I visited your Reliance fresh Store at Narela, Delhi. I have some problem with driving my car out of parking space as somebody park his vehicle behind my car and I asked for help from one Mr. Vikram who was told by the staff to be manager of that store. To my utter surprise Mr. Vikram stated that they do not have any parking space and he will not make any announcement or help me in any manner. He further in very rude tone told me that if I wish I can lodge complaint against him and he do not bother about that.I have to wait for about half hour due to the vehicle parked behind my car.     Food card not accepted

    I am a usual customer for Reliance fresh super market.from last couple of weeks my HDFC Food card is not accepted there. Before it was accepted. When i bring this to reliance staff notice they said this might be some server issue and ignored. Still i am not able to use my food card due to which i am suffering loss. If this is not corrected i have to move on to some other supermarkets....

      I have purchased monthly grocerry items on 4th Aug'14 for which I have paid 3251.79 amout.However the person on the billing counter has swipe the card twice which has caused me paying RS 6503.40.When I have raised this issue to the branch manager Vinnet he said pls come tommorow and he will handover the extra charge cash to me.Next day when i went to the store there was other person who asked me to raise a system ticket (sd1082256).Now I am in a need of my money as I have to pay my monthly dues hence I have contact the brance manager several times but I haven't got any answer yet.This is really causing me issues in paying my other monthly expenses.Please take some corrective actions as I have to call the relaince fresh branch several times but havent received any positive response.Its like I have to keep running for my own money because of you guys Fault.         This is for information that I have been a regular customer of Reliance Fresh since 2011. Earlier I used to purchase from the outlet at Ghola, Sodepur, Kolkata. But after shifting to Khardah, I started taking the groceries and other regular needs from Barrackpore only. But the Barrackpore outlet is not at all up to the Reliance standards; the Ac machine has gone out of order yesterday and we were sweating inside! Many a times, the stocks remained less or nil for a number of items required! Staff number is also much less than required, so there used to be great rush and long que before the very limited number of cash counters! This situation is very much customer-unfriendly.           I am a regular visitor to reliance fresh stores in motinagar, hyderabad. On many occasions they wont accept the credit cards .There wont be any display near the counter regarding this. If i am not carrying sufficient cash i have to leave the items in the counter. I never faced this kind of hurdels in other super markets.If this problem is going to continue better to close this out-let

            The reliance fresh store situated at sub hash nagar, main market, new delhi, delhi sell SOPAN SOYA PANEER which when opened has a very foul smell. Last time when i bought SOPAN SOYA PANEER it had a very foul smell that one can't even bring close to nose.But when i went back to store to exchange it, they simply refused.I had a word with The Manager{store incharge};he said that when this product is near to its expiry date then we sell at lower price, but when i said that a product near to it's expiry dosen't have such kind of foul smell. After 15 minutes of argument he exchanged SOPAN SOYA PANEER with Mother Dairy curd. Today alos i bougt the same paneer thinking that this time it might not have that foul smell but I regret to inform you that this time also it had that foul smell. Afterall it's your company's reputation. Hope you'll look after this

              This is to inform you that, I got call from number-[protected] immediately when I was registered the complain. The person spoke to me around 13:16 min regarding all details. He called me at 5:38 PM on 4th Aug 2014. He was start asking all bank details to me including pin number. I stared asking about RBI Rules to him & he was telling that he is from Reliance Payment gateway services & he wanted all details then only he will process the request. At last I collected details from him & told him that i'll complain to RBI for asking others pin number. That guy disconnected the call. Below are the details i have collected from him but don't know the data is correct or not. The Cell number is correct !

                Dear Sir/Madam I wish to bring your kind notice that, yesterday I visited Reliance Fresh regularly. Earlier I purchased Nutrela Soya Chunks (NUTR SOYACHNK) 200gm of MRP 40 Rs after discount of 10% and 2% paid amount is 35.20 Rs. in which 10% discount on item and 2% discount Reliance give on every item. Second time I purchased same item of same MRP and paid same amount giving above. Third time yesterday I purchased same item of same MRP 40 Rs and paid amount is also 40 Rs then I asked to the Vendor about discount and tell him about previous purchased, vendor said to me I don't know about that and give the exact answer. After that i said to him atleast give the discount or tell me issue behind this, then vendor misbehave me and said i am not outsider i am localised something that. I complained behind this not only the issue of discount(its minor issue) but atleast person knowing the exact answer behind that.                   I had purchased few items from R/F yesterday (08/02/2014) at about 10 a.m. for an amount of Rs. 635.63. I gave the salesperson my Kotak Debit card to the transaction, she swiped the card and asked me to enter the pin number and as it took so long to execute, she tried to cancel the transaction (#[protected] and tried to redo the same transaction, but message of failure transaction came from the bank (#[protected]. Then she asked me to produce another debit card for payment, and I gave her my ICICI Bank Debit card and completed the transaction (Bill No C1688). When I saw my email, I came to know that the first transaction done by Kotak Bank (#[protected] was debited from my account, which I had to pay once again.

