On 19.1.2015 I purchased items at Reliance Fresh, Motinagar vide bill No.5768 #42 12.05.12 for Rs. 307.11 and after swiping my Credit Card with PIN there was some problem in the machine and I HAD TO PAY CASH.

At 0100 I received a message stating that the amount has been recovered from Cr.Card also. Several contacts with the BRANCH DID NOT YIELD ANY ACTION.

My ReliianceOne card No. [protected].

I request RELIANCE AUTHORITIES TO REFUND THE AMOUNT OR ADJUST IN MY FUTURE TRANSACTIONS.

    Today I went to reliance fresh at Kadavanthra, Kochi. There I got an offer of 50% for cakes but at the time of billing the manager told me to wait for some time to add the discount. After some time he said want to wait some more time. So I cancelled that. I just want to tell you that when you appointing an employee should ensure they will respect our time also

    You are having more than enough time to fix the poster of offer here and there in your super market but unfortunately you the people don't have at least 5 min to add this offer or discount in your system I shame on you...

        It is highly regretted that the SERVER for Credit Card Billing of one of the outlet of Reliance Fresh situated at HENNUR CROSS, HENNUR, KALYAN NAGAR, KARNATAKA (560043) remains "OUT OF ORDER" off and on which creates problems to most of the customers who are compelled to discard the shopping after spending significant time for collection of various commodities for shopping.

        The aforesaid situation of "Non-functioning of server & non availability of purchases against credit cards" has become a routine matter for the said outlet for last several months.

        As such, it is suggested to set right the issue so as to retain the customers & increase the sales of the outlet.

          I have purchased frozen green peas a week before.While cooking i found out that they are selling second quality products under offers. When i found the product was spoiled and was unable to cook i have asked for replacement. The manager himself is arguing with the expiry date .According to him expiry date of any product sold at his store is valid only for maximum three date from the date of purchase.. If it was so then why should the company mark an expiry date information on the packet. ??? Inorder to confirm once again i bought the same commodity from the same store. This is not what we expect from a convenient store format like RELIANCE FRESH which have more than 500+ stores across India.             Hi, I have swiped my Citibank CC for a purchase on dec 5 2015 from BTM area Bangalore Reliance Fresh & the representative told it has been declined & gave me a proof copy of sales reversal so i handed other card but when i saw my statement it has been charged & since i am following up with them no respond on emails even the customer care is helpless as the complaint was through emails.

                I had made an online order of groceries with reliance fresh Order Id-[protected], 1. The delivery person very often does the delivery well before the allotted slot by the consumer which is inconvenient to consumer. 2. The delivery person did not accept Sodexo Food coupons eventhough it was selected by the consumer to pay through coupons during online booking of order, The reason was that it was not mentioned in the delivery challan by the person who prepared the challan that the consumer will pay through the coupons, ridiculous(It was a mistake by the person who prepared the challan). 3. only half of the items were delivered out of the total order placed, reason given was that remaining item was out of stock, In such cases its the duty of the supplier to call and inform consumer well in advance that the items ordered are out of stock and only available items were will be sent, No such Intimation was given till the half order was delivered.

                  Hello, I had made a purchase of 1083rs from reliancebfresh, miny street chennai branch. I had paid the amount using hdfc food card. Since the ttansaction was declined. I had to re swipe the card even that waa declined so I paid using my iob debit card and the transaction was successful. Now the money has been deducted from hdfc food card even though the transaction waa not successful. Its been a month I'm following up with the store manager for refund but no money refunded alsoThere's no proper response.

                    While doing shopping at reliance store in MAHAVEER ENCLAVE, NEW DELHI, i had purchased 02 movie tickets @ Rs 70/- but later on after registering those vouchers code with CINE AWARDZ (Sponser company) i tried to book movie tickets as per their norms and rcvd a sms that the booking request has been rcvd and confirmation for those movie tickets will be given with in 24 Hrs. It is really pathetic that my movie days are already passed and i still not rcvd any ticket confirmation mssg against my booking requests. Please take the appropriate action against such fake selling of tickets where RELIANCE FRESH is making fool of their shoppers like me.

