Dear Sir I purchased 50 Kg Tibar Rice under bill no C 9530 # 0388, 21.29.44 18 AUG 2014 from Shekhar Residency, BCM Heights, Bombay Hospital Indore MP. I requested the local staff to weigh the bag as many times it is seen the quantity mentioned does not match and I have experienced the same at Reliance Stores only. I was surprised when the local staff refused to weigh the same and asked me in case I want to purchase the same, it will not be weighed. This speaks of the callous attitude of your staff and this is not seen at any store that without weight items are being sold. Sent from BlackBerry® on Airtel

    Despite given in advertisement in newspaper that discounts will be offered from 15th august on specified dairy products, I purchase Amul butter milk.Rather than discount of 12 percent being offered (as mentioned in newspaper and even in the bill), the discount was being added to the mrp and I was charged extra and looted by reliance fresh . Worst service offered by them.

      Today on 21st August 2014, I had gone for purchases to the RF branch at Pottamal, Kozhikode (Calicut). I have been shopping at this branch for the last one year or more, ever since I shifted to this city from Delhi after retirement. ( That I am a regular customer will be shown by my Reliance One card records)
      While I was selecting my items for purchase, an Assistant Manager came running to me stating that there had been a mistake in the payments made by me the last time I had shopped at the store. And a shop Assistant Meghana had lost some money as a result of this.
      I remembered that during my earlier visit ( probably around15th August ) the machine wouldn't print the bill and the shop Assistant had verbally given me the total amount, received cash and returned the balance. In spite of mmy waiting for more than ten minutes, I had to leave without receiving the bill/receipt for payment. Knowing this I was willing to help clarify the matter, as I didn't want some poor employee to suffer.
      The next half hour was sheer hell for me.
      First the Assistant Manager showed me a photocopy of the old bill and claimed that the total bill was for Rs.1761 and I had paid only Rs.1002 and I must now pay Rs.761 more. I told him I remembered very well that I had paid Rs.2002 and that's why I got the balance.(I still do not know how this photocopy of the supposed receipt showed receipt of only Rs.1002). This matter was cleared as soon as lengthy procedure of looking at the camera shot for the day was done clearly showing that I has paid Rs.2002.
      Now the next step was in fact what I was telling them that since no printed bill was provided ( not giving me a chance either to check the correctness or the amount) the mistake by the shop Assistant could have been in the cash she returned to me. This turned out to be the case.The shop Assistant and the Supervisor (a lady) who seems to be responsible for the monitoring of the machine were called. The Supervisor confirmed that a short of Rs.499 had been shown against that Shop Assisant, Meghana for that day. I paid Rs.500 to the shop assistant in the presence of the Supervisor, the Assistant Manager and another official who was not form the Branch, but an ALOP or holding some such designation,
      My complaints are as follows:
      1. Why no apology was given for not printing out the Bill on the earlier occasion, and why no copy was given to me now that it was subsequently printed ?
      2. Why was the Assistant Manager prepare a false document, showing I had paid Rs.1002, and demanded Rs. 761 ? It is only because of the camera proof that the ALOP ( from outside the Branch) could confirm that I had actually paid Rs.2002
      3. Could all this camera research have not been done earlier, and I an old man made to wait for more than half an hour after the shopping was done and finished.
      4. And to add insult to injury, when I reached home, I found that I had been been overcharged for one item. Against a purchase of around 500 gms of Okra the bill showed that I had been charged for more thatn 1.540 Kgs. Will the Manager or Assistant Manager now look at the camera evidence to see how this has happenned ?
      5.Earlier too there had been mistakes which had been minor and I did not bother to take it up. For instance in between when Britannia rusks were under promotion, there was 15 percent off if two packets were purchased but this was not given.
      Will somebody take note of the functioning of this branch and see why such stupid mistakes are happening. Will I finally get an apology for their (staff's) inconsiderate behaviour, from someone responsible?

          I even also lodged earlier complaint on yr email ID <[protected]@reliancefresh.info> on 10th Aug.14, reminder thereafter but no response. To recapitulate, I hold Reliance One card # [protected] and on a couple of times brought home bitter experience from yr store at Main Market, Subhash nagar, New Delhi-27. This time, on 9th Aug.14, while at counter produced both my Credit Card & Reliance-One card to generate cash memo. Unfortunately this counter's card machine was not functioning and the counter girl, turned to the next counter boy to generate cash memo (of Rs.753/17). Here also I produced both the cards but the boy though generated cash memo hastily but did not link the Reliance-One card. On questioning, he blamed on to that counter girl who failed to link Reliance-One card. I amazed to see both the staff were passing the blame on each other (for their failure to link Reliance-One card). In nut shell, I lost valuable points to my credit for the second time.             I am extremely disappointed with your Reliance Fresh services and availability of stock.

