i had gone to shop from reliance fresh, phase 5 mohali, i did shopping of 1487 rs and asked them to deliver it to my place as mentioned there, (they will deliver the purchased goods next day between 12pm to 2pm and 4pm to 6pm and it is also clearly mentioned on them invoice- Call For Free Home Delivery). i told the boy on cash counter to deliver it to my address, it is less than a km distance form the reliance fresh store, he denied and told me that this scheme means you have to shop between given timings. i became surprised to see that this was not mentioned there. i inquired him two times and in hesitation he signaled towards a man and told me he is manager of this place, ask him. i was surprised at this type o[censored]nprofessional behavior. ok, i went to manager, and told him the whole story, he told me that this is their duty to deliver the goods at my home, but problem is with bill. i inquired him, which type of problem, so he told me that his cash counter boy has not mentioned on the bill that this has to home delivered, so they are not able to deliver it. again unprofessionalism . why i have to pay for their mistakes, i was alone on my bike, and i was intended to shop their to get home delivery, i had to hire an auto for 150 rs because these goods were impossible to carry on bike. i have learnt a lesson from now that big names does not means commitment. regards Vikas Sethi ERIS Life Sciences Chandigarh [protected]

      Today on[protected] I shopped for Rs. 1273/-at Dombivli west outlet. After standing in the line for payment It was told that no card payment .After arguing he prepared the bill and send me to another counter for payment. There also I have waited for half an hour but the person did not take payment. At last after wasting 50 minutes for payment I asked to take the material back. He took the material back.There were no proper tags on payment counters for cash/ card payment. No responsible person was present to answer the complaints I will like to know why to visit the outlet again if you are not bothered for customers satisfaction.         I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh store situated at Grand Mall, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad-380015. I have a RelianceOnce card which they scan for every bill. 1 point(70 paise) is added on purchase of 100 rs. These accumulated points are discounted from the bill whenever customer wants. I have Rs. 303 in my card. I want these rs. to be deducted from my bill(bill amount was Rs. 969.29). The person at the POS told me that I need to check the amt by deducting Rs. 30 first. I said OK. So he deducted Rs. 30 from the bill. Now remaining amount in the card is Rs. 273. He tried to deduct Rs. 273, but server was not responding that time. Meanwhile, that person named Jagdish Chauhan removed the card(process was incomplete) from the machine. Now, there is zero balance(points) in my card and I didn't get discount of Rs. 273.00. I had to pay Rs. 939.29 on that day. Thus, I loss my money(Rs. 273.00). I complained to manager named Dilipsingh of the store at the same time. He took all details of bill and told me that he would call Mumbai office and would make sure that my points will be credited in the card. But still it is not credited.           I am a regular customer of reliance fresh situated in coimbatore, Tamil nadu.I have received a sms saying that I have accrued a sum of Rs.188 (app) on the reliance one card (no.[protected]) and I can redeem that amount on my next purchase. For the past one month I have been contacting your outlet situated in Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore, Tamil nadu., But to my disappointment, that card did not work properly and I contacted your toll free no. for the clarification. One lady and a gent promised me that my card would be set right within two days. But till today (one month had already gone) nothing was done at your end. On 7.10.14 when I again contacted your toll free no, . one Ms.Meenashi promised me to do the needful. I just want to know whether anything is done at least now or the same old story is still in vogue. Pl send me a reply.

            This is to make it to you notice that there are frequent issues being faced at Reliance Fresh Store located near Gopi Talkies, Gupte Road, Dombivli West. First of all there are ALWAYS issues with CARD Payment at the time of billing. When we do billing at one counter, the Card machine there doesn't work and if we have to swipe card we have to redo all the billing at another counter... OR we would have to pay in CASH or swipe another Card. Second issue is regarding AC - There is heavy crowd on weekends and at the start of the month and NOT a single Air Condition works in the store.. It, s very suffocating to do shopping in that crowd and without AC. Third is No Crowd Management is done properly. Kindly resolve the issues ASAP.

            Also, there is very less availability of products to shop for.. For e.g. Medimix soap . Tata Salt LIte etc.
            As highlighted in complaint - there are already less billing counters and to add on it all of them don't serve CHIP card swipe.

