutes, when i was at home i received a message of amount deducted from my card & hence immediately went back to store before it gets closed.
              There i met Mr. Surendrasinh gurjar & conveyed him the incidence. he asked me to wait untill he cheked it in the system.
              he derived from sales batch report my card details mentioned along with amount.
              He asked me to come after 2 days as he has to cofirm with the bank. I replied that your report shows that amount is deducted from card & i paid cash, which he can cross verified with system record as well as from CCTV footage. he refused to give cash & asked me to have that "sales batch report" copy & to come after 2 days. I told him to give me a letter in which the incident is described & got it signed as i believe that print of that fax machine will not exist for 2 days. apart from this, in that report he has just mentioned my name & contact number. nothing has been written on it by him. i asked him to give me a letter prescribing the incidence. he replied that they are not provided with any letter heads. I asked him that i paid twice for 1 item which is clearly shown in that report SO REFUND ME MONEY OR GIVE ME A LETTER in which he mentioned the incidence & possibility that money has been paid twice. Mr. Gurjar was furious & refuse to give me either. i asked fro complaint register which was also not provided to me (we can see the CCTV footage of yesterday). He refused again. I told him i will not leave the store unless & untill i received money or letter. he went inside furiously & told me aggressively that "he would not have even attended me if i have visited the store during rush hours". after few minutes, he came back & again tries to convince me but i explained him in the report wherever the card transaction is declined there was a word "sales-rev". while against my card details there was only word "sales". he asked me to rely on a big company. i told big company needs to understand that customers are not supposed to pay twice. I asked him to trust me as he expects me to trust company & gave an offer. whereby i gave them a photocopy of my license & asked him to contact if the amount is not deducted from card.
              as mr. gurjar did not find a way to get off. he returned my paid money in cash.
              From the overall incidence, i had felt how aggressive, ill-logical, misbehaviour manager of reliance mart he was! he needs training on how to behave with customer & how to talk.
              hope some action for reputation & growth of reliance fresh with such a Manager!

                I feel cheated, few days back there was contest on Facebook page of relaince fresh named full paisa vasool, i participated and asked winners name, reliance fresh people are not ready to tell, rather they have blocked me and i m not able to send messages also now, now today i got 6 calls from their office [protected], they are saying sorry but still not revealing as they have not announced yet,

                  I have buyed one pair of SAMS veg noodles from reliance store at irinjalakuda, thrissur, kerala. When i was opened the packet i found that there is fungus in it. It looks not very bad when i taken it from packet but when i broke that noodles into pieces i have found that fungus, it was spread all over it. If i have not broken that noodles into pieces i will not found that fungus and i make that noodles and eats it, it will be very dangerous to us and it can cause food poisons also. I have found this problem three times but i have not complained it rather i usually throw the packets when i saw this, but this time i have to take action about this because it should effects the other customers also . i have taken photos of it.

                    I am a regular customer of reliance fresh, i am writing this letter to inform you about a bad experience that i had to face from the manager of reliance fresh kollam (Near coffe house). He was taken the photo of my reliance card without my permission and when i enqure him about this, he misbehaved me, as he told me to shut up and he qupped "it is none of your business." and i feel it was very much against code of conduct towards a customer, after that he told he get out of from the shop. He behaves like a drunken person, and he insulted me infront of all customers. So please take neccassery action aganist him

                      I have done some shopping at reliance fresh nit 1 & 2 faridabad
                      I have bought 1 axe sg bdprf suv can of the amount rs.250/-
                      The product was sealed at the time of billing but i found defective piece when opened at home
                      I was come back at store for the solution but store was closed.
                      Please solve this problem
                      If reliance fresh is unable solve the problem and sailing defective product inside sealed packet then i can choose another shopping option.

                          I have been a customer of reliance fresh, peroorkada since its opening. Today i saw rotton vegetables, flies around and bad smell. Coriander leaves are decayed. When i touched it was itching even after i soap washed hands. Sales boys are around as usual joking and talking. They never help the customers who help themseves weighing loose items. Their response and body language is also not positive when we approach them and they are not customer friendly comparing with other outlets.

