partiality, bad service

Overcharging on MRP

Rude behavior of the lady at the counter

The lady at the first counter of reliance fresh vazhakala branch, kochi behaved very rudely to us and crushed the springs onions. We wanted springs onions where just a few was available. We took that and proceeded to the counter where she said I cannot take it and crushed same. We asked her to charge for it and s ge charged the price of a bundle of spring onion. Very rude behavior. Not reducing the promised 2% reduction on price on the products

The people in the billing counter are really reckless as they do not even check to ensure proper pricing is happening and they, charge you on the actual .More over suddenly they say that they have by mistake made a cash bill and cannot accept a card and when a manager is called upon (MR Ramesh Rao ) is called upon he insists the customer to go and get cash.Waste of time and really no customer service.
