i have been purchased 3 items. reliance select rajma chitra, shakti bog daliya 400gms & special wheat atta 30kgs . In that items related to shakti bog daliya its MRP is 20RS but he charge 22RS in our"s bill . so i would complaint against your RELAINCE FRESH MALL, MAHESH NAGAR, AMBALA CANT HARYANA .for this mistake of your staff i would talk to his ASM of this mall.He is saying that u will do anything aganist company . he is saying wht i m do .
I HAVE COMPUTERISED BILL OF THIS PURCHASING SO PLZ I REQUEST TO TAKE ACTION

1. The Reliance Fresh ( !!) in Konankunte near Soudamini Kalyana Mantapa, Bangalore sells expired food which is packed. The packet had Reliance's name on it and expiry date mentioned in future ! But when opened the grains were spoilt and soft. This was supposed to be eaten by a child but Thank God we realised before consuming. When we went back to the store and asked for manager, the staff did not respond properly - there was a poorly dressed ill mannered man who finally said I am the manager and said that he could not do anyting about it.

2. One more incident at same store - There were many customers waiting in the queue in one of the counters (as it less counters - though I see staff wandering about in the stores doing nothing) and this girl at the counter took 30 mins to realise that the billing machine she was trying to operate was not working . And she shouted at the customers in this line to move to the next queue where there atleast 10 other customer already in the queue with full shopping bags waiting to be billed as the girl there was slow in billing. We had already waited half an hour expecting that our turn would come soon. She treated us were badly and said that I can complain against reliance if I wanted to, as this stores has less staff and poor machines. (staff saying this to customer ! ) . There was another male staff who shouted at me not considering that he is speaking to a lady and told me not to speak further. The girl continued to curse ( !) me in front of other customers. I really could not wait in the queue for so long as I was unwell and also had to pick up my child . However both these staff did not seem educated.

No value for Customer's time and money !! No respect for ladies !!! But dont yout think I need to get a compensation for this as a grieved customer.

I am punithan basically from new delhi studying masters in law here in belgaum karnataka. last night a watchman abused me very badly stating that its not the time to shop here and the time was 9:40 pm.. There were few more customers who were also shopping out there dont know why he abused me only and the manager also supported that watchman. I felt so insulted in front of public and my friends.

I am a regular customer of reliance fresh. On 28/07/2012 Store Manager called me at store saying my son caught with a dairymilk chocolate in cctv.
imediately i reached to store as my residence is just 100 meter away from store.Store Manager & other staff started humiliation with me and told that your son theft a dairymilk chocolate with his two other co students. My son and two others are students of St. xaviers of standard VIII.
The Reliance staffs drag these childrens to store away from CCTV & severly bitten to them after then i have been called. i told to show me the CCTV footage of said incident but they denied to show me.
Finaly i paid the bill amount of 4 dairymilk total of rs.88/- vide auth.code 600643,vat no.[protected] and they have taken written letter from me.
I want to know whethere Store members have rite to bit a child and humiliate in such a tender age.

My card was charged twice for a purchase on 12th july 2012... and i received msgs regarding the same... i have an infant to take care off and cant go all the time to the shop to complaint so my husdand chased both reliance and my bank for the money... i received two transaction id's and confirmed from the bank that the amt had gone to the merchant... however, at reliance no one bothered to reply properly... i was tossed between both n dismayed with the help given by both.... i m stressed now as whatever little help given by both is useless as my husband has to quit his work n run for the money.... this is ridiculous... its such an inconvenience for us both,,, nothing has been actioned so far today being 25th july 2012.... i m a housewife n that money means alot to me... i dont know how what action will u take, but i am very disheartened to go to reliance again for anything again due to this bad experience...

I had purchased goods worth Rs. 582.00 in Reliance Fresh, Fraser Town, Bangalore 56005 on 18.07.2012 and gave my AMEX card. The counter staff swiped it once and as she did not get any response, went to another EDC machine and swiped it again. When I came home, I found from SMS messages that there are two charges of Rs. 582 each against my Card. I contacted AMEX who also confirmed that there are two debits to my a/c.
I went back to the shop and informed the Supervisor in charge. I called AMEX from his phone and AMEX staff told him that the charge has been billed twice. Despite this, he was not willing to refund the amount since he did not how to reverse the transaction or the Merchant Code to inform the service Department of AMEX. He has promised to look at his day end operations and get back to me.

He should have responded when he got the confirmation from AMEX. I do not know how long this will take though I have disputed the charge with AMEX.

I had very bad experiance yesterday in Relience Fresh store at Lakshmi Puram Branch, Guntur of Andhra Pradesh. When I have went to the Relience store with my family, unfortunately my wife's saree was hanged with the Yera bowel set and it was fell down and broken two no.of small bowls. I say that I will pay what the amount of two broken bowls. They say pl wait for some time. After waiting of 35 minutes one the Floor Manager has came and abusing with valanarable language in high voice. All the people are watching. We are very hurted. We con't come to the Relience stores in any where in future. It is very very bad thing.

