Sir, I reached reliance fresh bhulabhai deshai road, mumbai at about 2:15 and collected whatever in 15 minutes. But they refused to home deliver. As far as I know home delivery timings are from 12-3 pm, it shows extreme carelessness on parts of your employees. If reliance has given some facility to their customers its duty of its employees to fulfil. kindly look into this matter....

Dear Sir / Madam, I would like to bring to your notice that the Reliance Fresh Store at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh is the most pathetic and not a customer friendly store at all. They are the most illiterate and bad mannered people I have ever faced. During my last visit it has reached heights of patience as they lost my article at baggage counter and blamed me of telling lies. I hope you will take strong action against the concern people soon.

    Dear Sirs, I am your regular customer. I have reliance fresh card (no. [protected] ) I want to make complaint of your shop at RATANADA, JODHPUR ( Rajasthan) On every visit, at the time of making payment, your staff pretends that they have no chiller coins in their tray, they insist us to buy any item for the coin value, many times they forcebily give chocolates to us for the coin value which we do not require. They are always ready to bite the customers when we ask them for chiller coins. Yesterday I purchased a few items costing around 345 rupees I gave him 500 rupee note, the boy asked me to give 5 rupee coin but I had no chiller coin with me.As usual, they insisted to buy any item of 5 rupee, however, I had to leave the goods purchased by me and moved without purchasing anything from the shop. The behaviour gave me physical and mental agony Even your store manager Mr. shyam singh Bhati not attended the phone when I tried to call him on his mobile number so many times. Your Manager said that same could not be given and for display only they have placed the item, since they cannot keep the place empty, and ask me to do whatever I want to.         Dear Sir/Madam,
        I have been shopping with you for over 5 years or so now. I mostly shop once or twice a month at the Reliance Mart situated at the basement of Lakecity Mall, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India
        Very humbly this is to state that whenever I ask for a home delivery it is never delivered the same day & sometimes 2-3 days later. The store manager's & the staff's explanation for it is mostly that the delivery staff has gone for a leave. The manager's way of talking is also not congenial. Please do the needful for amending the same ASAP.

          Dear Sir / Madam, I would like to bring to your notice that the Reliance Fresh Store at the below mentioned address is the most pathetic and not a customer friendly store at all. I have been living in this Area since 2009. and never did i get a chance toclear my bill with in half an hour and most importantly the AC never works.Every time i buy milk from the store, it is stale and cannot be used. Today morning, it has reached heights of patience where i spent more than 1.5 hrs at the store and waited in queue for my turn(please understand i am a senior citizen of 67yrs age) and finally my turn comes and when i handover my Reliance One card ([protected]) for points to be en cashed as my bill amount was Rs.1440/-, they say its not possible to redeem then. When asked why they say the points have to be checked in another machine and its not possible. To be noted is that the entire store had just one billing executive doing the billing while there's such along queue of at-least 20 people waiting for billing. There is no courtesy towards a senior citizen who's been standing in queue for so long and spoiling my 2 hours time on Sunday morning. They have no right to do that in any case. I have always wanted to write to you about this specific store for long but didnt really notice that there are many others who face lots of issues. Most of the time the billing persons or customer care people are seen talking to each other or cracking jokes than helping the customers. A sincere request is either shut the store or provide the services with genuineness and customer care as your criteria.             Dear sir, I would like to bring your kind notice that I had been to one of the Reliance fresh outlet at Avadi, Chennai on 08.07.2014 and purchased some food items . Amount of billing was Rs 748 An of reliance fresh personal swiped my Debit card no.51962******23763 three times. When I checked my account the amount was debited / charged three times. I complained to reliance fresh manager about this debit of the above amount from my account three times and also shown him the SMS showing debit messages. The manager during the evening shift of that outlet namely Mr. Kesevan who assured me of return of the Amount after he contacts the head office. But unfortunately the amount is not returned to my account . So you are warned to take necessary steps to return my amount at an early date without making any delay as already a week has been passed which was not expected. Bharat B Mehta Mobile no-[protected]

              Today, and before also it has happened at Reliance Fresh, opp. Swati CoOp Housing Society as well as near Vijay x roads, Ahmedabad (phone no.[protected])with customers that when we enter into the premises the sticker on articles mention one price and when we visit cash counter the pricing is more and on enquiry the staff acts rudely that whether we want the article or not answer in one word. Same thing happened today also. 1st let me inform you that my CIN No. U0110MH1999PLC120563 and today's Cash Memo is at 10.04.35 dated 12th July 2014 in which beans cow pe Ahmedabad is charged at Rs.65/- p kg whereas on entering we enquired it's rate and were told Rs.35/ p kg. so also musk melon on entering the store we found price tag of Rs.20 per kg and on cash counter we were asked to pay Rs.38 per kg and on enquiry staff rudely acted and took away both the items stating if we wanted them we shall have to pay as per the bill price and not as per the price tag mentioned in front of the articles and hence you can see for yourself the price mentioned of beans cow as Rs.65/ p kg, Sir if you have the time just visit on any month ending date, goods nearing expiry dates are sold to shopkeepers at throw away prices and goods are lifted by shopkeepers who come ( with prior information of outlets' staffs) with gunny bags and are helped lifting those heavy bags by your security persons to their vehicles..
              Also when asked to talk to the manager in charge of the outlet we were told that he is not present and hence if we wanted to complain we will have to go online to complain no complaint register is available.

