On 14 Apr,2012, I purchased Groserry items from this Reliance Fresh Store. While I purchased only 2 Boyyles of Minute Maid Pulpy Orange, I had been chargrd for 4 Bottles.

This I could come to know only After I reached Home.

It is NOT a Complaint for Goods worth Rs 70/- but to bring to the knowledge to other consumers, how the Store people do the manipulations.

RELIANCE FRSH — OVER BILLING OF PURCHASED ITEM

I Have purchased Some items from Reliance fresh, adityapur, jamshedpur. which includes a packet of rice(5 kg) MRP. Rs. 449.00 offer items of the rice were sugar, mustard oil, arwa chawal of Rs. 215.OO, but they charged twice of that item that means they charged Rs. 215 two times i.e. Rs. 430.00 + 449.00 which comes Rs. 879.00 . when WE Came to the store manager Mr. ajit kumar he told us it is the fault of computer. so we can, t do any thing. the bill no. was C1004 Dated 8/04/08
TOtal amount paid was Rs. 2744.00

Tell us how to complain against the irregularity & mentally harrasment of the customer.
how they are running this reliance fresh in this country . god knows

    Last week I bought Reliance fresh Milk D-Life 500 ml two bags. ( @ Rs 14.50/ bag). The milk bag was opened within an hour and heated and both bags milk got spoiled. There seems to be serious problem with storage of milk or temperature maintained.
    Secondly, it takes 20 seconds to pick a product, 10 minutes to prepare weighment , and another 20 minutes to pay the bill. The last one is horrible. Means if i go to buy a pepsi as i am thirsty, I will have to wait for minimum 20 minutes to drink.
    This is regarding Navsari Outlet.

      I have a complaint against a Reliance Fresh outlet at Chander Nagar, Delhi-51. My complaint is that this store is acting as a "Middleman" and is doing the hoarding of the entities sold by the store. Actually this store brings a large amount of stock of all the entities like vegetables, milk products, soft drinks etc. and then sold them to the local shopkeepers and the local vegetable vendors and not to the local residents/consumers. Like for an instance, there cold drinks were available at a cheap rate, so one of the local shopkeeper purchased 150 units of those cold drinks from there and non were left for the local consumers so they have to purchased to cold drinks at the normal price ( not discounted as available on RF).
      Also if vegetables are available at a cheaper price then they are also got purchased by a local vegetable vendor. For an instance once a person ( who is a local vegetable vendor) purchased 25 Kgs of onion from the store at once, leaving nothing for the end user, and later selling it on a quite higher price. There are a lot of similar incidences which occur daily at this store. What i wanted to say from all this is that, this all is adding to black marketing and hoarding of the items by the store which is directly affecting the end consumers, which shouldn't happen. In the end rather than getting the things at a cheaper price the end consumer is forced to buy the things at normal or a higher price (in case of vegetables) which totally defy the whole existence of such retail outlets.

        I had purchased some home need Items / products from Reliance fresh, Viswalakshimi Aecade, Dharwad and bill No. is S02523 dated 08/04/2012 at 14:15. After reaching the home I had verified the product with bill and found some items are charged more than MRP rate. I went to the shop and ask the problem with Shop Manager / In-charge at 19:19 on same day and he told that "it not our mistake and it mistake the of the company we can not solve". Kindly look in to matter and needful action, which is helful not only for me also all costumers.

          Yesterday ( Saturday) on 7th April 2012 I went with my family to Reliance fresh at Vasai Road East- Dist. Thane location. It was hardly 9:15 P.m and it was a week end than too me and my family in fact many other regular customer were not allowed there.
          There were too illiterate and pathetic employees out side the gate named JITENDRA GAIKWAD and JAY BAHADUR SINGH. Both of them were at the entrance and told us that we are ordered not to allow anybody inside. I asked its too early by 9:15 and the normal timings here is up to 10 P.M and again its weekend now. Than too they were in the mood of fighting and started shouting. I asked for manager, they said manager is not there, than i asked who told you to stop customer coming inside ? he said manager, I asked for Manager's number but they were were Rude and started speaking bad words. jitendra gaikwad said I don't care for my Job we are security people and we get many jobs in security... Do whatever you want.