            There was a full page advertisement in the multimedia, this weekend with the HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY Offers.

            It displayed an offer on McCain food, maggi, tomato sauce, etc .

            There were a list of outlets mentioned at the bottom of the page where this offer was available. I was planning to buy many varieties of food.

            From the day this advertisement got published, I and my wife are running pillar to post to grab this offer ON 15 AUGUST in the morning, but unfortunately the stock in not available to the store at PRASHANT VIHAR.

            I register a complaint againt the same, afterwards, the manager Mr.NEERAJ([protected]) approached and asked to deliever the goods to the doorstep for which the list of goods needed is given to him for the delivery.

            I kept calling them daily, personally visited them and the stock hadn't reached the stores. We were awaited for the delivery, for which we cant buy it from another store also.

            This is highly disappointing and I am shocked to see this kind of services from a brand like Reliance.

            A full page advertisement is put in a well known newspaper with an offer valid for 3 days and then the stock is not even available in market for customers to buy. Very poor supply chain management.

            They have definitely lost a customer here, which in turn means a lot more customers lost thru' bad word of mouth spread through me. And they are not even aware how many more would have faced this inconvenience and haven't reported. These customers would have just switched to the competition without Reliance even knowing about it.

            Thank you for delivering me this negative moment of truth.

              Dear sir,
              I have paid Rs.2342/- through my SBI ATM Card towards my purchases on 01.08.2014 at Reliancefresh hasthampatti(SALEM) and i get sms from my bank that Amount was detected the transaction no is[protected], but your Sales personnel was unable to get the print out of the payment slip and asked me Cash for Rs.2342/-i paid him then he assured me to refund the excess payment after checking the transactions and have noted my details. next week they ask my bank statement of my bank account and i give them. Till date i am unable get back my money even after several follow up to your Sales Team .they told me every time wait 2 days or 3 days or 1 week.

                I have paid Rs.1164/- through my Credit Card towards my purchases on 11.08.2014 at Reliancefresh Bistupur, but your Sales

                  reliance fresh store in Barrackpore is just stealing in the name of giving offer, they gave us a leaflet telling that coca-cola, limca and other cold drinks will be available to 15-17 th august at reduced price, but they sell it all to a customer who bought all the drinks at bulk rate, i want to complain when we ask for drinks they told that the offer is not available, asking y they told that the order was valid for only 15 th august.

                    On 15th Aug 14, I visited Reliance Fresh Stroe located in M.P.M. Street, Perambur, Chennai - 600039 expecting to get offers as per their advertisement given in 15th Aug 14 Times Of India, Chennai edition but I was given a worst experience by their staff. The ad shown that a customer will get Rs.85/- worth of Magnum ice cream on a bill of Rs.249/-. I bought for Rs.572/- but was given only one ice cream. I asked the staff and they said they given only one ice cream for those who bought for Rs.5000/- !!! Please look at the attached ad and tell me the exact meaning of it. Another thing was about "3 Roses Dust Tea (500gm)". Newspaper ad says "save Rs.40/-" but in the bill they given only Rs.30/- !!! I tried to reach C. Pankaj on his mobile [protected] but either call goes on wait or nobody answers it despite several attempts. I don't know why Reliance Fresh wants to cheat customers like this by going against their own ad given in news paper !!??!!?? Any clues??? I observed that many customers were in surprise when they were given the same answer and do not know where to complain. I was in total surprise when I dialled in[protected] to lodge a complaint because the person (by name Kusum !!) told me that this toll free number is not meant for complaints but for just providing information only. But, when you look at the bottom of attached ad it clearly mentions that "contact customer care on toll free numbers: [protected]Airtel)" etc... Last but no least, the sales girls behavior was very worst when I started asking for clarification on discounts mentioned in newspaper ad !!! Can somebody please help me what is going on here? Please refer to the ad given on 15th Aug 14 Times of India, Chennai edition

                      I bought a pack of McCain frozen French fries from reliance fresh outlet in Nerul east near SBI colony about a week back. Manufacturing date on the pack is 21.03.2014 but when we fried there was a stench and the fries turned out to be rotten! The reliance fresh outlet has not been taking care of apropriate freezing norms due to which frozen foods go stale. I have not saved the bill of my purchase and now I cannot return the pack. It is a big setback on consumers confidence in buying such products from a reputed brand like reliance fresh. Extremely disappointed and won't be going back to this outlet.

