Today I had a very bad experience at Reliance Fresh, Madhuban Chowk branch near Laxmi Nagar. They sold us a torn packet of wheat flour at a lower price without informing us about the bad condition of the product. When we asked them to exchange the item they refused to do and misbehaved with us. They were talking on phone while billing. This kind of behavior and sale of such items is just not acceptable. Kindly look into it and take the actions as soon as possible.

Reliance Fresh-Dates — Complaint about Reliance Fresh Product- Dates

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I have purchased two packets of Dates on 27th April 2009 on Monday from Relaince Fresh -Virar Franchaisee located at Vishnu PrasadComplex, opp. Utkarsh Vidyalaya, P.P.Marg, Virar(w), Mumbai-401301. When I opened the packet at home, I found there were some worms in it. On the packet of Dates the date of Mfg is 2 nd Jan 2009 & it is written that product should be used within 3 months from date of Mfg.How can you keep the stock which is expiring on 2nd April 2009 till end of April.This is carelessness of the company (Reliance Fresh) which can lead to health disaster of a person consuming it. Therefore, I request you to take strict action against the company. Please do the needful & obliged.

HI, Im staying in Namkum cantt, Ranchi.Here there is no reliance fresh outlet in Namkum, we have to go 10-13 kms to the city to buy vegies and fruits. If one outlet is opened here, then it'll be very convenient.

    I do regular purchase from Reliance Fresh. I have noticed many times that good offer products are bulkly purchased by retailers from reliance fresh with help of staff. And indivdual customer dont get benefit of discount and offers bcoz there is no stock available. They buy available full stock and sale on MRP in their shop. Is it ok ?
    I thnik it should not allowed .... Billing shud not allow for a particular offered item for more than 5 piece...

      On 13-8-13,I visited Reliance fresh store in Nacahram in the evening.When I parked my two wheeler in the parking place which was fully vacant,the security person came and shouted me to park the vehicle in the other place.When I entered he was not there in the gate.Then I told him that he would have told me the same when I enter the gate.He argued with me in a rash manner.I am a central govt.officer retired recently.His way of behavior hurt me very much and told him that I would a complaint.Even then he carelessly replied me that he won't care and do what ever I like.I do not expect this type of treatment to the customer from such a renowned company.I request you to take necessary action against such head strong person with whose attitude the reputation of the company may be spoiled.

      Reliance Fresh — Misbehavior

      Hi,
      I visited the Malviya Nagar branch of Reliance Fresh where the staff working over there misbehaved & also used slangs in their language. I was with my daughter & these people were in a mood to close the shop before the normal timings therefore they turned off the AC at 8 o clock & misbehaved with me & my daughter & asked us to leave the shop & also spilled my shopped items at the billing counter, I am really disappointed with this incident & have decided not to visit this pathetic shop again. I feel this must be a slap on the face of the chairman of this mart.

      FRAUD ACTIVITIES BEING CARRIED OUT AT RELAINCE FRESH, UTTAM NAGAR, , Peepal Chowk, MOHAN GARDEN, DELHI
      It is to bring to your kind attention that fraudulent activities are being carried at Reliance Retail “RELIANCE FRESH” located at Mohan Garden, Peepal Chowk, Uttam Nagar, and Delhi 110059

      Since the majority of the customers who comes to the store are females, the individual calls on their personal numbers & ask different illegitimate questions
      They take their number from the card filling form
      The don’t offer the promo gift of the product to the customers
      On asking about the gift on of the executive named RAKESH, HE torn his cloths to ready for a fight so we have to call the Police Control Room who has allowed us enter a complaint in your register, which no body read for months, He has called his local friends “GUNDAS” for a fight outside the Reliance Showroom as well

      i m a regular customer of reliance fresh sagar villa store in rohtak haryana.i visited march 14 ,2012.there is a CSA named SUSHIL as a employee in the store.he has no mannar how to deal with a customer and how to talk with a girl.his behave was very rude and nonsenseble.please take right action againest my complain.