Sometimes I really think that if Reliance really is to be admired like other retail stores: Easy Day, Big Bazaar. As staff / manager nearly always is uncooperative. I pay the bucks only to get irritated and put everything in carry bags with workers only to do billing or see how do i manage by picking each and everything by myself and arranging in Carry bag so that i can at least carry it to Car. It is very unlike Easy day or Big bazaar where even though the crowd is double but at least u get treated well by sales people / helpers. Though its behavioral issue but must be addressed as it has become daily scene at many of reliance fresh stores

At Reliance fresh store C-210 Jhilmil Colony Delhi-110095,
Many time they charge more than the indicated prices.
Today 07/07/2012 I went to the reliance fresh store at the above mentioned address.
I saw the price of two units of bottes were 110 rupees instead of 130.
There were two kinds of variants Coca Cola and Pepsi
I choose Coca Cola
At the billing counter he asked me to give 114 rupees
I said there were prices indicated 110 rupees.
He asked me to talk to the supervisor of that store
when I complained about the prices he said that 110 rupees are for Pepsi not for the Coca Cola
i said why you put both the variants together and put the price tag 110 rupees for the 2 units not for the specific variant.
But he said these prices are for Pepsi not for the Coca Cola
This kind of behaviour is irresponsible and unjustifiable.
On other thing Amul Butter he said that there is only 5 rupees discount on MRP instead of 10 rupees
On price tag indicated 10 rupees discount and he orally announced that he will give only 5 rupees discount.

In this many irregularities are there No of Baskets in which we can put out things together are less in number.
Nobody in the store is taking any steps towards this serious problem. Number of baskets should be increased immediately to the convenience of the customers.
This store is for convenience of the consumer but no body is taking care of customer.
Billing counter are 3 but many times it works only one or two why??
We have to waste our precious time for the billing, although the billing boys were seen busy in other activities.

So the concern of Reliance fresh should take a note of these kind of serious activities which are not good for the Reliance fresh.
These kind of activities creates a doubt on the integrity of the store. and compel us to think about the malpractices.

there is store of reliance fresh in our building namely "ONYX" ground floor near gulbai tekra cross road Ahmadabad. we had brought to their notice not put any dirty material waste of vegetable etc. but they do not listen to them and spoil the entire front of the building. due to their dirty material lot of insect and mosquito generate and the may spoil the health of the people working in the building. the trucks which bring the material for them are standing on the main road such a way that it become the hurdle to for the building person as well as road traffic.if necessary action is not taken then all the building member will file a complaint to Ahmadabad municipal corporation health department.

i used to be daily customer of reliance fresh in ansal plaza,gr noida.on friday night 29/6 i had a very bad experience with supervisor and gaurds.after billing the items they stopped me at gate and started asking me questions that u were looking at 2 facewash products wheres the other one.what the ....i dont understand that a customer has to buy whatever he takes in his hand.they took me in the back and checked me n asked me where did u put it.after finalizing everything they dint even have the courtesy to appologize.im a doctor and they did not heed to my words for just 100 rs product.

so i will never step into any reliance fresh again and thats my promise.so folks be careful

I am occasionally visitor to any of the retail store, Once i decided to go to the reliance fresh Dilshad colony branch where i visited with my daughter. After purchasing i have gone for the billing and i paid through debit card. after that when i decided to leave the store then i found that i have no carry bag for carry my things where i had a discussion with the staff and ask them that give me a carry bag then they told me that there is carry bag that is costing you to 10/- rupees and you have pay us change 10/- rupees even i have 100 rupees note and they ignored me and told them if you want to swap 10 from my debit card then you can but they ignored me and handle other customer, myself and my 1years 5 month old daughter standing there wait for the decent reply but no body there for help. This was the worst experience of my life where i had seen and after that incident i never go to the reliance fresh.

I am Lawan Jain from Hisar. I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh Store. On Suday[protected] I purchased one water melon weighing about 5 kg and it cost Rs.45.00. When we cut it at home, the water melon was completely rotten and was smelling badly. It was not eatable. It has been noticed that at reliance fresh store the quality of the vegetables is not maintained. The quality of tomatoes is very poor. The rotten tomatoes are not replaced from storage basket and they continue rotting others and produce foul smell. You are requested to kindly make surprise regular check at these stores. We know, the Reliance has good reputation in the market but such types of small incidents get it spoiled. I hope you will consider my request.

we purchased Danone Yogurt (strawberry flavor) from Reliance Fresh Kalyani Nagar Pune on 18/06/2012, reflecting Manufacturing date as 03/06/2012; best before date 22/06/2012; batch # L0601-2-s. on opening the pack there is a clear and visible fungal growth on the content. (pics attached)
prior to this I had already fed my child(1yr 5 mths) with another pack of yogurt with same Manufacturing date / batch who had to be rushed to the
doctor reflecting clear symptom of food poisioning / severe stomach upset with high fever. there was no visible fungal growth however the contents are contaminated which caused severe health concerns to the infant.