          I want you to please take strict actions with this pathetic people, they just behaved as illiterate people, and speak bad words in front of females.

          Reliance Fresh — Overcharging and Misbehaviour

          I Purchased goods from Reliance Retail outlet in Sector 16 Panchakula on 26 Jun 2009, where 1 item was ICE TRAY for which displayed price was Rs 29, but while billing they were charging Rs 39 on raising issue for the same the billing guy Mr Anil replied I can not help you leave the product or pay Rs 39, further on asking for store incharge to come and talk, the store incharge Mr Harpreet Singh didnt turned up for Half an hour keeping me on wait in queue of billing where Anil was continuesly making bills of other customers, on my asking for store incharge again he replied I dont know my job is to make bills and I am doing the same I am not concerned for your issue.
          At the last after 30 Minutes Mr Harpreet the almighty store incharge turned up and was there with a same reply we cannot help either leave or pay Rs 39, then he gave me a no to talk to Mr Yogesh no was [protected] then on discussion with this guy I had to leave the store without that tray, saying they will rectify and deliver it to my home the next day. Further today is 5th of July and yet the product is not recieved by me.

          How many customer take a note of this thing i.e. displayed price and charged price and over a period this is ragular practise at Reliance stores.

          relience fresh jail road-arrogant gate keeper.at the exit during the course of cheking - gate keeper torn the reciept,when I objected he did goondagardi and behaved rough.after the intervention of store manager we could separate from the goondagardi of chawkidaar.

          I have been a regular customer at reliance fresh for over 5 years now. But consecutively for the third time now, the manager and a male staff at reliance fresh have been abusive and have misbehaved with me. This is certainly not the way a brand in marketing business should conduct with a customer. I have decided i will never go back to reliance outlets(any) ever again and will recommend my family and friends not to go as well.
          they also sell outdated products and i have seen the staff eating fruits and dry fruits sneaking at the corner. One cheap dirty place to shop at.

            I purchased 4-500ml aavin milk packets from reliance fresh at 322 Hemraj Palace GST road on 07/04/2012 at 11.30 AM my bill number is C1928 #0079
            .and my home is located nearby the outlet. as soon as i reached home the packets were refrigerated. first thing is the packets that were stored in the outlet was unclean and ugly too much dirt on the packets. we are buying stuff from a reputed store and packetss look like some thing that is available on roadside. The milk when it was boiled at home all packets spoiled because of the poor refrigeration available at the store. better dont sell goods if you cant maintain the products in good quality . Fresh is only in the name . no staff co ordination no customer service no one to answer the call when called to the number printed in the bill no where we can reach a customer service executive. you are not giving me the things free to me what ever i pay is money i earned its a matter of 62Rs but when u consider the whole of india its a very large scale cheating. nothing is reliable in a reliance.

            Reliance Fresh — Bad quality of milk

            I purchased two packets of Nandini milk from Reliance Fresh, Sampige Road, Malleshwaram on 23.11.10
            at 6.15 PM vide receipt no.C1671 #0152 and kept it on my frig. On 24th morning , when the milk was being boiled, it was found in bad condition.