      My salary for the month of Jan-2015 is not released yet. When store manager mailed RHRS. The Reply they give is "His Payroll is not running." What Can I Do Now?

        The store manager is some Mr. Akhilesh Mathur who is never avaliable on the shop.
        These guys go not have net bags/ recyclable plastic bags for take the vegetables and expect people to carry them in hand.
        Even if you are ready to pay the amount, they do not have varry bags...
        The staff is so rude that even the sabje mandi guys are better than these ppl.
        I wont be surprised if some day people break this store..!!

          The Defaulter Name: Raghava
          Subject. : Showing Descrimination between the customers
          & Rude behaviour

          The person Raghava is cheating & looting the reliance fresh by way of selling the vegetables at cheaper rates. The team of Raghava themselves destroy the goods and sold at a cheaper rates. The lowest rates applicable only to those daily sending BIRYANI packets & Liquor to Raggava & others.
          Daily they are arguing with outsiders and creates the nonsense infront of your shop. We people are busy in our corporate , at the mall daily newsence is a Big headache


          Please take proper action . Otherwise I will directly contact the higher officials on showing this mail

            Open your new retail shop in Omex Mall, Agra. I went shopping with my Family on date 24 July 2013. We purchased many products but the rate of some products more than offer price. On whose information we complained at the cash counter. Cashier said that must have changed the scheme/offer. Complainant said return the product and request to return amount. Cashier/officers rejected calls to return the amount and he says that we would not return the amount. So whatever amount you can afford it buy the product, Get as close to the rate of the product is our house. So I never had to buy any product. But he did not consider to cashier/officers. And I had to take the Product. I had thought that the company goodwill is very good. But the behavior of Company staff and the company's attitude to cheat, the complainant is very sad and upset. I therefore request that having check this incident with the complainant, He was pleased to relieve the discomfort and by you all check and awareness about the complainant's favor. Otherwise complainant will go to consumer court.

            reliance fresh stores — Low quality products with high Quality rate

            Sir,
            In Bangalore I had purchased Premium quality rice in Reliance Fresh Stores.I did not kept the bill for that rice. At the time of cooking we found that the rice had bad smell.We have told to the Reliance fresh manager .But he is not accept the rice without bill even packed pockets that printed as "Reliance fresh premium " product.
            So I requset you all use your old regular shops to purchase items that they will be accept your complaints.

            Dear Sir,
            I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh stores at 8th Main malleshwarm Bangalore. During Dassera Festival they have announced an offer that for those customers who buys goods worth Rs 2500/- and more will be given a Kadai worth 890/- for Rs.149/-. I am one of the victim in their net. They say few quantity kadai has been received and hence they could not issue to all the customers till today. If that is so why they announced the offer and cheated the customers when they are not in a position to stick to their schedule. Customers buy unnecessary items paying their hard earned money. It is unbeliveable that a company like Reliance is cheating customers in this way. Government should restrict them from using this kind o[censored]nethical business practices. The sales executive should be asked to issue the gift item on seniority basis not on their fancy and wishes. A record in the stores is to be maintained in this regard. Also though it is retail they sell bulk quantity and complaint to the head sales of no use. Please look in to the matter and action taken may kindly be intimated.

              On the day Wednesday, 24th July 2013 at evening 4:30 I purchased certain item at the store with billing amount 743.25. For the payment I handed over Rs. 1000/- cash and Rs. 4/- change. While I was placing items in my bag the person at the counter told me that he is not having 1 Rs. change and handed over my bill to me. I was still placing items in my bag and forgot completely to ask him for my change. After 10-15 minutes when I reached home I realized my mistake and went back to store with bill. Not entertained properly, the staff did verification ,don't know how, and told me that I was given my cash back. I am dead sure that I wasn't given anything beside my bill receipt. This is not about the money but the kind of treatment you get at store.
              The staff at this particular point is also rude which I can tell from many incidents in the past. Not helping with identifying location of items,refusing change even if they have it in the tray and always carrying out maintenance work causing trouble to the customers. The people mostly bear with their behavior as no one wants to get into argument which will be causing irritation only.

