I am a shareholder of ril since 1984-86. i had been often purchasing varios items from reliance fresh for the last 8-9 years. i had observed that in jaipur keep stale and poor/bad quality of vegetables. on 22/7/16 at about 8am i purchased by sorting good and fresh looking by peels mangoes. but while cutting to eat we were shocked to see live worms inside. since finding this horrible, i thought it to mail since your toll free number[protected] is giving voice of tap recorded : sorry, the called number is busy.
I am pained to see that neither staff improve quality nor provide registerto customers to give suggestion/complaint.
Kindly investigate the matter and infofm the action taken.

    Dear sir i am regular customer of reliance fresh store located parijat building cherital jabalpur. sir i have observed for the last 6 months that your staff misbehaving with customers (1) if anyone ask about reliance card credit, staff gives answer rudely or saying go and check yourself & when we going to make payment against purchase staff not irritating &do "udhar jao yaha vaise hi khade h itne" (2) if ask about material storage they gives ans."dhoodh lo yehi kahi hoga" (3) when keeping bags to the gate keeper he saying like this "rakh to jao ake utha lena"means reliance standard goes down beside customers because behaviour of staff. sir also we think that in store we are standing in front of sabzi mandi peoples. please do need full action. i will not going your reliance store for purchase items from today. thanks manish matoliya.

      I am kuldip kumar vij (card no:[protected]), a very old customer of yours would like to bring out the following:-
      Today, at your kaggadaspura bangalore store, i was picking up apples and i took 5kgs for personal use and the price tag indicated rs159/-per kg. a staff of yours comes and removes and no fresh tag is placed there. after going to the counter, the billing was done at rs175/-per kg which is an unfair practice and when brought the notice of your staff, they gave me a phone number and said i am free to lodge a complaint (as if they are permanent govt employees with no responsibility). kindly direct your staff to arrange to refund the excess ammount charged.
      As i see your customer base has reduced during the last 2/3 years and steps may be taken to train your staff to be customer friendly, specially when big bazar has shifted to distant place and a good opportynty must not be lost. your prices were earlier quite competitive and not now.

        Purchased mother dairy dahi 200gm from reliance retail ltd outlet situated at bhawani singh road, jaipur vide invoice no. C9123 dated 20th july, 2016 for rs. 27.44.
        The manufacturing date of said product is 9th july 2016 and it is written on this product that it must be used within 10 days from the date of manufacturing.
        But your officers does not remove expired product and sold them to customers
        even after reporting by me, they have not provided any satisfactory answer to me nor replace the product.
        The manager of outlet was not there, there was no consumer service officer.
        This is totally a deficiency in services provided by reliance and it was a defective/inappropriate product for consumption.

          Dear sir/madam, iam a regular customer of this store since it has opened as i live right opposite it. i visit the store atleast twice a day. yesterday evening i was there and picked up a discounted item. at the billing counter the security guard said that this item was not discounted but the lady at the counter said it was. the security guard screamed and shouted at me and said he will not give it. i told him i don't need it no problem but just wanted to know one thing that if its not discounted why was the product kept in the discounted section because this has happened before also. he had the audacity to reply that they will keep what they want and where in the store whom am i to say. i was so embarrassed amongst the people around me and me being sensitive burst out crying. i immediately met the store manager, mr jayaram and lodged a complaint against him. i have complained about him before also but nothing happened.in fact this morning i was narrating this to a friend in the store and she too agreed and said that many people have stopped coming to the store because of this. another customer over heard and he too agreed and we all complained to the assistant store manager. i kindly request you to take action concerning this matter as soon as possible.

            I had purchased 2 duracell battery packs (total of 4 battery units) from navsari store of reliance located at opp. post office. mrp - 230/- inr *2 = 460/- inr

            These battery size was not fit as per my need and i lost the bill somehow.interestingly, both the units had their barcodes as well as the stickers which they use during the stock take procedure

            When i went and asked to get the credit note - they simply said no and said it cant be returned inspite of agreeing that these product belong to their store.

            When asked to speak with mr. bhavin (store manager) - mr. nikunj vyas (i guess he is handling the customer service) rudely replied that - i am then store manager, talk to me. as the products are not of any use for me, i simply left those products and came back.

            Surprisingly, inspite of being the csd head - mr. nikunj didnt even come to me saying ke i cannot keep these products and i suppose they will sell them again by putting another barcodes.

              I am writing this to complain you about the expired products, i. e. oleev active oil brand (5 ltr. container) provided by reliance retail ltd. anand nagar, dahisar (east) mumbai -4000 68 which i bought on 14th march, 2016 when the same was already expired in the month of january, 2016 as per the details mentioned on container as "best before 9 months of package date", i. e.[protected].

              This is not only caused severe health issues to my family members but also morale damage to me.in relation with this, i want to express my displeasure with services provided by you and demand you to take measures to solve this conflict.

              I am a regular customer of reliance fresh and always buy product with utmost trust due to which i never had any doubt while buying any product from reliance fresh. i bought 2 containers of 5 ltr. each of oleev active oil brand on 14th march, 2016 with a valid expiration date i. e. january 2016. i always check the information about the products i purchase, so my hypothetical inattentiveness could not be the reason of what happened next. after getting home the said product, me and my family members consumed one container of oil (5 ltr.) due to which me and my family members consistently started suffering from health issues. after consulting with my family doctor, i grasped the reason of continuous sickness in my family is due some bad food consumption and it came to my knowledge then for the first time that the oleev active oil which i bought on[protected] had already expired on[protected] which affected my and my family member's health.