I contacted Danone customer care and got a reasonable response from them and they are taking i[censored]p seriously with Reliance Fresh preparing a strong case against them as when Danone Sales team visited the retail store (kalyani Nagar) they found out that the refrigerator was out of order for almost a week. and that could be the reason for the contamination. they have collected the sample from us and will be running test on that, if required they will check samples from the same batch.

the subject is of high gravity and must be severely dealt with the manufacturers / retailer. we request support to take this up very seriously
with the manufacturer / retailer to ensure health of the consumers are not jeopardized.

attached herewith the pictures, I still have the yogurt with me, please let me know the next steps. I have also made a complaint to the Danone's customer care.

Last Sunday I bought 10 kg Packed Reliance Brand AATA But today when I open The Packet I found white Earthworm type pest inside also some worms are in colour black, during purchase I even saw the packed date and it was not older than 45 days. I am using this Aata from a long time but when I found worm inside it, I am very disappointed...

Sir, on 08.06.2012, there was advertisement from Reliance Fresh in SAMAJ ( Oriya Daily ) showing discounted price of many items, One of them was 300gm Close-up gel toothpaste. Its indicated price was Rs80.00. When I visited on the same day the Reliance Fresh outlet at IRC VILLAGE, Bhubaneswar & picked up Close-up toothpaste & went to the billing counter, the bill man said the price to be Rs90.00. I met Manager to complaint regarding this price difference but he neither gave me any justification nor allowed me to purchase the toothpaste at ADVERTISED rate. I failed to understand whether the MANAGER of this outlet makes money out of this differential price or it is GIMMICK of a reputed company like Reliance Fresh to cheat consumers?

subject- A unknown person (without any ID card of reliance or dress code of reliance fresh) has checked me fully without any reason.

my self imran , a customer of reliance fresh ( master canteen Reliance fresh,bhubaneswar) .after a purchased a aquafina mineral water from reliance fresh then i proceed to my exit with proper receipt. then a security guard checked the proper bill then i proceed to exit of reliance fresh. but at that time a unknown person without having proper ID of reliance fresh or he doesn't have any dress code. then he checked me fully without any reason , then he told me..ok its fine ..u go now .i asked to that person .who r u ? to search me without any reason.then i take him to manager sell of reliance fresh again , i told him about this problem to manager sells. he told me that he is the security guard of reliance fresh . i told to that manager that why u not given proper ID card or dress code and . manager told me .we dont follow rule and regulation then the security guard is now relaxed as his manager supported him. he is now got permission to check fully anyone without any proper ID or dress code.

customer is king. u people dont know how to behave a person . they are just hiring (uneducated peoples to reliance fresh).

so i request you to take my case seriously against security guard and manager sells of relaince fresh master canteen bhubaneswar

Please resolve my issue as yesterday morning i went to Reliance Fresh Store (#3 Bhawani Singh Marg, C-Scheme, Jaipur) and i bought several products. Bill Number for same is C4821 #0037 (Time 8:56:35 & Dated 10the June'12). I bought an Itch Guard Cream(15Gram; Batch Number - B0207; Mfg Date - 02/12 and MRP - 38/-) now which as per the Terms & Conditions first of all cannot be exchanged or refunded being a skin care product has been sold to me for Rs.44/- which is Rs.6/- more thean thee Maximum Retail Price(MRP). Can we charge customer more thean thee MRP??? Don't expect theis from a reputed brand like RIL is. Kindly revert and raise my issue to RIL.

Such a huge and reputed store, with all the supplies brought under one roof, but still the administration is very bad.The employees have a duty of giving information, weighing vegetables and billing. but it lacks in all these areas. The employees do not have any idea where the things are kept, the queue keeps on forming but the management is not able to handle the billing . sometimes all the machines stop working at the same time.As a housewife a lot of time is wasted and harassment is faced.
As a loyal customer to your brand could you kindly look into the matter.

I've the worst infrastructure in Reliance Fresh , Sector 17-A, Gurgaon. It's actually a centralized AC Departmental showroom, however in the basemet as well as on the top floor the AC's are not working. The worst experience, which has ruined it's image in my mind is missing of free items with the products. My father purchased Peposdent Germi Check 200g toothpaste from your departmental store. It has a scheme stating Free Complete Clean Tooth Brush worth Rs. 23/-. My father being aged brought the product hoping that the tooth brush will be inside the toothpaste box as it was sealed, however when he opened, the brush was missing. Not only this, yesterday i went to buy some products, however again few free items were missing.

I would appreciate if strict action can be taken or for that matter do a surprise check. you'll see the clear picture..