              Reliance Fresh — staff being rude

              Today on very first day of year I went to reliance store at Zamrood pur East of Kailash.Where in I spended one hour getting the stuff. When I reached the billing counter the person billing told me that my card is not working or decline. Then I requested him to give me some time so that I can get my other card but those people didnot gave me any time and ask me to leave the stuff and go.Then I called their store manager Prakash Joshi (EC[protected] he was very rude and started shouting on his high pitch and refuse to offer any help. I am holding reliance loyality card ([protected]). Even then the staff behave very rude today which I will not forget ever.
              Sir,
              Please give a written complaint to the Supervise or authorised officer about your loss of money and also rude behavior staff, after receiving complaint if they will not take any action against their employees, you may file complaint before the Dist Forum against them and you will get money with compensation and damages with costs.

                this a complaint about reliance fresh at main road majlis park adarsh nagar . its a complaint about difference in tag rates and actual rates . it happens three times with me that looking at tag rate at rack i purchase the thing and when i look at bill rates were more than tag . when i complaint to store manager he does not respond appropriately,beside this the fellow at billing computer was ruse in behaviour and was not cooperating with customers.

                  myself yatin bansal .today i want to reliance fresh regarding shopping in sector 17 huda market gurgaon.there i saw one staff member is making a insurance and i ask him regarding this because my insurance is expired .i said to him renew my insurance and what amount you will take he said that i will 500 rs per insurance.i said ok when he made it it is a fake insurance and i gave him 500 rs .When i checked it it is not original.when i asked him he said that it is fake and i take his snaps in reliance fresh .Now i am going in media and i show all this.

                  Reliance fresh Ltd — Cheating

                  There is a open cheating by relaince fresh co. ltd. at there outlets. They have a product Reliance Select instanct coffee at Rs. 65 MRP. There is a scheme running on product with Rs.20 off on MRP, but while billing they charge Rs.50 instead of Rs.45. I have purchased this product from Ashok vihar outlet.

                    Since last two weeks, I have been visiting Reliance Fresh in Barrackpore at Mangal Pandey sarany to get a membership card. Every time I visit I am told to come the next day, the non-professional attitude of the staff is really surprising. I have travelled to cities like London, New York, Paris, etc. but I have never ever seen such callous attitude.

                      The reliance fresh store at C.G.Road, Ahmedabad claims that it's timings are 7am-10pm but it never opens on time.Today also many of the customers waited in the morning (around 7.30 am) only to be told rudely by one of the employee's that they will take more time.So we left for another store to buy goods.But It's really surprising to see that in today's era,how can somebody have such a lax attitude?

                      Moreover the store isnt cleaned properly and stinks most of the time.Employees too, talk to people very rudely ,many a times.Hence it's my sincere request to pls. look into the matter on an urgent basis.

                        Hi,
                        Reliance fresh has charged twice for single purchase Transaction on 31 May 2013. Though I have informed next day 1 June 2013 but have not got anything back. they promised it would be back to my account by 3rd June 2013.

                        Though I entered my password during transaction only once, I do not know how they made it for second time. Teller swiped the card number of times as she claimed it was not working.

                        Approached the bank through submitting complaint to the as they are responsible to pay merchant. They verified the merchant and i got back the money.

                        Reliance Fresh — purchasing

                        dear sir
                        i have purchased rice and some other items in your Rf outlet at raghu enclave, D.No;8-1-84/A, pedawaltair, visakhapatnam -17, on[protected], for an amount of Rs1419.20. On that day there is an annoncment in the shop is that on purchase of Rs999, there is 2Kg free sugar and 250g of r value tea is free, but when i completed my purchase they gave only 2Kg sugar, but not tea. When i asked them they said that offer is over. Another thing is that they have delevered opened rice bag (vsr economy). no manager was there in the shop to give complaint. I request you to take care of all such incidents

                        Reliance Fresh — Goods Return Polocy

                        This is regarding complaint of Reliance Fresh Store at Green City in Bhopal. Where I found method of returning an item is quite ridiculous and vague. I have never seen something like this in anywhere in the world where for returning an item we need to produce cash bill. The manager at their store was not at all cooperative and not willing to resolve the issue. this is highly disppointing and does not reflect good about the the company and how they handle helpless consumer.