              I use to do the purchase from your stores but the items on which the offers are given by the company kept in your stores are not supplied to the end users like me it has been dump by your store staff & the same has sold by them to they knowns or reletaives or the near by shopkeers on the higher rate, today i have visited your Jawahar nagar store in which cold drink on which the offer are there are dumped by your store staff & is been sold to the shopkeepers on the offer rate & this has also happen with other items if the same has to be done then no offer advertisment to given by the co as on going there we donot found the items as it has already been dumped by your store staff

              Requesting you to look into the matter as it is effecting your market image in the eyes of end use like me

                I want to bring to your notice about Reliance Fresh outlet at Malviya Nagar. Mostly items on scheme are not available. When u ask the staff you will get a reply that it is out of stock. The scheme is displayed but when u got the billing they will charge you full amount i.e MRP with no scheme on it. When u will enquire they will say that scheme is over on this product. Now when u will say that why you have displayed the scheme on the product. You will get a reply that we have other jobs also to do. this is not the only job and we cant take of so many items and cant remove the offers everytime on every product. Staff has a very rude behaviour. products available are expired. Local shopkeers took away the whole stock of items with good scheme. Like Amul butter with 10/-Rs off is out of stock. Then why the company gave a half page ad in the newspaper.

                reliance fresh — product not available

                I went to reliance fresh (hiranandani estate )thane branch in the first week of feb...the packaged milk from amul was Rs 5 off ...the discount showed that it was on discount till 24th feb ...and day before i went again to pick it up ..there was no such discount.when i asked two disinterested personnel ...they had no clue what i was talking about.they just walked away ...what does a customer feel ??
                will i ever visit he store again ??
                how can a promotion be called off when it is advertised with a date ??
                is anyone from the co reading this and justify and compensate the customer in any way ??????????????????

                  This is to bring to your notice that i visited yesterday i.e 6th of April 2012 at Malviya Nagar Reliance Fresh outlet to buy Coca Cola and Pepse scheme. I found that in front of me a local shop keepers took the whole stock of Coke and pepsi from the store leaving behind not a single piece for the rest of the customers. when i complaint to the billing section i got the reply that we can't help it. Staff there is very rude. Usually the items on the scheme is not available as the whole stock is taken away by the local shopkeepers. Products available are expired. Store Manager is not available to listen to your complaint. horrible service

                    Reliance Fresh Ltd has a departmental store on Pokhran Road - 2, Thane (West ).They are selling packaged product of sugarless cookies "SUGBLIS CHOC COK 200G " ( code no[protected] for Rs 129.00 though the printed price in the package is Rs 126.00 for Maharastra. When pointed out they were ready to refund the excess amount. But they did not change the price even after informing them that this in contradiction to the weights and measurement Act. I purchased one package on 31st March, 12 for which they charged Rs 129 instead of Rs 126. This amounts to cheating the consumer who is ignorant of law or is not very careful while making purchases.
                    Complaints to the company has not yielded any result.

                      I purchased items worth Rs 1230/-from Reliance Fresh Store,Saraidhela Dhanbad.I wanted to make payments through my SBI debit Card but was informed the system was not working .I am a aregular customer of the store and I face this problem repeatedly.At other times at least the staff were polite but today a new staff was at the billing counter and no one was present to take my complaint.The new staff called somebody from inside and he was very rude to me. Finally I returned the items purchased though I could have brought the money from a nearby ATM.I have written my complain in the complaint register,but this would be of no use as it is never attended to.

                        I went to Reliance Fresh outlet at Ambala City on 25 Mar 2012. When I went to the billing counter, the attendant informed that he would accept only Credit Card payment and not by Debit Card. when i asked the reason, he stated that the risk in Debit Card payment was mine? No notice regarding the system was displayed in the shopping outlet. On an earlier occasion also card payment was not being accepted. This puts the customers to great inconvenience, specially in the absence of well displayed notices. in addition the behaviour of the staff is not at all courteous. They continue to receive and make calls on their mobiles while the hapless customer continues to wait in the queue for his turn. A very unprofessional method indeed. Our neighbourhood Kirana Shop gives better experience any day that too at much better prices. I would recommend people to stay away from Reliance Fresh outlets. Sorry Mr Ambani, I am deeply disappointed with your service...