                        Dear Sirs, This is to inform you that the Reliance Fresh store at Whitefield, Bengaluru is functioning since a few years and customers are happy about the quality of fruits and vegetables at economical rates. However it is observed that as soon as the store opens in the morning lot of traders are seen picking lot of vegetables like, cauliflower, cabbage, mint leaves, coriander leaves, bananas, bottle gourds etc in bulk. All the good variety is sold off within few minutes and the genuine customers are put in hardship by buying the left over items. Complaints have been made to the Manager but in vain, no action is taken and the same exercise is been carried out daily. Request your intervention in this matter to put an end to bulk buying and ensure that the regular customers continue getting fresh vegetables and fruits. Best Regards, BN.Kishore Kumar

                          In past 3 months we have been sold 3 products that were expired at Reliance Fresh. All the times, we were told that if a product that is manufactured & packed on 10th of a month and expires within 10 days of packaging then they are allowed to sell it on 20th of that month, which is not true. We inquired from Amul (have a SMS saved) who said that 10 days will include date of packaging and hence the product is considered expired on 19th of that month and NOT on 20th. Upon asking contact no. of cluster and area manager, the Store Manager talked in an abusive manner and said that even though they agreed it was a mistake on their part, they didn't care about consumer forums etc. In almost a threatening tone we were asked to leave the store and they immediately removed the expired products admitting thereby that we were correct. We not only feel cheated but almost life-threatened since they behaved and talked like goons. Request you to look into the matter as soon as possible.

                            I am a very regular buyer at reliance fresh branches in Bhubaneshwar and following are my negative experiences: 1. I lost my card and when I mentioned it in the counter the lady at the counter said, there was nothing I could do. But just after I paid and came out of the counter, i was told I could get a new card and transfer my balance from the old card to the new. 2. Last week I went to purchase a bread toaster and when I asked the salesperson to get it checked I was sent to the admin office. The manager there said it should be tested and asked one of his staff to do it and finally the staff refused to test it. So, of course i retunred without buying it. 3. Often the vegetables and fruits for sale are old, shrivelled, dry, and extremely poor quality 4. Yesterday, I went to the admin office of the largest outlet near the railway station and asked for the phone number of Reliance trends in Bhubaneshwar and I was told they didn't know the number 5. Often one has to go around looking for staff to weigh the veggies and fruits purchased because most of the times there's no bady at the weighing stations 6. The hindi/oriya movie songs played in some of the outlets are just too loud and customers conversations cant be heard properly I wonder whether the supposedly "world class" reliance industries really want to do business with any sense or semblance of quality or want to just run another business!

                              My father bought some products from Reliance Fresh and within 5 minutes of his coming back from the store which is just 5 mins from our house, I sent my maid back to the store because Frooti and a biscuit pack we already had. I asked her to get chips against this amount and even gave her more money to get more stuff. She also had the bill! The purchase was just 10 mins old! When the maid (can read and speak well) reached there with the bill and the prodcuts the guy at the counter Rajender Pandey misbehaved and abused her - just because she was a maid. The shift manager was called Mr. Mithlesh who also said don't take stuff without checking!The maid came back crying and when I asked her she told me all of this. I went back to the store with the maid to speak to the staff. They started misbehaving with me also. Specially the guard who had no business in between was really abnoxious and abusive- his name is Ajay Kumar Singh. Then, Mithlesh started giving me excuses. The best was when i was telling them all of this the so called manager came and asked me what the matter is. I told him and he said dont waste your time - the matter is sorted now! I told him this is not done and i will raise a complaint. He said please go and do what you want - my name is Sujeet Srivastav and take my employee ID also! If this is what a manager could say and do, not sure what the staff will follow.. no wonders all of them misbehave - because they see their manager doing it. The most disrespectful and abusive were the Manager and the Guard. If reliance does not do anything about this, I am going to file a complaint in the consumer courts.this is complete harassment of women! it is a mental torture! I need to know what action is being taken. It is for Seyyad Gaon branch of yours. Maybe they know no one at Reliance cares and nothing is going to happen to them!