                        i regularly visit reliance fresh at warangal. Though it is a boon as we get fresh vegs and fruits the prices of all the provisions is extremely high. i wonder who is managing these stores?

                        Reliance — charging twice for same facility

                        The company is the worst company in India. its sms pack costs 39 rupees and it automaticly renew it without asking me.. and the worst thing is this time the sms pack was renewed twice..

                        purchased some consumables items from reliance fresh sant nagar, given the debit card to pay the amount. after trying for some time employees told that machine not working, please pay cash. so i paid cash. now when i have seen the bank statement it is showing a debit charges of rs.784.90 at 14:37 hours on 20.12.2011.

                          Sir,
                          I would like to bring in light the pathetic customer service and unwarranted misbehaviour of staff at Reliance staff. All I requested is to just change Papaya wth sme other item but it became a awful incident. It was almost the simlar situation like how Gandhi ji faced at South Africa by being thrown out of Train inspite of taking train ticket. I am really worried by such rude behaviour of our own Indian citizen just for an Papaya.

                          I really can now sense the ill treatment all citizens may face by such big corporate FDI companies in years to come.
                          I feel you would be in a better position to figure out what it takes to be pushed out of an shop wth such humilation and treatment. So I leave it upto you to calculate the damage to ones trust & feeling. I infact went there to buy as I am regular customer to it and had faith in the brand and services of Reliance Fresh but it has been shatered by an rude staff.

                          It was not just rude & arrogant behaviour but Manager acted like Rowdy & Gunda by threatning me. They are also openly cheating by not giving change of money. So you please calculate the damage caused to an normal man wth such attitude and behaviour.

                          I feel like complainting even in newspaper but as usual will hav less impact than social websites.

                          I urge all of you to make it a big campaign against such bad rude rowdy treatment by staff of such big corporate houses.

                          Let them knw that it is because of normal buyers that companies are into existence.

                          I have no personal grudges wth company otherwise I wouldn't even have gone into it but I had some faith & belief that I would get a better price for my purchases but It was a nightmare for me. I am left wth no option as to adress this problem to all necessary agencies and forum.

                          relience freash — misbehaviour/rude behaviour

                          i am resident of sec-37 faridabad, haryana. i faced regular misbehaviour from employee of relience freash outlet near to my home. after waiting in a que i was said to leave counter because their sales persons are talking to each other. my complain is that if they are not willing to sell then how they have right to spoil our time.

                          the policy deployed at fatimanagar signal to block the way towards wonwori was very roudy when asked for direction they strted abusing and tried to hit with there lathies they were 3 of them one of tehm was a senior inspector the other was head constable and the last was was some traffic guys, 1st of all they should provide proper direction for alternative routs which even they were not aware of a very sad state of Police in Pune how can just trouble inocent public and take mony from them and do goonda gire.

                          Reliance Fresh — Arrogant Behavior of Staff

                          I went to Reliance Fresh ,Mathikere, Bangalore for a small purchase worth Rs 300 on 10/10/2010. After i have paid my money i have asked for an extra carry cover and was trying to take it from there at the time the person in the cash counter forcedly took that extra cover from me and told me that one is enough for me. I feel really ashamed when others whom in the queue saw this and i was fighting for a simple thing. My question is that, Is these Reliance people are so poor that they can't give an extra carry cover for their customers. I have decided one thing, i will never go to Reliance fresh again and i will tell my friends about my bad experience. The issue is small but how it hurts a person is too much, that they should understand.
                          I also had a very bad experience with reliance fresh pondybazaar branch.the staffs doesn't even reply us.they are very rude.I feel that reliance is loosing customers because of their staffs.the food items are really very amazing but I dnt feel like going to reliance because of their staffs behavior.please do the needful asap.this is not my first experience.after 1 yr experience am complaining.today I think a lot to go to reliance stores.