                          Dear readers, I would like to bring it to your notice about what has happened yesterday night at Reliance fresh, near widia school , Bangalore. When entering the store, it is the responsibility of reliance store watch men' to check the hand bags along with other bags that u carry inside the store. When I entered the store, no body checked my handbag., I have done some grocery shopping and with the bill & the groceries I bought, I stepped out of the store., there were 2 watch men standing outside the showroom, I cameout and they checked my handbag and found a face cream which I was using from the past 1 month . They were arguing with me that I have stolen it and kept it in my handbag. I gave the cream for checking the barcode., after their checking is done, they found that the barcode doesnot belong to their store, they have exchanged my cream with new unopened one and they were telling that I have stolen their new facecream and they hided my already opened cream inside themselves. They acted really cheap and wasted my 45 mins time infront of the reliance store. At last when I argued that I have bought the product from so & so shop and so & so date, then they gave me my used cream back and asked simple sorry. The maintenance and the way they behaved was really disappointing and so very disgusting. In my life, I have never faced any situation like this n I dont want any one to waste their time unnecessarily.

                            RELIANCE FRESH, Salarganj Gate near bus stand Panipat.

                            Today the store had a very disappointing issue the details mentioned for the Best Basmati Rice on the display were 399Rs per 5 kgs. but they charged Rs 440 for the same in the bill and on the complaint of the same issue they denied to alter the bill and said that those prices are now revised, i just want to know if the prices were revised than why the Details mentioned on the display was not changed. Just to be-fool the customers.
                            This is a very unprofessional and unethical practice.
                            I hope i would get the answer from the concerned person asap.

                              We are regular customer of reliance fresh. However the bad customer service and arrogant nature of CASH COUNTER NAME KOMAL MAKWANA at your ORNET ARCADE, BODAKDEV STORE has made us forced to think of not dealing with it. Its utter mismanagement at the store. For eg. THERE WAS NO SUFFICIENT BASKET AND NO TROLLY . WE HAVE TO WAIT TILL OTHER CUSTOMER EMPTY IT AND PASS TO US. THERE WAS ONLY THREE billing counters in service when peak customer flow. THE ABOVE LADY NAME KOMAL MAKWANA WAS VERY AROGANT AND DID N0T KNOW TO BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMERS. AND WITHOUT ANY REASON ALSO asking for change despite not needed etc. SHE WERE WEIGHING THE VEGETABLE WITH POLYBAG AND THEN POURE THE SAME IN LOOSE POSITION. AND KEEP EMPTY BEG WITH HERSELF. THE MATTER MAY BE COSIDER TO CONSUMER COURT AS WELL AS WEIGHT DEPARTMENT ALSO TO CHEAT THE PEOPLE. The STAFF is incompetent and needs training in management and how to deal with customer. We hope senior management is listening to this and will take action to protect reliance goodwill.

                                Reliance Fresh has decided to sell its own brands with poor quality control and supply chain.
                                I bought the 200 gram pack of Reliance Dahi and was down with amoebic dyssentery.
                                I do not eat any outside food and the rest of food was shared by others. Dahi was eaten by me only.
                                They are useless.

                                    outlet at Kunnamkulam, Thrissur District, Kerala State –reg.

                                    I am a regular customer of the above mentioned retail outlet since many years. I am mainly depending the above shop for household things and other essential commodities including rice, sugar, milk, etc. I have much pleasure to make shopping from your shops in view of the quality and variety of good available in satisfaction of our taste and aptitude.
                                    However, when I approached the above shop at Kunnamkulam at 6 pm on 13/03/2012 for purchasing some essential commodities, I suffered some bitter experience occurring much humiliation to my dignity and status as mentioned hereunder. At that occasion, there were two billing counters were functioning. At one counter, there was a queue of about 14 customers with bulk items for billing. All were impatiently waiting at that peak hour. At the other counter, there was only one person but with two trolleys full of soft drinks of various brands and size. The billing person intermittently entered some items and then accompanied the customer. This continued for about 25 minutes. I surprised to see that the above customer was a retailer of fruits and soft drinks in the town. He was purchasing the ‘offer items’ of the day allegedly with some tips to the sales persons. I could realize that this was a daily practice in that shop. The sales persons were little interested in the shopping of other majority customers, but all those customers were idling their precious time for the welfare of the retailer who reaps out of the ‘offer items’ of soft drinks. Therefore, desperately, I dropped days purchase from there cursing loss of about 40 precious minutes. You may be pleased to see that this is not the experience expected from the esteemed name of ‘RELIANCE’.
                                    Hope that, the matter is being looked into and remedial action taken to avoid recurrence of such misbehavior/mismanagement in future.

