Dear sir, i purchase some item from reliance fresh, i have paid bill 504 through my citi bank credit card. Payment has done & massege received from bank. But people had spoken payment has not done. Pls paid again. I was not agree for 2nd time payment. After than the manager j p yadav has taken some item from my hand. And misbehave me. Than i shocked and feel i am a regular customer of reliance fresh. However misbehave and i get no refund & no item.

Dear team, I haven't received any call from reliance fresh. And also not received my purchase goods. payment already captured at same day of my credit card statement. Request to kindly take action for this matter. The matter is misbehave & not refund amount with regular customer.

Finally I got refund in cash from reliance fresh . today I have gone there with complete mind set . if I will take refund otherwise I will call 100. But didn't need for this . because the manager JP Yadav has refund my money in cash and he has taken my DL photo copy. Than I written at DL copy I received my refund Rs. 504. If reliance fresh team refund again at your credit card. Than I will refund him Rs 504/-

    I having Rs.609/- was credited on my reliance card by purchasing various items in your market. On 22.08.16 I went to your market to purchase some items. At the time o[censored]sing that amount the card was not read by the billing machine, but balance amount shown. I approached the In-charge of the store, I issued the card for transfer of amount to new card. After 2 hours the Incharge said that the card was stolen by someone of your staff, hence it is not possible to transfer the amount. The security personnel verified the puttage of CC Camera, but not identified the person and also not given any assurance about my balance. Hence the Competent Authority should be taken necessary action in this. It is not a small amount for ordinary customer.       In Reliance fresh store on 24th Aug I saw an offer with marked MRP as 248 whereas the actual total is 236 individually. This was first displayed with an offer in 203 but when highlighted the matter the signage was immediately removed and changed to offer of 227 but MRP same as 248. Also they offered Nescafe 50GM free with 95GM Jar which was displayed at Bhubaneswar store but at the time of billing they told that it's valid only in WB & Kerala. Then what was it doing here in Odisha? Such type of malpractice to attract customer's attenton was not expected from such a big name RELIANCE.

      I purchased amul milk from reliance fresh on 25/8/16 ; but it had a expiry of 29/06/ 16. ; I don't understand why that expired product was there in the store.

        My mom is very soft and from a decent family, but the incident happened today as the employees didn't check my moms purse before allowing her to enter the shop or lock her purse, her bag contained many used items as brush and few old wrinkled chocolates, they didn't check before allowing, then while she went inside two of the employees took her inside and told that she had shoplifted and started to check all her body and purse and found those items, and told they are their items in that shop ! But my mom was innocent and didn't shoplift and asked them to show any proof and cc tv footage, they refused and told that the cameras are in our shop but they are displayed in Mumbai which is some other city in north India ! And abused her that all the products were shoplifted by her and told to pay 20 times the amount of the product without any proof and my mom refused and told them to show the proof, then they started abusing my sister who didn't go to their shop but they are saying that my sister was fighting yesterday for a 1 rupee coin! Even beggar won't fight for a 1 rupee coin, then they told that they will see what will happen tomorrow when my sister visits their store, and all of this happened in a rude and really harsh manner, my mom came Home and was really feeling bad and sad, she was really hurted for which she didn't do anything ! This must not be tolerated ! Those bastards should pay for what they have done to my mother ! I won't tolerate ! I will see their end ! Mind it !

            Whenever i go reliance fresh, one or more problems will be there. No paper covers, card will not work. All staff who are in jp nagar 1st phase bangalore branch are very rude and if we ask/tell some problems they take it personally and instead of answering they argue that too useless talks they talk.

            It always irritates me to been there.

            So requesting you to take some action and check the machines why it will never ever work there.

                  We purchased Kelloggs Museli from one of the reliance fresh from Banaswadi, Bangalore and found there were small worms or insects in it. We spoke to customer care, they said we can take it back to store. We took back and they refused to refund the amnount as they said you have to buy another product within 14 days. We again call to customer care (Mr. Ashok Sawant) from Mumbai and he said that reliance do not refund once bill is done. I asked for reference documents where it is mentioned for consumer to see. He said he dont know such document. I mean how the rule is made without even consumer knows about it.