                            myself isharpal kaur purchased goods from reliance fresh sec 22 chandigarh they deducted amount twice from my card of icici bank i took in return from them after calling police in starting they abused me not giving in return.i am not complaining for 554 but wnt to disclose tht how many ppl in a day cheated by them nd i[censored] total amount then it can make a difference its my one day salary they stolen. help me so poor ppl wont get cheated by these reputated frauds

                              I went to Reliance Fresh store in Madeenaguda, Hyderabad today to buy the Raw Peanuts in loose. The weighing machine inside the market showed the weight as 500grams, and I decided to move on to pay for it.

                              Did I tell you that this store is probably the worst operated store I had ever seen. All the items are on the floor, no place to even walk, all the items were just dumped... to me it looked more of a warehouse, not a store.

                              Anyways, after waiting for at least 15 minutes in the line at the billing counter, I am surprised to see I am overcharged than what I was expecting. This billing counter shows 564 grams, against 500 grams of the other machine. When I had asked them about the difference, the person at the counter was so irresponsible and just showed that the weight is 564 grams, and he doesn't care what the other machine shows.

                              When I raised it as an issue, his supervisor came up and mentioned that there is a difference of approx 60 grams between two machines, but didn't say which machine is correct, until I asked him for the third time. He claimed that billing counter machine shows the correct weight. By the way, though the peanuts were already in a plastic cover, they put them in a plastic basket to weigh them, and they claimed that plastic basket weight doesn't count.

                              When I asked him to prove it to me, he emptied the basket (removed my peanuts cover) and tried to show that the indicator shows 'ZERO'. You know what, the indicator doesn't work. Then he tried to show me his screen, where I clearly see 59 grams of weight, against him claim of ZERO grams when the basket is empty.

                              On my question about the weight difference, the supervisor simply asked his subordinate to return my entire money (not willing to give any explanation for their wrong doing) and took the peanuts cover from me.

                              Listen guys... Reliance Fresh is cheating customers with incorrect weighing machines, not sure how many other cheating techniques they use.

                              Reliance Fresh — wrong weighing

                              I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh. Today I went to co's Malviya Nagar, Jaipur to purchase some fruits & vegetables. I surprise to note that the weighing machine is not properly working. One electronic weighing machine at store and another non electronic weighing machine both are showing the weight of a pice of water melon as 2.820 Kg & the cash counter machine is showing the same water melon weight as 3.224 Kg. When I enquire about the weight difference your sales girl on counter argue me that the cash counter machine is connected online with Bombay H.O. this is right & others are wrong. She billed with same weight through No. C1004#0033 12:16:50 on 16/04/2009. She told me that cash counter machine’s weight is right, you quickly decide you want to bye water melon or not. When I again argue and ask her to behave properly then an another staff person reach there & ask her to recheck the weight, when she recheck the weight come down to 2.820 Kg. I don’t want to any complain but take up this matter to knowledge for suitable action, under intimation to me.

                              Reliance Fresh — Wrong Billing/Cheating to customer

                              I had purchased a Stuff from reliance Fresh on 9th and Bill amount Turned up to 337... As i was in hurry i went off... on 11th... I discover that its was a Wrongly charged and called @ reliance Fresh Auda garden Prahladnagar... They told come down will check and help u.... When i visited there Manager Brijesh kept me waiting for 30 mins... He told i dont have the Product so cant help u.... You come once that product come.... I told kindly check the same with other store of yours he denied. Then i i told should i get u One from outside.... He told go and get it.... He was very rude in speaking..... he told me to mail at customer service and mail will route through me and i willl answer after that... I am charged 144 rs. Instead of 14 rs. Only... He told if case get solved also then also we will not give u Refund. You will have to buy the goods worth same amount... Pls. Help to close this case

