I visited Reliance fresh stores at Jaipur (Haldia Plaza, Sector 10, Malviya Nagar and at Kaleen, Malviya Nagar) a few days back.I intended to buy Tulsi tea different variants.There was a display that everything is at a minimum of 2% discount on MRP but the person at the billing counter refused to give this discount.He also refused to record this on the bill. Also it is observed that the price tags on the shelves are not updated and create problems.

    Today I bought milk packet from reliance fresh Balapur Hyderabad the moment I opened the packet it was in solid form, smelly I mean it looks like it was packed months back but use by date is of today i.e 2may 2015. Please stop playing with the lives customers by providing such products it is not necessary that reliance can make all the things if you are not in one thing stop making it there is no harm.

      Yesterday i went reliance fresh in SAIEE NAGAR BRANCH, chennai, below are the my experiance. AC is not working If power off bill counter is not working. There is no Generator facility and UPS. FIrst you have to rectify above problems then you can charge VAT etc...

        Yesterday evening I took real juice orange flavour as offer was 85 Rs. at Reliance Fresh Sector -21, Gandhinagar. Bill generated was 99 less 2%. I went to manager he said the offer was for real active fruit juice is different. He showed me the real active juice. He told me that both juice are different but by mistake the offer sticker was not at proper place. This happened to me 2nd time at same place. Many people don't find difference between real & real active. I said Product & offer both things has to be in proper place & they said that it happens as we don't have enough staff. Although the staff was cooperative & refunded 20 Rs. difference as i took real active juice only. This is just to bring in to your notice only that product & offer should be in proper place.           I have purchased 1.93 kgs of mangoes from your store at 48 shankar layout lakshmipuram 5th st peelamedu coimbatore TN. The quality mentioned in the bill is Mango Alphanso. But the quality given much inferior not even worth for Rs, 20 a kg. I have purchased this with the belief and popularity the store maintains in the market. You are never compromised in the quality of your items. And yours is a store for any elite to walk in and blindly pay for the items. In this case, your store manager has intentionally cheated me. One sales girl Radhika has talked to me and convinced me that the mangoes are of high grade Alphanso and I have just taken the ripened ones without a tALK. Because I have never faced any quality problem with your products. Here more than the bill charged for Rs, 77.20, I am totally feel insulted and the cheap and immoral tactic has broken the confidence that I have cherished in my mind tor years towards a loyal brand Reliance. First instruct your store to refund the money of Rs.77.20 charged. Pl warn your manager and the sales girl never to spoil your reputation with the customer.             Hi, I buy regular monthly groceries (largely food items) from Reliance Fresh, B T Kawade branch, Pune. However I am surprised at the fact they do not accept food coupons. I strongly believe they should at least for the food items. Any actions taken to facilitate this will be highly appreciated. Regards, Gauri

              On 26 April, 2015, I went ot Reliance fresh store which is FunRepublic Mall in Coimbatore and purchased some chocolates. During the time of billing, I gave them the money( Rs 100 ) along with my product ( Rs 41 ) and after few seconds, they told me that I haven't given them the money. I was astonished by their reply. I had some extra money with me and I paid them ( Rs. 100) . I told them to check once again and since there was a CCTV surveillance camera near-by, I told them to check it. They were hesitating at first. They in fact totalled their total bill collection in that counter ( where I have done the billing ) and found it to be same amount collection as that of Computer generated total. During the totalling, I saw one of the person going into CCTV surveillance room. I found something fishy.They even showed me their recording ( after a lot of attempts from my side ) and I told them to zoom on my hand where I had cash and the products but they refused. I was sure these guyz were making me fool. After that, they told me to go away and even the bill counter person whom I accused were acting towards me arrogantly. I went to my house and did my expenses calculation and found that there was a loss of Rs100 . Now my suspicion was clear that I was cheated by the Store person. So, I thought of raising my complaints through consumer forum. I hope you will reply positively. My complaints is Genuine and authentic. I am responsible Citizen and a student and I hope you will look into this matter. You would be getting thousands of such complaints either genuine or fraudelent. But as a Responsible citizen and my basic consumer right, I am humbly asking you to look into the matter and hope you would reply in positive note. I have also attached my bill as a proof that I have purchased on that date.

                I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh, near RPD Cross, Khanapur Road store. The staff is lacking in humble & polite attitude. Even during rush hours, they do not start all billing counters. Action needs to be taken, otherwise the customer may move over to other stores.

My wife's got lost at your store we have requested your staff to help us in finding the purse but we have not got proper help and response from your staff. I request you to please help me in the above case because i have lost my wife's mobile, Debit Card, House key's and some cash.                     Further to my conversation with customer care executive last week and couple of mails to customer care, I would like to bring to your notice that I have made a purchase on 5th April’15 at 9:53 hrs (bill amount 834.28) at Reliance Fresh, Shekhar Regency Store, Indore and tried to redeem Rs.350 from RELONE card no. [protected]. Store cashier had swiped the card twice to try the debit of said amount from this card, but failed to do so as the transaction had been cancelled, hence I paid the bill amount Rs. 834.28 through cash (scanned copy of bill attached). But when I received the sms updates on 10th April at 14:51 hrs, I came to know the balance points worth Rs.130 on the same card whereas before 5th April the balance points was worth Rs.469 as per the updates received on 27th March at 14:04 hrs. Kindly do the needful for the reversal of points worth Rs.350/- as it was not a valid transaction. Pls do check at your end and confirm..