              According to the payment bills, i spent rs. 5000/- on the medical expenses for curing health issues caused due to consumption of expired oil and this is only the countable damage i suffered from the expired products reliance fresh sold me. this unpleasant situation caused me great anxiety. considering this, i want to be sure that reliance being such reputed brand should take cognizance of my problem. i would appreciate tenfold indemnification, which would be rs.5000/- according to my estimates.

                Suji/rawa from reliance select brand is full of sand.
                The breakfast made out of this suji is non edible. The other items like poha also contains 'milavat' which can be noticed by naked eyes.

                If the products from a brand like reliance are of this quality then i am not sure where to buy and whom to complain?

                Request your responce/action before i make my mind to approach consumer forum for this issue.

                  Just few moments ago i had a purchase of rs 1000 from reliance fresh kolkata bangur branch. i had to go somewhere urgently after the purchase n i asked the cashier to look after the bags for which he pointed to the security. when i asked the security to look after the bags for just 10minutes, he refused straightway. if this is d level of cooperation from your staffs then, i would have to think otherwise before purchasing from your shop again. and there was no rush at the grocery either. card id no [protected].
                  Hopefully you guys will look into the matter.

                      I am a regular customer to your shop near choolaimedu high road. Very often the card system is not working. Staffs says that some network issue. I do not know what type of system you have. Please have a system that will always work for accepting the cards. My feeling is that if you have only one network, you can add one more network. At no time they should not say that card is not accepting. Because we come to your shop with card only. After spending much time for collection of items, we have leave and left your shop for just not accepting the cards

                        The billing counter is inefficient at its services as there is pertaining problem of the staff being incapable of handling the counter. this is a daily scenario where the counter faces either shortage of change return, card swiping machine not working properly, small weigh counter and most importantly only 1 counter operating out of three counters due to shortage/carelessness of other staff. as a consumer i expect a standard service from a multinational brand.
                        Hope this voice doesnt fall on deaf ears. so all i am asking you is to make our life easier and have a happy customer relationship.

                            Hi,
                            This is regarding a recent purchase I did with reliance fresh zinc park, udaipur Rajasthan 313001 while I was visiting India for some recreational trip.
                            My the lady at cash counter asked me to pay INR 2200. Now the matter is not of meager 1.50 but when I came out of the store my receipt said bill paid 2198.50 and received 1.50 which the cashier didn't care to even tell me!. I went back to highlight this to which the I'll mannered lady scornfully looked at me and said that she didn't have the change hence she didn't give back. I asked to speak with the manager so she called him and mockingly said Sir this customer needs INR 1.00 back.
                            This is not a matter of a rupee or so but this money is not even going to reliance fresh as they would trust the receipt which said money given back to customer while their own staff is looting them. Such a shameful behaviour further deters people to invest money and creates bad image. I request reliance fresh to be watchful nothing more.

                              Hi team,


                              Visited reliance fresh couple of times at bellendur since i am a localite there. i do have a reliance card with me named karabi roy.
                              Last time when i purchased good amount of some 800.00 food stuff picked up the milk as well (2 packets of goodmilk)

                              Ince i am relocating due to my job outside of bangalore hence wanted to return the goodmilk and get some biscuits instead.

                              However the security guard at the door created ruckus with abusive languages in kannada which is unacceptable. i need this to be sorted / an action to be taken immediately since a female customer has been assaulted, humiliated, and abusive languages in front of the entire store.

                                Yesterday I went to R Fresh store & purchased some items of Rs.335/. When i gave my card for
                                redemption my R-one card is on hot list means not working. Pls go through my trial mail. I have given
                                request for transfer my old card points to my new card. But what happened !!! my new card got stuck.

                                    I visit the reliance fresh at Indira Nagar, Adyar Chennai often as it is close by to my home. However the folks working there are very self absorbed . They talk among themselves and even if we ask something, they tell someone else working there to come and she shows face and comes to help, they sometimes dont even help to pack the bags. It is not the first time I am seeing this kind of response, so I thought you should know. Being such a reputed chain, I guess the people working should maintain professionalism and if these are not expected i guess customers will go someplace else to shop.

                                      Sir I have bought a kurkure sahi mix, which price written on it is 35 rupees but they have taken 38 rupees .they mentioned in the bill its price is 40 and given a discount of 2 rupees.I have bought it from hyderabad reliance fresh situated near satyam theatre. VAT and CST TIN No is [protected]. Sir it is a great issue not because of 3 rupees but they are doing such type of michivious activity to harness a huge amount of profit from the consumer.so please give some attention towards it so that the community will get a good environment where no one can sell anything higher than maximum Retail price

                                        A cashier at reliance fresh Kirti nagar showed the most inappropriate manner while trying to pass through me. I was trying to get out of a congested section of the store searching something i came to buy for. The cashier was trying to forcefully go pass me when there was not even enough space for me. I said "let me come out first! Cant you see I am already passing and if you want to pass too much you cant say excuse me? " He replied, "to jao". I asked how could you respond to a customer like that and he continued "sorry aunty" with a scornful smile. I have not faced such awkward situation even with a normal roadside veg seller. I suggest such kind of an employee to be knocked out from the store!