                                    Sir, Im a regular customer of Reliance Fresh Kunnamkulam. I am laid up with an operation of my abdomen and hence unable to travel
                                    that far to buy a months provision. Today i called the Manager and rewuested him to get me a home delivery. He took the list of all my things over the mobile and promised that i would get it home by 8 pm the latest. Now it is past eight and when i ring to enquire, i find no response. This is cheating the customers who have trust in the credibility of such a big outlet as Reliance. Please look into the matter giving importance for humanitarian grounds. im alone at home and find no other way to get organic veggies and fruits from your esteemed outlet.

                                      I am a regular visitor of Reliance Fresh in MVP in Vishakapatnam, most recently on 11th March 2012 I have visited the store to buy some fruits and after paying the bill and while leaving security guard asked for the I promptly showed it to him and after showing the bill some other person beside the security guard(may be hi acquaintance or someone he just knows) accused of stealing an orbit chewing gum and he instead of the security guard started having an argument with me and even he grabbed me by my hand and took me into another room to verify whether I had that orbit chewing gum on me and after finding that I do not have it he just left without even apologizing, I promptly informed the manager about it and asked who the person was and why was security guard was not doing anything while this was happening, he did not offer a proper explanation for it. I asked him, even if the person was somehow linked to the reliance store how can he be behave disrespectfully and in an uncivilized manner with the customers and not in a respectful way. The manager did not respond to my queries and left feigning that he got a call on mobile, how could this happen at a branded store like Reliance. Please look into this matter.

                                      Reliance-Fresh — malpractices in Billing

                                      The reliance-Fresh outlets owned by Reliance Retail Ltd;are adopting crooked tactics in billing.Often,excess amount over the actual prices of the
                                      commodities is billed.The undesirable practice is prevalent in all the `Fresh` outlets in Chennai and more particularly one at 11th Avenue,Ashok Nagar,Chennai-83.Though the fact has been brought to the knowledge of the concerned authorities,no action has been yet taken to arrest the goofy practice.The same practice of over-billing still continues.Will the higher authorities of Reliance Retail Ltd; look into the matter and curb the despicable practices by the employees? Reliance Fresh is losing its image...

                                        Hello.
                                        I used to be a regular customer of Reliance Fresh Departmental Store at Rohtash Nagar and Naveen Shadhra, Delhi-32. What I am suffering nowadays are listed below:
                                        1. The price tag at the shelf is diffrent from the price charged at the counter. Often there are discounts and less price at the shelf. But at the time of billing, it is charged on MRP. Sometimes even more on MRP. e.g. on Dairy Whitener, the price is one or two rupee more than MRP. The emplyees explain by saying that prices of new products have hiked and the system is upgraded accordingly. They could not help.
                                        2. Curds and other perishable products whose labels read clearly to consume within say 10 days, the store people keep them on 50% discount after 30 days. Consumers who are less aware often purchase those on those discounts and the rest is ....
                                        3. Never gives change. They will charge on the multiple of rupee 1 if your bill ends with say 50 paisa. On the contrary, when it is there turn to give change, they will hand u candies even upto 5-6 rupees.
                                        4. No one is there to hear your grievances. Neither, they provide the customer grievance register. If asked, we have to hear unproper languages by the staff.
