The shop in Anada Nagar, Bangalore has worst service. The AC was not turned on, as it was hot inside, so I switched on the fan. A sales women turned off the fan even though I was standing there and fetching vegetables. When I asked her the switch it on again, she starred at me. She said the fan was making noise. She never said sorry for her mistake.
In the billing counter, the queue was piling up and two of the sevice person left to enquire something. Customers were waiting atleast 15 minutes and they never cared about us.
This is not the first time occurance, until 9:30 AM, they move the items here and there and block the way so that customer can fetch items. The shop is always messy until 10 o clock morning.
If they meant to ready by 10, .they could close the door until 10 to make arrangements. Why they open by 8 and make inconvenience to customers?
Reliance Fresh customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