              I am reliance fresh customer .My card number is [protected].I had a bad experience in the store located at Chalakudy.Since Chalakudy Municipality has banned the plastic carry bags, now a days, I shop with a medium sized permanent (one side is largely open ended and it can not be closed)carry bag.But at Reliance shop, the security prevented me from carrying this open carry bag into the shop.He said that I should keep this carry bag out side and after the billing is completed, , I should again approach him, then he would permit me to carry this to the shop. I shop every time with this carry bag(since it is small and easy to carry).But he treated me like a thief. Anyway, I shopped for an amount of Rs.2242/-(at 14.56.20 pm-there is no bill number!) and took a decision that never again go there and shop. Security personnel should be trained to behave decently.Otherwise these shops do not have to wait for long to close its shutters, as people have many other choices BAIJU

                This particular store has been deteriorating all through the years. The stocks are not well maintained and a lot of food items that are in the stores are expired. If the consumers are not alert and careful they would probably land up in buying expired products. The concept of caveat emptor had been coined for these purposes.

                  I received a SMS on my mobile ( [protected] ) which reads as follows. "COKE ZERO Can for just Rs 9!.Shop for Rs99+&swipe your Reliance one card to avail the offer. Available ONLY at Reliance Fresh &Mart till 6th Oct 2014." Today I went to Reliance Mart at Bannerghatta Road and bought 4 nos Coke Zero and other items the aggregate value of bill being Rs 310.36. To my shock and surprise I found the Coke Zero was billed at a price of Rs 29.40 instead of Rs 9 as per offer.When I brought this to the notice of Customer service, I was told that the offer is over.The outlet had adequate stock of Coke Zero and therefore stock was not an issue.Disappointed and annoyed I retuned the 4 nos Coke zero and obtained a refund. This is nothing but a fraud perpetrated on the customers.They give the offer by the right hand and take away the offer by the left hand unilaterally.                     RELIANCE FRESH COUNTER = Rana Partap Bagh, Delhi -110007. This counter NEVER provides schemes like your recent advertisements in national dailies that coke is available 2+1 & can @9/-. On 3.10.14, this counter clearly said stocks Exhausted in very short period (in Hours on 2.10.14). We as customer unable to understand, how, schemes gets exhausted in such a short span of time IF GENUINELY MEANT FOR LOYAL CUSTOMERS of RIL. Should I assume( on behalf of other customers like me) that this particular counter persons, having some INCLINATION TOWARDS SOME " PARTICULAR CUSTOMERS" sells goods having better market schemes & other quality products( like fruits/vegetables). I am forced to write this, after observing many times, this type of problem. Also number of brands don't have proper display of price declaration. May I request some senior non-biased executive to have surprise visits to reliance fresh outlets & specially this one, to check the discrepancies. Rest, it is your company & you know better. Regards

                      Offer of one coke can @ Rs 9 instead of Rs 36 on every purchase of Rs 100 was displayed and also communicated by SMS.                         Very rude behaviour from store staff

                        (asst store manager) behaved very rudely with me & insisting the
                        cashier not to give the offer product to me & telling me will not
                        give the offer product, hence his behaviour is very bad & the way
                        of speaking to customers is like a rowdy, he was telling...

                          First of all, let me thank you for the excellent idea of having a store that sells at a good price. Having said that, you have so much potential but the stores are mismanaged. 1) goods are badly and unattractively displayed. Tea is in different places. Do you expect us to search for every thing? 2)sales persons are too busy chatting or not interested in answering queries. 3) you have six counters for checking in goods but despite long queues, only two or three are open so we have to spend our valuable time waiting. 4) veg are sometimes very dirty. Milk bags are filthy. The floors are unclean. 5) it is popular because it is a one stop shop. I do all my shopping there but do improve conditions so that we enjoy our shopping experience.                             i purchased Ensure powder batch no P963A0 0103NR from reliance fresh at vinay nagar colony branch santoshnagar, Hyderabad on 10/09/14 time 18:23 invoice no.003501 total bill amount 1047 which i paid through visa debit card the best before date of the above product is 22.08.14 after consuming the product i was hospitalized.                               In Reliance Fresh Near Amba Theater, Hyderabad 1. Billing Team and the Sales men/Women are very irresponsible and irrespective. 2. They are not giving any details on offers and even where the products are kept. 3. Not giving any Free Items on products. 4. Doing Billing very late, they don't know how to bill the products. 5. Showing Discounts on Items But in billing original MRP is given, after an argument then they suggested to exchange the product... it took me 1 hour 45 minutes for only billing. 6. It is very embarassing situation that i should stand on a billing counter and ask for a free items... in spite of several time asking they said that there are no free items those are over... 7. Even when i asked them how to complaint on these people no body given answer.

