I am writing this to complain you about the expired products, i. e. oleev active oil brand (5 ltr. container) provided by reliance retail ltd. anand nagar, dahisar (east) mumbai -4000 68 which i bought on 14th march, 2016 when the same was already expired in the month of january, 2016 as per the details mentioned on container as "best before 9 months of package date", i. e.[protected].
This is not only caused severe health issues to my family members but also morale damage to me.in relation with this, i want to express my displeasure with services provided by you and demand you to take measures to solve this conflict.
I am a regular customer of reliance fresh and always buy product with utmost trust due to which i never had any doubt while buying any product from reliance fresh. i bought 2 containers of 5 ltr. each of oleev active oil brand on 14th march, 2016 with a valid expiration date i. e. january 2016. i always check the information about the products i purchase, so my hypothetical inattentiveness could not be the reason of what happened next. after getting home the said product, me and my family members consumed one container of oil (5 ltr.) due to which me and my family members consistently started suffering from health issues. after consulting with my family doctor, i grasped the reason of continuous sickness in my family is due some bad food consumption and it came to my knowledge then for the first time that the oleev active oil which i bought on[protected] had already expired on[protected] which affected my and my family member's health.
According to the payment bills, i spent rs. 5000/- on the medical expenses for curing health issues caused due to consumption of expired oil and this is only the countable damage i suffered from the expired products reliance fresh sold me. this unpleasant situation caused me great anxiety. considering this, i want to be sure that reliance being such reputed brand should take cognizance of my problem. i would appreciate tenfold indemnification, which would be rs.5000/- according to my estimates.
