Sub: Complaint against misbehavior /mismanagement of personnel in the Reliance Fresh Retail
outlet at Kunnamkulam, Thrissur District, Kerala State –reg.
I am a regular customer of the above mentioned retail outlet since many years. I am mainly depending the above shop for household things and other essential commodities including rice, sugar, milk, etc. I have much pleasure to make shopping from your shops in view of the quality and variety of good available in satisfaction of our taste and aptitude.
However, when I approached the above shop at Kunnamkulam at 6 pm on 13/03/2012 for purchasing some essential commodities, I suffered some bitter experience occurring much humiliation to my dignity and status as mentioned hereunder. At that occasion, there were two billing counters were functioning. At one counter, there was a queue of about 14 customers with bulk items for billing. All were impatiently waiting at that peak hour. At the other counter, there was only one person but with two trolleys full of soft drinks of various brands and size. The billing person intermittently entered some items and then accompanied the customer. This continued for about 25 minutes. I surprised to see that the above customer was a retailer of fruits and soft drinks in the town. He was purchasing the ‘offer items’ of the day allegedly with some tips to the sales persons. I could realize that this was a daily practice in that shop. The sales persons were little interested in the shopping of other majority customers, but all those customers were idling their precious time for the welfare of the retailer who reaps out of the ‘offer items’ of soft drinks. Therefore, desperately, I dropped days purchase from there cursing loss of about 40 precious minutes. You may be pleased to see that this is not the experience expected from the esteemed name of ‘RELIANCE’.
Hope that, the matter is being looked into and remedial action taken to avoid recurrence of such misbehavior/mismanagement in future.

RELIANCE FRSH — OVER BILLING OF PURCHASED ITEM
I Have purchased Some items from Reliance fresh, adityapur, jamshedpur. which includes a packet of rice(5 kg) MRP. Rs. 449.00 offer items of the rice were sugar, mustard oil, arwa chawal of Rs. 215.OO, but they charged twice of that item that means they charged Rs. 215 two times i.e. Rs. 430.00 + 449.00 which comes Rs. 879.00 . when WE Came to the store manager Mr. ajit kumar he told us it is the fault of computer. so we can, t do any thing. the bill no. was C1004 Dated 8/04/08TOtal amount paid was Rs. 2744.00
Tell us how to complain against the irregularity & mentally harrasment of the customer.
how they are running this reliance fresh in this country . god knows