                              Reliance Fresh — Cheating to Customer

                              I would like make a complaint towards Reliance fresh, Vishwas Nagar. Delhi -10032 for cheating of customer. I have done some purchase on 22nd-Sep-2009 and made payment throught Credit Card. Executive there swap my card twice, due to this double amount deducted from account. I have made many complaint with store, but till now no reponse from there side. I don't know what to do and whom to complain for this cheating and fraud

                                I had purchased few items including Paneer from RELIANCE FRESH, Govindaprasad, Cuttack Road, Bhubaneswar for Rs 555.96 on 14th Apr, 2013. Next it was found that the
                                1> PANEER was totally rotten and when approached tham it was replaced with some other item of same value.
                                2>There was double deduction of Rs 555.96 against my credit card.

                                It was brought to the notice of Mr Pratyush and assured that it will be refunded within 2 days. Since that four times met him and talking to him on daily basis. Every time he is assuring me that it will be refunded within next 24 hours, but till today that after 15 days also additional amount deducted thru my credit card is not refunded.

                                ICICI Bank has confirmed that RELIANCE FRESH has already claimed twice against single transaction, which establishes their deliberate and intentional snatching away money in a smart and professional manner.

                                RELIANCE FRESH should penalised heavily so that same is not repeated in FUTURE.

                                  Good Morning, on 16/03/2013 We have purchased some house hold items in Reliance Fresh outlet in Rajahmundry. We paid the bill of Rs.1691/- through our credit card no.[protected] through PO'S Machine, but they told that transaction was failed and again later we paid through our debit card which is a successful transaction.On the same day night around 1'O clock means 17/03/2013 we received a message that transaction of Rs1691/- paid through credit card was successful in Reliance Fresh Outlet and the amount was debited to our credit card account by showing memo debit on 17/03/2013 at Reliance Fresh. Next day we approached the outlet and they told that they didn't get any difference regarding this amount.We called to sbi credit card customer care also but still the amount of Rs.1691/- is in outstanding position. Please Resolve the complaint soon

                                      i prasad frm jamnagar gujarat have got a kenstar 25 ltr geyser frm reliance fresh jamnagar on 24 nov 2012, wen i asked the store people regarding warranty card at the time of purchase thy replied sayng t cums inside the package, bt wen i looked for t at home, cudnt find t, wen i got bck to thm thy never looked in to the matter, i have gone many times on ths matter bt no use, evn called kenstar people, thy said thy cnt help. cn sum1 solve the matter plz

                                        I would like to inform you that on dated 3 march 2013 i have purchased some goods from Reliance Fresh, Sec-13, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Since 20:01:55 (Time) and for the same i have given my Debit Card for Payment with IDBI Bank master card/Debit card, card No: [protected] but after detected the payment counter person is saying that this card have no balance give your another card then on his request i have provided my ICICI bank debit card for payment. After leave the Reliance fresh i got 2 sms, 1st from IDBI bank and 2nd from ICICI bank that amount has Debited from :Reliance fresh as they have debited same billed amount from my both debit Card (IDBI & ICICI Bank) Then i have called to store manager Mr. Sanjay Pandey to logged the complain but he is saying that within 24 H your problem will solved..after 24 when i got no response then visited to Reliance fresh to logged the complain and any how after a lots of discussion he logged the complain as he was saying it's not possible. I have Reliance Fresh Cash Invoice Copy and my Both Banks Statement, please find.

                                        So, request to you please do the needful to refund my amount and take a necessary action against Reliance Fresh.

                                        On 17 Aug 09 I asked the store Baba Bazar in Visakhapatnam to recharge my Account with Rs.500/- in my Mobile No. [protected] but by mistake the recharge was done to the wrong no.[protected] with request no. 332350 and immediately called the customer case and informed that same they informed that within 24 Hrs the correct mobile no will be credited with Rs.500/-. Later on 19 Aug 09 the lady from the shop called up to inform that as I had again recharged with Rs.500/-on the same day the recharge cannot be done to the same no and asked for another mobile no. Where in i gave the no. [protected] they promised to recharge the new no within 24 hrs but till date the recharge has not happened.