                  Good way to sell the product by the way. I need my hard earned money back as Reliance cannot take that by providing expired spoiled food.

                  Luckily, we found it that and it gives us warning not to go Reliance fresh here after and i will try my best to aware my surrounding people about same, both about this case and about product in Reliance fresh.

                    I happened to drop in at Reliance fresh Marthahalli ring road bangalore around 7.30 on 31 July 2016. As i am not a regular customer of reliance marthahallli, i asked the security where are the baskets kept, as i did not see any. He told me "no baskets". For a srcond i thought like how plastics are banned in bangalore, reliance has banned baskets also. I repeated "iam asking for baskets" since i was carrying my 1 year old kid, i cant even think of carrying stuffs also.Then he said (in hindi) " thats the management number u can call and ask, if baskets are noy ther what should i do"i dont understand if everytime i go to reliance i should call the toll free number and get the baskets. Then i got basket in another 5 to 10 mins. If reliance is in short of baskets it is not customers problem. When asked i expect the security to tell me, we are in short of basket and plese wait for 2 mins, when one customer is done with the shopping i can get one basket for, instead of being rude.

                      I am a shareholder of ril since 1984-86. i had been often purchasing varios items from reliance fresh for the last 8-9 years. i had observed that in jaipur keep stale and poor/bad quality of vegetables. on 22/7/16 at about 8am i purchased by sorting good and fresh looking by peels mangoes. but while cutting to eat we were shocked to see live worms inside. since finding this horrible, i thought it to mail since your toll free number[protected] is giving voice of tap recorded : sorry, the called number is busy.
                      I am pained to see that neither staff improve quality nor provide registerto customers to give suggestion/complaint.
                      Kindly investigate the matter and infofm the action taken.

                        Dear sir i am regular customer of reliance fresh store located parijat building cherital jabalpur. sir i have observed for the last 6 months that your staff misbehaving with customers (1) if anyone ask about reliance card credit, staff gives answer rudely or saying go and check yourself & when we going to make payment against purchase staff not irritating &do "udhar jao yaha vaise hi khade h itne" (2) if ask about material storage they gives ans."dhoodh lo yehi kahi hoga" (3) when keeping bags to the gate keeper he saying like this "rakh to jao ake utha lena"means reliance standard goes down beside customers because behaviour of staff. sir also we think that in store we are standing in front of sabzi mandi peoples. please do need full action. i will not going your reliance store for purchase items from today. thanks manish matoliya.

                          I am kuldip kumar vij (card no:[protected]), a very old customer of yours would like to bring out the following:-
                          Today, at your kaggadaspura bangalore store, i was picking up apples and i took 5kgs for personal use and the price tag indicated rs159/-per kg. a staff of yours comes and removes and no fresh tag is placed there. after going to the counter, the billing was done at rs175/-per kg which is an unfair practice and when brought the notice of your staff, they gave me a phone number and said i am free to lodge a complaint (as if they are permanent govt employees with no responsibility). kindly direct your staff to arrange to refund the excess ammount charged.
                          As i see your customer base has reduced during the last 2/3 years and steps may be taken to train your staff to be customer friendly, specially when big bazar has shifted to distant place and a good opportynty must not be lost. your prices were earlier quite competitive and not now.

                            Purchased mother dairy dahi 200gm from reliance retail ltd outlet situated at bhawani singh road, jaipur vide invoice no. C9123 dated 20th july, 2016 for rs. 27.44.
                            The manufacturing date of said product is 9th july 2016 and it is written on this product that it must be used within 10 days from the date of manufacturing.
                            But your officers does not remove expired product and sold them to customers
                            even after reporting by me, they have not provided any satisfactory answer to me nor replace the product.
                            The manager of outlet was not there, there was no consumer service officer.
                            This is totally a deficiency in services provided by reliance and it was a defective/inappropriate product for consumption.