                        Today ie 14/08/2014 i visit Reliance fresh Vidhyadhar Nagar Jaipur outlet Galaxy Star A-2, central Spine ph no. [protected]. I purchased 4 body deodrant Park Avenue but i cant understand the bill... when i ask to the counter person she said " bill m dekh lo samajh ajayega" the way she speak with me it was not upto the mark. I paid with my Sbi card when i got message in my mobile amount has been deduct Rs.553.50 from my card but actual amount was Rs. 552.50. I am trying to call so many times but number is not picking up. Can i register complaint to Consumer forum.

                          HI, I am purchasing goods from reliance fresh since last 5 years, however have faced subjected issue many times. This was escalated to respective person many time. But on 13th August 2014, when I checked my bill I got surprise, that the billing person has charged multiple charges (money) extra on one product which has an offer. MyTransaction ID:U01100MH1999PLC120563. I guess Antlia was built by Mukesh Ambani in crores of rupees which does not need small amount from customer like us. Regards/Altaf Khan [protected]

                            i am a regular customer from reliance fresh . My membership card no. is [protected].. Today i went to reliance fresh for grociery shopping ( reliance fresh - royepttha branch-chennai). From 6 cointers only 2counters open -- long que for bill -- they added the items which wr didnt purchased at all n gave bill as 2090 our orginal bill was 843 .. to refund our amt they are asking us to write a letter .. and moreover no superiorvisor in tat store .. n also the bill guys misbehaved with us ... i request th management to consisder my sitiuation n take necesseary action ... if tis goes on the reputation of reliance will go n u need to shut your stores ... so plz take action soon ...

                                I have been a customer of reliance fresh, narela, delhi for a long time and have enjoyed its products and services time to time, not only me, my whole family, friends and relatives staying in the area are satisfied and enjoying the services and product of your store.

                                Beside enjoying your so many products and services we are also using ''reliance dairy fresh milk'' a brand of reliance fresh. But for the past one week or so the product''s "reliance dairy fresh milk" supply has been stopped and we have been told that this will not be continue anymore due to which not only me but many other customers have been devoid of one of your quality product.

                                So, i along with other customers (Known to me) request you to look into the matter and please continue your product : reliance dairy fresh milk" in your store located in narela, delhi.
                                We all will be very thankful to you for your action.

                                  I am nishant from ludhiana. I visited your store, which is situated in haibowal, ludhiana .I wanted to buy kwality walls ice cream .the price displayed on board Was mrp. 210/-, our price 160/-.I wasted 15 min. To select flavour.after that there Was only one cash counter was opened..at cash counter your cashier told that there Is no discount on ice cream, I said that 160 is on display board, why I have to pay 210.                                     My name is Vaibhav kapoor & I visited releiance fresh today ie 10.08.2014 and made a purchase of Rs 1065 but at the time of swipping the Citibank credit card, they swipped it twice for Rs1065 & assured me that the excess amount debited will be returned to my credit card.
                                    You are requested to pls look into the same and return the money immediately to my credit card.

                                      This is regarding reliance fresh ( BTM 2nd stage, 100ft road, Bangalore, Karnataka) I am customer of reliance from last 5 years.. I own a reliance membership card, from last 4 purchases, the membership card is not swiping, The points are being added and I cant use the money which has accumulated via points of almost purchase of Rs. 7000/- .. At heldesk the person never responds behave the the way as if we are not there, we spent time talking but he overheard us.. Neither give solution for the same and not talk to us.. Why the hell is he appointed there i[censored] cant take of your customer problem. REliance card is on name of Viplav Anand, Phno.[protected]. I want justice... with this behaviour u loose 100 customers.. I hereby declare the the misbehaviour misconduct of the staff helpdesk who dont car to talk to us even...

                                        Good day, Yesterday I had been to Reliance fresh in NR Mohalla Shivaji raod unit. I am a regular customer of this unit (May not be in future) and I make use of the discounts provided by Reliance. There was discount offer on Tropicana juice of 22 Rs. When I took the same to the counter, I got a reply ki discount is not applicable on this item. If so why was it kept with a discount tag??? after sometime he told to go to another counter, 2nd counter man told not possible I have 600 scanning's. Fine if so I could have come back after sometime. But senseless salesman gave no reply and carried with their own work as if I have no work to do and stand in front of this useless people with my ill wife. Is this the way Reliance trains it's employees???? Reliance is a big brand name don't spoil it with silly mistakes of senseless people. I am proud of Reliance brand coz it's a INDIAN brand.