                              highly discardable product on sale

                              We bought Reliance value super saver pack Tomato Ketchup which is highly discardable product which was on sale on the counter. After opening the seal the product smelt pungent and it produced gas which could have blown it real bad.

                                Sir, I purchased some consuable from Reliance fresh, Gangaranchna complex KGPS compound nr RTO circle, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.On dated 1/7/2014 & bill amount was 248.22 . At the payment counter my BOI debit card was swipe by counter person, however she told that debit card payment failed so again she collected cash 248/00 at the counter. at the same time at the counter when I showed her sms for payment the debit card . In charge sales manager told me that I shall get back credit effect to my account and told me to wait for 15 days . I inquired at the reliance fresh on 23/7/2014. Sales manager again told me to inquire at my bank. So I made inquire at BOI new ranip branch .I was informed by bank manager that The Reliance Retail Ltd. collected payment by transaction no 54645592.                                   This mail is against misbehavior of your staff member lady guard name lucky and SLP team member Rajesh chauhan, i visited your reliance store on 24 july 2014 (Thursday) in the evening around 7 o'clock with my female office colleague, i bought one pet bottle of Pepsi and one face wash and we went out from reliance fresh, that guard lady call us back in store and start checking the beg of my colleague, she take out everything from the beg of my colleague in front of 3 male person, her tone was very rude she was reacting very aggressively, me and my colleague asked her whats wrong ? why she is checking like this then your SLP team member Mr Rajesh chauhan interpret and said tell me what is issue ? after listing everything he also start doing argument with me and with my female colleague in same rude tone and aggressively like that guard lady (Lucky), i asked them to call the manger they both dined that there is no manager available here, and mr, Chauhan SLP team member challenged me that go and complaint anywhere i will see you both of you... Respected manager i am your regular customer and also well educated person working as computer engineer with HP-COMPAQ global business park gurgaon, and i want to ask you that is this your customer service ? and what type of staff you hired ? Mr chauhan and lady guard lucky both reacting like uneducated people and fight and arguments with us in front of other customer, me and my colleague both feel very imbursement because of your staff misbehave, Regards Mukesh [protected]

                                    Complaint Again Staff Misbehaviour Of Reliance Fresh DT Mega Mall Gurgaon
                                    Dear Manager,

                                    I want to compaint against your staff member mr rakesh chouhan and guard lady lucky, I visited your store 24 july (Thursday), and I purchased 2 times and went out... but the guard lady name lucky called me to asked to check the beg and that lady guard open my complete beg in front of 3 male people and checking like aggressively and talk to me very bad when I ask her to call manger one person mr chauhan interpreted and state doings argument and he also started insulting me with that lady guard... and mr chouhan challenge me in very rude tone... go n complaint against me to anyone and my name chouhan...

                                    I want to ask you that is this your customers service ? I want action against both of then... you can call me I will be there... and I m going to laugh a case to court. ...

                                    Yes. rally Assistant Manger and Gard totally bad for talking, They are selling spoiled food once i go for return then state argument with me

                                      This refers to your Arjun Nagar, Green park store.I purchased groceries on 22th july2014;the receipt details are:C2597, #0023, 15:33:59, 22july2014, S02609, R003.Today that is 24th july i went to your store to exchange Tur & Moong chilka dal.I was approached by Mr.Mukesh your salesman who told me the products could not be exchanged as he doesn't believe i bought them 2 days back and might have just bought it today.To this foolish reply of Mukesh i said when i have the receipt is that not sufficient that i have purchased it on the particular date what more proof is required and how can he say that i bought it today? Mukesh has kept the products with him as he was very busy to check them today and will check by cctv footage that i have not bought them today.Really is this the way you check when the product is bought then what is the use of your receipt?My complaint is that what more proof other than your store receipt is required for exchanging your product?I want the product to be exchanged immediately and proper interrogation on Mukesh and his careless behaviour by concerned persons ASAP.