                      Resp. Sir/madam, My self Hansraj from sector 38-A, Chd, 160015, today dated.20.4.2015, time 8.35pm. I purchase some food items and Amul Moti milk four packets but cash counter sales man was billing five packet milk .when I came back to home, I telly my bill with food items than I found that one milk packet price is wrongly mention in my bill. this is 2nd mistake of your worker, he feel sorry but this is not good for Reliance fresh ..so complaint this. kindly take need full action that it will not happened in future . my Reliance card no. iss [protected].                         It has been experienced that stock of scheme items is not made available to the retail customers at Reliance Fresh at Kathmandi Rohtak.On[protected], 1.2 Litre Slice was not available whereas it was displayed as scheme item.On enquiry, Store Manager confirmed the non-availability of stock.One other person who reported himself to be a Reliance Fresh employee started abusing me and asked me to buy other things. He was on the verge of giving me blows. I asked that person not to indulge with me . It is very much evident from above incident that Reliance fresh employees are having nexus with some powerful whole sellers who lift most of the stock of scheme items and defeats the purpose of company to increase sale at its stores by giving attractive schemes to its customers. Bouncers of whole sellers are kept at the stores so that no customer may argue with Reliance staff.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I have faced misbehaviour by one of your cashier which I think is very negative for your brand as these kind of issues can make a worst impact on the brand value. The incident took place today itself, when I have demanded for a bigger carry bag instead of the smaller one, I was ready for the charges for the same.But the cashier (Miss- Manisha ) started shouting and talked in a very impolite manner that this size of the bag is enough your products/goods, I would like to make you understand that if I am paying for the bag then it is non of your business whether it is enough or not. "A very negative impression of Reliance Fresh" is being created over me today for your brand. The issue is not as such a big one but the only thing is that if customers would be treated in such a manner by your staff then as per me it would be very near that every-body will ignore going there. I have also lodged a complaint in registered of the Reliance Fresh as well but i am looking for a positive against from your end at the earliest.                             I am Puneet Garg Resident of A6/1 paschim vihar . I live above the reliance fresh on second floor (reliance fresh paschim vihar A6 block branch). i regret to tell you that daily your store sell there potatoes, onion, fruits n other vegetables outside their store that is on the walking platform we make difficult for us going upstairs to our houses and also for the general public. They also not clean the vegetables lying on the way which cause people fall by mistake stepping over the lying rotten onions n potatoes, , Mainer times i too have slipped.. The ramp outside the reliance fresh is most of times occupied by the trucks which causes huge traffic and disturbance for us n other neighbours living in the building.. the staff has also kept there stuff on the way of our electric meters n main power wiring because of which we have to suffer a lot of problem at times we need to check our meters.. We are facing much more problem this is an only hint to the whole case.. We have complaint many times to the manager n employees about this but their response is negligible to us. The staff of the reliance fresh is not cooperative at all specially the manager RAJEEV and the employee RAJKUMAR.. Yesterday we stood up against the staff with all other innocent people who to are disappointed with your services of reliance but your same manager n employee starting using abusive language with us, he started giving us blackmailing statements which are very shameful for u to know.. At night 12:45 am your same manager RAJEEV ( his phone number is [protected] )drunken started calling me n used the same abusive statements. He made 15 calls at night it was a real torture for me n my family. I request u to take some serious actions sooner.. Else i will file a case in the nearest police station.

                                Sir, This is to bring your attention to the unethical practice being followed at Reliance Fresh, Sector 38, Chandigarh for a long time. Whenever, a customer buys anything, instead of returning the due amount, the customers are forcefully given candies as a regular practice. I have seen many customers protesting but the staff at the counter always says it is a company policy. If it is true then it is highly objectionable and not in line with Reliance brand name. You are kindly requested to look into it and stop this unethical practice.

                                  Not a complaint but suggestion The store manager should be prompt in discounting the item as it nears the expiry date rather than waiting 4 the item to expire .For eg 200 items expire on same time u reduce the price but 100 are sold & the rest is gone is written off.Take wise decisions & let the customer benefit & company flourish.

                                      Iam from Dharwad karnataka and a regular customer of reliance fresh and buy all my things here, but lately from past one month the products are all disorganised not maintained and are kept in a very confusing way and i have to keep searching all the time.the biscuits section is not at one place half are at one corner and the other half at one more side and the same is with soap and detergent and lizol and even with cooking oil.The manager is either gone mad or just doesnt know how to organise the shelves.kindly into the matter.I dont feel like going there anymore coz my time is getting wasted in searching the products.i rather go to 'MORE'.

                                        I want to complain for reliance fresh shakarpur Delhi. I went to the store today i.e. 06-04-15. I did all my shopping with my grandmother but when we paid for it the guard name SUSHIL KUMAR intentionally tried to harass me and my grandmother. I also tried to lodge a complain but they ignored it. Now either I will lodge a FIR to the nearest police station or this matter should be heard by reliance .
