I had made a purchase of groceries on the 17th of October for a bill of 1646.5 rupees .The person at the counter made me to swipe the card twice and said it's not working and made me swipe the card at the next counter .The payment was made at the counter and I left the store .Two hours later I get message from my bank money debitted twice along with the third third transction debitted .I went back to store .The manager checked and said she has given a complaint .I waited for a weak now she says ur transction was not made atall abd speaks rudely and tells me to go any sought out with my bank .Is this the way to treat a coustomer .I showed her my bank statement .also .I am going through lot of turmoil with no help from the store .I need my money back that got debitted twice .

I have bought some groceries on 18/09/2021 via UPI .The UPI transaction failed two times.They told me the refund will be processed within 4 days and no need to be afraid. But its been more than a month the worst expereince from reliance store, Vellayitambalam Kollam Kerala.

Why Reliance is so money hungry and Scamming customers money. Please people be aware of reliance petty action before your money gets stolen from them . I lost 363 Rs two times and staff and customer care dont care about it

All the counter they put a pluck card of only accepting CASH in J N Junction, Thripunithura, Ernamakulam, Kerala for past 7 days and Also manager is OOO for always and not responding the query

Is this called Digital Reliance?

The shop in Anada Nagar, Bangalore has worst service. The AC was not turned on, as it was hot inside, so I switched on the fan. A sales women turned off the fan even though I was standing there and fetching vegetables. When I asked her the switch it on again, she starred at me. She said the fan was making noise. She never said sorry for her mistake.

In the billing counter, the queue was piling up and two of the sevice person left to enquire something. Customers were waiting atleast 15 minutes and they never cared about us.

This is not the first time occurance, until 9:30 AM, they move the items here and there and block the way so that customer can fetch items. The shop is always messy until 10 o clock morning.

If they meant to ready by 10, .they could close the door until 10 to make arrangements. Why they open by 8 and make inconvenience to customers?

I am finding during every visit to the store either the displayed prices are incorrect or the billing quantity is incorrect. In my recent purchases, I bought 10 oreo biscuit packs and when I reached home I found the qty billed was 8 + 12 i.e. 20 qty.

This is a very common problem with the store at Surya Nagar location that every time person has to make multiple visits to get the due corrections done.

I would purchase milk in bulk And store it. I observe that I get spoiled Nandhini milk however date of expiry will still be there. Please check on the freezer or the staff who maintain it. It happens only when I buy it from relience fresh in kothnur dinne branch. In other branches I do not see this issue. Please take up action on the same.

I visited Reliance Fresh at Thevara, Ernakulam on 6 Oct around 6.15-7.00 pm and I managed to misplace my Garmin wrist watch there while buying groceries. I realised this within next 15-20 min and returned to track my wrist watch there. The wrist watch was getting synced with my phone and I notified this to the security and asked him to help me to find it, but he didn't help me and did not offer any help or announce or let me know about their lost and found policy. So, I went back with my husband to the store, the wrist watch was still syncing with my phone but both security person and the manager were very reluctant in telling me about their lost and found policy or getting my loss announced. On my repeated requests and telling them that my phone is connected to GPS of wrist watch, the security person took the wrist watch out from his pocket and handed it to me. I could have complained to the police regarding the misbehaviour of your employees but I decided to let go. However I urge the higher management to take a note of this total lack of integrity and no protocol regarding lost & found policy which was supposed to be enforced to help me. Also that I am a Non Malayalm speaking person, a degree of racial and regional discrimination was also displayed by both the employees and I urge the management to sensitize their employees in behaving in a secular and appropriate manner and not get a bad name to the Brand.

After the payment i went to the service desk and then security check and took an auto. I found some goods missing. But till then i have left for my home. Very hurtful ! How could staff hid/steal goods. I want inquiry and justice. Very poory .. pathetic. Please scrutinise the camera room .

Bought red Banana on 22/9 it didn't ripe. I billed for 699rs, Went to exchange on 27/9 without bill.the store staffs made me wait for few mins and told me to exchange the same product for the same value. The same product red banana wasn't good so I told them I'll exchange for another product of same value. Then they took me to the manager who showed stern faces and told me no we can't exchange. Doesn't know how to talk to customers nd least bothered about customer satisfaction. Action should be taken immediately.

I did my purchase on 15August, initially I was doing a purchase of 1500 but when counter person and manager told me offers of this independent. Offer is if I purchase minimum of 2000 then I will be getting cashback of more than 400 and this 400 hindered will be credited by the next 4-5 working days... Today it is September 23 still i am waiting for refund... After complaining the team told me that I will be getting my refund before 30Nov. What kind of offer relience fresh is providing,

I have an amount of rs 243/- purchage on[protected] on UPI mode at reliance fresh bhubaneswar. but not billing my product. But debit my credit card. already a complain at reliance store, he clear resolved my complain & answered me not credit our account. He told me u raise a complain at SBI credit card customer care. I have complained & reverse me answer given below.

I am writing to you after much deliberation and pain about an issue I am facing. It has been over two months that I haven’t received any wage for the 16 days of services rendered. I worked hard and completed my tasks. However not getting wage is now causing me much mental stress.

I tried reaching out to my management but haven’t received any satisfactory response.

Please look into this matter with high priority as I am suffering a lot due to unpaid wages.

Such reputed company but the one employee #Pawan_sakare at khadki pune is a thief. He was my neighbour and before shifting he stole my shoes but unfortunately this seen recorded in CCTV camera. I never expected that reliance have this kindly of thief. I need strict action against him

It seems no more than a godown. There is no place to browse through products. Half the products on display are expired. Staff run around adding to chaos with bills to satisfy online orders. The entire walking aisle is covered with delivery goods. Being a regular customer, I am dissatisfied beyond words.

Staff are not aware which product kept where... Managers Take a test of store emoloyeess by visiting as a customer

Most of the time they are busy with mobile phones or chatting

Mene kuch groceries purchase ki..counter par bande ne offer diya ke tomato sauce 49 ka sirf 7 me mila raha...at that time I took that. But today, I was just wondering in the slips pasted on the sachets. 1 I removed and saw
Product was expired on 2/12/2020
Now I am going to raise this issue to consumer forrum too..ke kis tarah logo ko chutiyaan banaya ja raha...aur executives aur logo ko bhi yeh product upfrontly promot kar rahe.
And also i am escalating this concern to food and drugs department of health.

Purchased AMUL GOLD MILK for 201/- on Friday 27th August and paid through UPI. after successful payment did not get the bill and I paid again. Person sd amount will be back to the account in 36 hrs but still waiting. Very very pathetic service as well as management and staff also u have. U are not running a business but Harrasing ur customers. Now I will never enter to ur shop nd will tell everyone about your poor service. Kindly try to resolve my query nd give amount back.

I would like to inform that I am a regular customer of reliance fresh at Mahalaxmi Tirupati apartment, every day in the morning I purchase my milk of Gokul brand 6-7 litres . Unfortunately other milk vendors buy the milk in bulk from the same store for selling in huge quantities and sell the same at 65 rs to other buildings, due to which customers like us don’t get Gokul milk, I suggest entry to reliance fresh be stopped to such milk sellers and only allowed for home consumption as reliance fresh has always given a fair price to its customers, when these vendors from outside pick up all the milk we get nothing as stocks are all over in 15 minutes . Even the manager has nothing to say, pls take some action so that original customers get protected .