                                Hi, My name is Urvi, basically from Mumbai but shifted to Bangalore now. I was facing difficulty to get my household stuffs in Bangalore my area as Mumbai has mobility towards the same, everything is available easily & i always use to prefer Dmart. After searching i finally got Reliance Fresh in Bangalore- 1 at Indira Nagar stage 1- CMH rd & 2nd Indira Nagar stage 1- New Thippasandra mkt.Whenevr i have visited there to get fresh fruits & vegetables, am so suprised that they keep most of the stale fruits& veggies, either some flies will fly all over or insects etc, that's too bad. M very disappointed to see this. Spoiling the name of Reliance Brand which is not good. They dont keep maintenance at all. Whenever i approached Reliance Fresh for Vegetables like- Tomatoes, Potatoes, Onions, Cauliflower, Cabbage, leafy vegetables, they are so bad in maintenence that i don't feel like touching that, it seems the management dont get fresh items at all, Its lying like tht only.I dnt know about other reliance fresh stores, i wonder how people cant see this.By this if we buy thn we will surely fall sick.I wish i could get a chance to click pics for the same. To manage our monthly budget womens prefer go to supermkts like this, but then i finaly have to spend my hard earned money in shops where they sell expensive fruits & vegetables. I thoroughly request you to kindly look in this matter URGENTLY.I have stopped visiting Rel Fresh & prefer going to other supermkts which i have found, everytime they have fresh stock. Secondly reliance fresh dont accept SODEXO coupons on all food items which is wrong. Many of the supermkts accept SODEXO on any & all food items, starting from Chocolate to Grains, pulses, oil, vegetables etc. PLEASE CORRECT THESE 2 MATTERS ON PRIOR.

                                  1. To day i went to reliance fresh at asif nagar, hyderabad & purchased items worth rs.854.10ps.And paid thro my union bank debit card no. Xxxxxxxxxxx2894. After reaching home i noticed that the salesman at the counter charged rs.894.10 ps. That means an overcharge of 40 rupees.(Bill no. Ref: c1748 #0344 17:46:06 23sep2014)


                                  2. I tried to contact the shop on their phone on the bill. (Ph.[protected]. No one answered the call


                                  3. From internet i called their toll free number[protected]. The gentleman who answered took my complaint, my mobile number ([protected]), and my reliance card number ([protected]). He then coolly asked me to email scan copy of the bill.


                                  4. When i suggested that he could contact the concerned store (Ph.[protected] and give them my mobile number, he expressed his inability to do so.


                                  5. I find this ridiculous on three counts
                                  A. The store overcharges me
                                  B. No one at the store answers phone calls
                                  C. The toll free number asks me for a scan copy as if i would spend 15 minutes(12 rupees) on phone and then go thro scanning etc to recover 40 rupees


                                  The point of this complaint is that 40 rupees is important but more important is the mechanisms put in place by reliance for consumer grievance redressal.


                                  Is someone in reliance listening !!!

                                    On 22nd Sept I purchased a Arokyam 1/2 litre milk packet among other item.I reside opposite the mart and am regular customer.When the packet was opened it was thick and had gone bad already.My wife asked whether I bought milk or curd jokingly.I went back to the store and the manager exchanged promising that he will take up with the milk manufacturer.The packet I got in exchange met with the same fate on poring out in the pot.I was bit surprised.I called the store over phone to inform and asked for the manager.The person answering said he was the manager and what he can do for it and it must be my fault he said in hindi.I could guess that he may not be manager and I again went back to the store.AM was available and I narrated the case.He was in the process of ordering for giving me a milk packet when a security guard intervened and said he was the person who had replied over the phone.I was talking to the AM in English and said that the security guard had said he was the manager and was finding fault with me.On hearing this the security guard raised his hand towards me for beating me and said that you do not have any right to be in Tamilnadu if you speak in Hindi OR English.He was drunk which I could smell when he had neared me for beating me.I tried argueing with the staff and AM present to control the guard and not to allow the security guard to take charge of the store.On this the security guard threatened me with my life in Hindi and said so many things in Tamil which I could not understand but could guess due to his gestures.All along the staff it was about 9 pm had gathered and were watching and when AM intervened they whisked away the security guard inside the store.AM told me that the security are third party and he cannot do anything butwill take up with the agency.I took the packet and left .Unfortunately the third packet also went bad .I thing that the whole lot of the packets in the evening had the problem.I do not know what action you will initiate for the bad quality of the milk but I have serious complaint for the unwarranted response from the security guard and his actions and his having been allowed on duty in drunk state and his threatening me for my life.

                                    Please look into it and respond.

                                      Dear sir, I have reliance on e card in the name of D K PURNESWARA RAO. Card no [protected], due to usage continuously the card was damaged, mean while I was taken new card (No :[protected]) at Anandbagh stores and same card using at the time store visiting. It is requested kindly transfer old card points in to new card immediately. Once again request you kindly release permanent card at the earliest. Regards PURNESWARA...
