And the servants of realince jaipur khte hain koi paisa nahi milyga .

        I have Purchased some Goods from your Reliance Fresh Store, Ramesh nagar, New Delhi-110015, on date: 25.02.2022, of Amount of Rs. 576.40 and Make payment from UPI through G-Pay and amout is Debited from my bank but your staff says amount not received, and your refund within 24 haour and i pay againd from debit card
        but my first payment not refunded yet, my bank comfirm the transaction is completed and credited to Reliance fresh account

        from 15 days i regularly contact witha person on reliance fresh staff but by fund is not received yet and not solve my problum

            On 7th of March 2022, I visited reliance fresh, paras mall, udaipur rajasthan, had to wait for 15 minutes before getting the bill made, at 1:53 pm, bill was made, but print out not given by machine, I was not allowed to go out with my shopping basket, I had paid online, I was made to wait for 30 minutes more before allowing to go out I have made entry in complaint register also, my precious time was wasted due to staff inefficiency

              Bought good life roasted channa buy 1 get 1 free 200gm pack from the reliance freash store in bangur avenue, block-B, Kol-700055. When opened the pack it was stinking, when checked the expire date got to know that the pack expires today itself. When went and complained in the store they said that there was discount on that pack because it was going to expire today but that was never informed while purchasing the goods. What if we had never checked the expire date? and would have consumed that channa? we could have had food poison which could have led to a serious effect on a persons life.
              I would appreciate if you would look into this matter and take necessary steps as soon as possible.

                I purchased merchandise from reliance fresh udaipur on 24/02/22 worth Rs 1951/- and amount was paid by card .

                Today 1/2/22 again same amount of Rs 1951/- is debited from account with same reference details of reliance fresh.

                Kindly reverse deduction made and provide details why and how it is again deducted .

                  Dear Sir/ Madam,
                  This mail is in regard your Reliance Mall, Jamnagar, Opp. Ayurveda University Jamnagar

                  Earlier also there were many issues in your so called Mall, which is no more a Mall but a Baniya Shop, there are few point as follows.

                  1.There is no parking for customer vehicles.
                  2.On asking for parking security says to park the vehicle on road side.
                  3.Employees are uncultured.
                  4.Customer making purchase for Rs. 3500/- or more or trolley full are treated like thief.
                  5.If self service customers are Thief (you don’t have faith on them) you provide them material on counter as per customers requirement.
                  http://6.JIO is nice solution but 50% of the material is not available after successful completion of order and balance is refunded.
                  7.Customers are asked to go back and put back the item which can not be billed.
                  8.Customer above the age of 50 when requested for help they being told to do it themselves.
                  9.Customer making purchase is asked to empty the counter by themselves even if the purchase is more than of one trolley and he is not able handle the situation.
                  10.For entry customer has to first keep the vehicle some where on the road than go to cellar for entry & the funny thing exist is from other end, which is in opposite direction of entry, so now customer has to leave trolley unattended bring the vehicle if police has not locked and if Rikshaw/ Auto Rikshaw have not blocked the road, other wise you can not load your purchases to you vehicle easily.
                  http://11.My average annual purchase from your mall is approx. 1 (One) Lakh. Which has no value against your turnover, so I think I shall stop going to your mall, I should maintain my respect instead of my convince.

                          Hi,

                          I am facing lot of arrogant and biased behaviour of Reliance smart point stuff (Mandakini branch, Kolar Road, Bhopal)
                          Many time i observed that there are many offers on products but stuff is not selling those products to customers. They are keeping it for their self or for people who are their relatives. I want to include few people name like "Mishra", "Aman", "Kiran", Reliance caretaker/Manager
                          who are doing such things on regular basic. Strict action is required against such people who are just degrading the reliance reputation for their benefits.

                            Sir,
                            I am a regular customer of Reliance fresh, during return from office I used to buy vegetable/grocery from Reliance Fresh store, Lado sarai, South Delhi. It is bring to your kind notice that there are 3 billing counter and mostly billing person unavailable on seat, billing staff include serving staff of store are irresponsible, arrogant, used to wandering, mostly billing counter person unavailable during evening times results long ques of customers and mostly customer left without items due to long wait, as yesterday I left i.e. 08.02.2022 after wait apprx 1/2 hr on billing counter for billing, completely wastage of 1 hr without grocery.
                            Last time I filled complaint but no solution received..., after done payment of Pineapple of Rs. 50 apprx, staff wandering here there, no one was ready to peel off and provide it, so i left store without collect the item even after payment done.

                              Issue_ Payment attempted through Mobikwik. Money deducted from wallet but txn failed at billing counter.

                              This is to highlight an unpleasant experience faced by me at reliance Fresh on 22 Jan22 at one of chennai location.

                              The bill was for Rs 888.74/-. I chose Mobikwik wallet as mode of payment, said money got debited from wallet but billing counter executive confirmed txn had failed. Was told to pay thru card if I want the groceries. They said the refund will be processed within 2 days for failed txn.

                              so I had to again pay it again but this time through a card for groceries.

                              Whats more frustrating and deeply annoying is - I have still not recived my refund yet. The Reliance executive asked wait for another week, which I did. Additionally, I also highlighted same issue in the form an email to [protected]@ril.com for prompter redressal but issue still not resolved. I even requested Mobikwik to explain from their side. They clarified that, from their side everything went through well . Was told to contact reliance only as system issue was at their end.

                              The complaint number created by Reliance on 29jan is 3754807. The resolution emails sent from executive are just copy & paste of previous emails which asks to customer to wait for 7 working days but no real intention of providing resolution so far.

                              How are you going to convince about delay in paying back refund and how will you compensate such a 20 days delay.

                                I shopped from reliance fresh on 23Jan2022 of Rs 2307/- and get cash back of Rs 200 in the reliance cash back wallet. But after 2 days again Rs 200 debited from the wallet without any reason...

                                    I had purchased grocery at Vijaynagar Reliance Smart on 30.01.2022. Bought 400g of Thirumala Paneer, which turned out to be substandard and sour. The product was refused on any discount on 1st January due to new policies, but was brought under the same discount policy on 30th January.
                                    Turns out Reliance Smart is trying to sell off close-to-expiry products to customer under discounts.
                                    I feel cheated by this, it was not expected from Reliance being such a big and well-to-do company.

                                      On friday I had purchased few products from reliance fresh paid my amount of Rs 402 via upi scan code provided by billing desk. Amount was deducted from my account but they said it is not updated. They said it will be reverted back to your account but till now it is not reverted back . They are not helping in any form