                      For purchase of 1000+ Reliance is advertising to give 2 movie voucher when I purchased for 1000+ and asked for movie voucher for 2 @ 69 rupee I was initially told by Reliance Fresh Konankunte Bangalore that voucher not available. When insisted to get the voucher they agreed for the same. After 2 days I have collected to voucher and when I try to register it says already registered. So, Relaince Konankunke team is trying to avoid giving the voucher and when insisted for the 69 voucher they gave me used voucher which is a case of fraud which is done by Reliance fresh

                        Today when I purchased things from reliance fresh, ramesh nagar, New delhi. The store manager Mr. Rahul was standing near me and asked me if I purchase things worth Rs. 999 and above and pay Rs. 69 I will get a voucher of two movie tickets. When I started collecting things worth Rs . 1000. When I came to the Cashier counter the Cashier denied to give us the tickets as the tickets are sold out. When I got angry he called up the manager and Mr. Rahul denied us to give us the movie tickets. The picture was very clear that the staff and the Manger of the reliance fresh use to give the movie tickets to their family members. Mr. Rahul and their staff was really very rude to their customers.. Not acceptable from such a big brand... Aftab New Delhi

                            Hello sir, this is bhavil bhutani from Delhi. I purchased products from one of your store in East Delhi for a month of Rs 4000 and got cinerewardz vouchers from store. I have to say that the cinerewardz vouchers are just fraud vouchers. The cinerewardz didn't do anything for that. I got authincation no from them and after booking they didn't confirm about my booking. Not only me 99% people didn't get any response from them. So it's my kind request to plz take action against that sceme or otherwise I will complaint in consumer court against you and cinerewardz

                              The same thing happened with me. These people are fooling around. I did'nt get any movie tickets even after registering and getting the authentication code. Their customer support is also not working no one is replying to my queries.

                                The Reliance Fresh store at Sakchi, Jamshedpur had hoardings all over about 2 free movie tickets for Rs. 49/- on a purchase above Rs.999/-. When we got the billing done, and we asked for the tickets, the cashier and the store manager blatantly replied that the tickets are not available as they have got over and there is no chance of receiving the tickets anytime soon. The management there simply cut a sorry figure and the whole visit was an utter disappointment.

                                My husband had been to More Megastore and called me up for something and I mentioned about the message I received this message from Reliance fresh. Later that evening we went to the Reliance fresh store at T C Palya and also saw the same offer signage in several counters.
                                The bill was 2955 rupees and the person at the billing said that the offer was OVER! It was just 1st Jan and the offer GOT OVER! What the hell does that mean ? The message doesn’t say ‘ STAND A CHANCE TO WIN’ it says I can get 2 movie tickets at 69 rupees. Which means being a member for over 6 years now I certainly am eligible for this.
                                I need an explanation what was the offer and I NEED THE TICKETS! Please tell me whom to contact and when can I get it ? Its not that I cannot buy a ticket myself, its because you made a false promise to a loyal customer in the first place and neither did your store employees have the sense to remove the signage if the offer was no longer valid there.

                                  In the Reliance Fresh Store located at Sakchi, Jamshedpur, the discount tags of Rs.123/- were removed from the Tresemme bottles. The original price of the shampoo bottles is Rs. 160/- but with the ongoing discounts, the price is at Rs.123/- which is also being advertised on TV. But there was no such offer at Reliance Fresh and the stickers were taken off. This is a shameful thing on part of Reliance Fresh and I'll have to make sure that I don't shop from Reliance again, considering the negligence and theft going on.

                                    My Name is Ajay Rathi, I had purchased(on 25th Oct 2015) some home items from Reliance fresh store(Anshal Plaza-Greater Noida) . At counter I had given one card of OBC bank and transaction failed then provide another card with successful transaction. After some days I was checking my account statement of OBC bank and got shock to see transaction of 2078.52 INR. I called store persons 3-4 times and all times they said that they have written my complain and money would return in 2-3 day but nothing happened. On 20th Dec, I had to visit to the Reliance Fresh Store specially to discuss the case, again they promised that money would return in 7 day means till 26th Dec 2015. I had clearly told them that if money would not reach into my account by 26th Dec 2015 I would file case in consumer court. Today, 28th Dec 2015 when I call to store Manager (Shashi Ranjan) and told that I have not received the money and also informed that I would go to consumer court. The whole issue gave me so much of stress because of many followups call and visit to store for the resolution. I want this issue to be resolved ASAP and want my money back with penalty to store so that they would take things seriously in future. Below is the transaction remark in my OBC bank statement: PRCR/62535454/[protected]/[protected].

                                      At reliance fresh sanganer pincode 302029, the cashiers always demand for change. That is they never have change to give back to the customer and when we dont have change available then they say that we should not products. Now being angry i left all the things as it is at the counter without paying and the billing amount would have been large. I request that strict actions be taken against them especially sanganer reliance fresh.