                A Reliance Fresh located at vidyadhar nagar, centre spine, jaipur..bad service and opening time as per their statement is 07:30 am but many time i go there and have to wait for 8:00 or 8:15 am .they do partiality as they allow their known person before shedule time and i have to wait for 30 minutes after 07:30 am.rude behaviour of guards

                  Dear Reliance Fresh, This is the recursive mistake what Reliance Fresh, Bangalore - Jai Bharat Nagar branch does. I believe it must be happening at all stores. Everytime I have to check my bill to see at least one product is over charged on MRP. For instance, few weeks back I bought a snacks pack of Rs. 15 I was charged 20, when asked the manager, instead of correcting the bill, he asked me to pick something of Rs5. Next, I bought some instant upma packet, they over charged Rs10 this time, when asked, they said take something of Rs 10. So, the solution is to mistake in the bill and correct it by selling another product, that too if I notice my bill!??? For, 5-10 Rs I can manage to pick, what if I am buying more things? Yesterday itself, they charged me Rs 45 for oats upma, where as the packet price is Rs. 40? I am talking about here only person, like me there must be 100-1000 of people buying from Reliance Fresh. Can you imagine the margin of loss to common people and profit to your organization? Also, store management is very poor. Come on we are in the world of hygienic level. The vegetables and fruit section literally looks like road side stores. On Milk and Curd packets we see dirty wet hand marks. The employees should maintain, that much cleanliness at least!, They should either wash hands or use some gloves before keeping such things? Finally, most of the employees working for the store are absolutely Rude. Even I worked in Super Market at some point, I know it is hard work, but being rude is not a solution. Please take care of these points, I am also going to write the same email to [protected]@ril.com as advised by their Toll Free number agent. Best regards, Vijay

                    I purchased some consumables from: 'Reliance Fresh, Reliance Retail Limited, Shriji Complex, B/H Bhulkabhavan School, Adajan, Surat-395009, Gujarat' on dt.19/06/2014 & bill amount was Rs.181/40. At the payment counter, my HDFC visa card was swiped twice by counter-person however he told that credit card payment (two times) failed so again he collected cash Rs.181/- (40 paise rounding off). At the counter when I showed him two sms of payment through visa card, he told me that I shall get back credit effect to visa account of twice payment. When I made inquiry at customer care centre of HDFC visa card after a week, I was informed that Reliance Retail Limited had collected payment for both the transactions. so I request to return me back two times of bill amount since I paid in cash.                       The lady at the first counter of reliance fresh vazhakala branch, kochi behaved very rudely to us and crushed the springs onions. We wanted springs onions where just a few was available. We took that and proceeded to the counter where she said I cannot take it and crushed same. We asked her to charge for it and s ge charged the price of a bundle of spring onion. Very rude behavior. Being a regular customer of that branch. We were very disappointed.

                        acceptability of sodexo coupons

I have noticed that even though sodexo meal pass is recognised as a mode of payment, it is sometimes not accepted in food items. Once they accepted sodexo on food items too but at other times they do not Sodexo meal pass should be acceptable for food items....

                        Reference: Cash memo CIN No U01100MH1999PLC120563 dated 26 June 2014. I have purchased some vegetables on 26 June 2014 which included French Beans also. The price of French beans was not displayed anywhere. On bringing the items home I just went through the bill and to my surprise I have noticed that the price charged was Rs 180/ Kg. The same day it was mentioned in Times of India that the prices of fruits & vegetables are likely to go up in the Monsoon. A comparison was also indicated. French beans which is sold at Rs 45 may sore up to Rs.80-to 85. We depend upon your retail shops not for paying such an exorbitant price. I have brought this to the attention of the manager and he was also surprised to learn that the price in the system was 180/-. He told me to give a written complaint and he would look into this issue. Retail shop: at Mangala Tower, Sector 15 CBD, Navi Mumbai.                           On 22nd june 2014, i have purchased rice bag etc., bill to the tune of rs.2980/- from reliance fresh muralinagar br visakhapatnam a.P. But they eronously debited to my credit card double the amount i.E.6000/- approx. For many times i enquired about my refund, they didnot give proper answer. Till date i have not receivedthe excess amount which is debited to my credit card account from reliance fresh.

                          I request you sir please interfere in this matter and settle the issue as early as possbile.

                            I have purchased Boost on 23/6/14 from reliance fresh Bodakdev Ahmedabad and there was a free gift ( a Ball signed by Virat Kohli) which was not given as it was told that it is not in stocks. I believe that these gifts are delivered with the products itself, still I was made sure that it will be given to me later and the manager give me in writing on the bill. But till today I have visited thrice the outlet they have not given me the ball and now they say that if I wish I can return the product or can pay me the amount of the ball Rs. 50/- I want to say is that the money is not important but the ball with the sign of the world class batsman is important for the kids. Kindly look into the matter

                                Wrong price was advertised for around 10+ products and when I raised this to manager his response was very arrogant and inappropriate. I can understand if it is first time and for a product or two or atleast 5, Entire bay is advertised wrong and third time for me in same store. When I tried capturing a photograph for the proof to complain in this forum he was so aggressive and never allowed me. He was not even willing to share the complaint register book to log this incident in.

                                  The red delicious apples are always waxed.they have to be scratched and peeled off with the knife before eating.The veg are chemically riped.The person who supplies these veg to RF send the leftover veg and fruits after selling veg himself .

Amount of billing was Rs 929.48. An execuitve of reliance fresh there namely Mr Golak Biswal, swiped my DR card no.4591********3082 two times .. When I checked my account the amount was debited / charged two times. I complained to reliance fresh manager about this double debit of the above amount from my account and also shown both Sms showing debit messages. The manager during the evening shift of that outlet namely Mr. Dipti Ranjan who assured me of return of Rs 929.48 after one day . But unfortunately the amount is not rturned to me yet .