                          Reliance Fresh should be a licensed vendor of Food Safety Act and needs to follow Good Hygiene Practices in their outlet. If the customer is not satisfied over the conditions there, he can represent the matter to the District Designated Officer Food Safety

                            Bought the A/c with extended warranty period of 2 years. Started leaking. Complained on 22nd August. So far made 42 calls. One Mr.Nagaraj from Reliance Stores, Kilpauk visited and informed that the drain tray has a fault and it has to be replaced. Indent will be placed and it would take 3 days for the material to arrive. Spoke to Mr. Srinivasan, Service Head. Nothing happened. He has stopped taking my calls also. Contacted one Mr. Raja, Service Manager from a different number. He assured that the matter will be looked into.

                              CTN No001100MH1999FLC120563 dated 11th September 2016.
                              There is discrepancy in bill in which there was an offer in Mammy Poko Pants. when I returned home and checked the bill, I found that I have not been levied the offer. when in return i went to shop, they shouted as there was no customer service people out there but an accountant who named to be Mr. Unnikrishnan ...? was not holding an Identity card said the offer cannot be leived. We have already registered a complaint in the complaint book but its been more than a week but no response nor did they contact us. I want my offer money refunded as soon as possible. We are a regular customer of reliance fresh in thrissur and had faced billing problem many times. There was no customer services after 7, only the salesperson were available. The Customer service is very bad, the a/c are not working.

                                About 16 cross Malleswaram, Bangalore reliance fresh outlet .poor quality onions most of the time and often evrn timatoes are inferior in quality. Outlet accepts any stock.Papayas are always raw and there is definite difference in Papayas sold on carts outside and these ones even after ripening. All coriander bundles have some yellow and pale portion as if put on purpose. The bundles have some old and dirty coriander. These bundles are made very small and sold at a high price. Don't know whether this is being done by store or supplier but store is selling it without objection. Earlier reliance vegetables wasn't like this. Staff are least helpful and work as if doing a favour.

                                  Hi, on September 1, 2016 I had used my HDFC Credit Card to make payment at Reliance Fresh (Royapuram, Chennai Tamilnadu). That transaction got delayed due to inclement weather that day and I was asked to pay by cash which I did for the bill amount of Rs.960.82 .Unfortunately, the same transaction was also charged and debited to my Credit Card for Rs.960.82.

                                  When I explained the problem to the Branch Manager, he said that he would send an email and arrange refund withing 3 days. It's almost a week gone and there is no response. Another contact with the branch Manager revealed that he was yet to receive reply from the people responsible at Mumbai and he was helpless.

                                  Till now it was not refunded/credited in to my account. Hence, I request the Reliance Fresh administration and accounts department to forthwith look into this and authorize refund to the Branch Manager at Royapuram, Chennai

                                    We have purchased gaay brand sooji by today from relience fresh. It contains many insects.
                                    We are not happy with such quality food. We always expect good service from the mall. If they are providing such quality people wont trust them anymore. We cant compromise with health.
                                    Gaay brand should take care of the food. Till the day we were liking such brands.

                                      Hi, on August 31 2016, I had used my HDFC debit card to make payment at Reliance Fresh (VittalRao Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana). That transaction got failed but my money(Rs.74.36) was debited.
                                      I informed to the store manager and they told that with in 3 days my money will be refunded, till now it was not refunded/credited in to my account. Later when I went as asked the store manager about this issue he refused and responded rudely, this is shame on your part even don't know how to behave to customers.
                                      I need my refund.

                                        I always used to purchase grocery, vegetables, fruits from reliance fresh situated in Madhyam marg, mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan. I want to inform you that there is inadequate level of stock which is to be kept intentionally in this store. Every time when i asked about any item, i get to hear from the management staff that we are out of stock. Yesterday only i went and bought lifebuoy hand wash liquid pouch on which there was an offer saying buy this much get this much free. Now it only had 3 pieces and when I asked for more, they gave me the same response. I am sick of hearing this again and again.
                                        I have been to so many reliance stores but never seen such inadequate level of stocks in anyone of them. Also despite of buying stuff worth 1500/- they denied to make a home delivery which is just 2-3 km distant from home.
                                        Hope you will consider my complaint seriously and take appropriate action to this.