                              Dear sir/madam, iam a regular customer of this store since it has opened as i live right opposite it. i visit the store atleast twice a day. yesterday evening i was there and picked up a discounted item. at the billing counter the security guard said that this item was not discounted but the lady at the counter said it was. the security guard screamed and shouted at me and said he will not give it. i told him i don't need it no problem but just wanted to know one thing that if its not discounted why was the product kept in the discounted section because this has happened before also. he had the audacity to reply that they will keep what they want and where in the store whom am i to say. i was so embarrassed amongst the people around me and me being sensitive burst out crying. i immediately met the store manager, mr jayaram and lodged a complaint against him. i have complained about him before also but nothing happened.in fact this morning i was narrating this to a friend in the store and she too agreed and said that many people have stopped coming to the store because of this. another customer over heard and he too agreed and we all complained to the assistant store manager. i kindly request you to take action concerning this matter as soon as possible.

                                I had purchased 2 duracell battery packs (total of 4 battery units) from navsari store of reliance located at opp. post office. mrp - 230/- inr *2 = 460/- inr

                                These battery size was not fit as per my need and i lost the bill somehow.interestingly, both the units had their barcodes as well as the stickers which they use during the stock take procedure

                                When i went and asked to get the credit note - they simply said no and said it cant be returned inspite of agreeing that these product belong to their store.

                                When asked to speak with mr. bhavin (store manager) - mr. nikunj vyas (i guess he is handling the customer service) rudely replied that - i am then store manager, talk to me. as the products are not of any use for me, i simply left those products and came back.

                                Surprisingly, inspite of being the csd head - mr. nikunj didnt even come to me saying ke i cannot keep these products and i suppose they will sell them again by putting another barcodes.

                                  I am writing this to complain you about the expired products, i. e. oleev active oil brand (5 ltr. container) provided by reliance retail ltd. anand nagar, dahisar (east) mumbai -4000 68 which i bought on 14th march, 2016 when the same was already expired in the month of january, 2016 as per the details mentioned on container as "best before 9 months of package date", i. e.[protected].

                                  This is not only caused severe health issues to my family members but also morale damage to me.in relation with this, i want to express my displeasure with services provided by you and demand you to take measures to solve this conflict.

                                  I am a regular customer of reliance fresh and always buy product with utmost trust due to which i never had any doubt while buying any product from reliance fresh. i bought 2 containers of 5 ltr. each of oleev active oil brand on 14th march, 2016 with a valid expiration date i. e. january 2016. i always check the information about the products i purchase, so my hypothetical inattentiveness could not be the reason of what happened next. after getting home the said product, me and my family members consumed one container of oil (5 ltr.) due to which me and my family members consistently started suffering from health issues. after consulting with my family doctor, i grasped the reason of continuous sickness in my family is due some bad food consumption and it came to my knowledge then for the first time that the oleev active oil which i bought on[protected] had already expired on[protected] which affected my and my family member's health.

                                  According to the payment bills, i spent rs. 5000/- on the medical expenses for curing health issues caused due to consumption of expired oil and this is only the countable damage i suffered from the expired products reliance fresh sold me. this unpleasant situation caused me great anxiety. considering this, i want to be sure that reliance being such reputed brand should take cognizance of my problem. i would appreciate tenfold indemnification, which would be rs.5000/- according to my estimates.

                                    Suji/rawa from reliance select brand is full of sand.
                                    The breakfast made out of this suji is non edible. The other items like poha also contains 'milavat' which can be noticed by naked eyes.

                                    If the products from a brand like reliance are of this quality then i am not sure where to buy and whom to complain?

                                      Just few moments ago i had a purchase of rs 1000 from reliance fresh kolkata bangur branch. i had to go somewhere urgently after the purchase n i asked the cashier to look after the bags for which he pointed to the security. when i asked the security to look after the bags for just 10minutes, he refused straightway. if this is d level of cooperation from your staffs then, i would have to think otherwise before purchasing from your shop again. and there was no rush at the grocery either. card id no [protected].
                                      Hopefully you guys will look into the matter.
