Inadequate Consumer Amenities at Store

This is for information that I have been a regular customer of Reliance Fresh since 2011. Earlier I used to purchase from the outlet at Ghola, Sodepur, Kolkata. But after shifting to Khardah, I started taking the groceries and other regular needs from Barrackpore only. Credit cards payment not accepting

Sir, I reached reliance fresh bhulabhai deshai road, mumbai at about 2:15 and collected whatever in 15 minutes. But they refused to home deliver. As far as I know home delivery timings are from 12-3 pm, it shows extreme carelessness on parts of your employees.
