THIS COMPLAINT AGAINST RELIANCE FRESH (KACHIGUDA BRANCH) HYDERABAD,
WE PURCHASE FROM RELIANCE FRESH Rs. 10 TO 1,000.00 THERE STAFF NO PROVIDING CARRY BAGS AND WE DEMAND THERE CHARGE Rs..3.0 TO 50.00, WHY RELIANCE WAS RUINING IN LOSSES HE ASKING MORE MONEY FOR CARRY BAGS , RELIANCE A VERY REPAPERED COMPANY BUT DOING LIKE A SMALL MAN THING IF RELIANCE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE THE CARRY BAGS THERE CLOSE STORE TILL BAG CAME HE WAS EARNING DOUBLE INCOME , CARRY BAGS PROVIDE A SMALL VENDORS AND RELIANCE IS BIG , WE REQUEST YOU PLEASE PROVIDE CARRY BAGS TO CUSTOMERS DON'T GIVE TROUBLE .

Reliance fresh charges for carry bags, if any customer visits for 1st time and dont know that taking carrybag from reliance result him extra cost

I visited their store in panchkula sec 20 and shop for Rs. 300 products
I paid the bill and took a carrybag at my own, was not aware that they charge for carrybag, when i came outside, security man asked me where is the bill of carrybag ? I replied kya carrybag k bhi paise lagte hain, at this he talked vry rudely and misbehaved with me, i returned back to him his carrybag,

why reliance sell products at discounted price, if they can not give bags, they should stop giving discounts, customer dont visit stores for getting insulted
I am not against charging money in reliance fresh.Atleast they are encouraging using biodegradable bags which costs less and good for the environment.we should also feel responsibility and increase the use of non plastic bags to stop the pollution.The people who visit reliance, more like supermarkets can easily pay that little amount to save the environment.I, as a customer, saves the reliance bags for reuse and use gunny bags for my groceries.

    On 6th Aug 2011 Reliance fresh displayed an full page advertisement in Hindustan Times City regarding various food products available at cheaper rates. However I visited 2 stores at Pusa Road and Desh Bandhu Gupta Road in New delhi but both the stores were bare and not having even half the items advertised, Very misleading and wastage of my time, car fuel and energy as I am a senior citizen. This is third time when it has happened.

    I demand Reliance Fresh and its subsidary companies compensate me for my efforts, petrol and time wasted. I intend to write to the Media on this issue as it tantamounts to misleading and cheating the general public through expensive ads placed in reputed dailies like Hindustan Times.

      This morning I visted Reliance Fresh at Kharghar.I have purchased few items from there. Came to know from
      the product shelf & their Advisement in Hindustantimes that Bournvita 500gm (all Variants) MRP Rs.143 onwards FREE two 5 star Crunchy 38gms worth Rs.30.
      At the Cash Counter the Cashier refuse to give the Free item and charged me Rs.164.00 for the item.I went
      back to the shelf and showed the cashier the offer. He then took Rs.2,00 from me and gave me 1 five star
      crunchy.

      A second bill was produced showing item return -Rs.164 Bournvita 500 grs 146-5star F &N Rs.20.00 and
      charged me Rs.20.00

      Infact they originally took from me Rs.20(included in the bill Rs.164) + Rs.2.00 = Rs,22.00 and gave me a 5 star.

        Dear Sir,
        I encountered a very painful experience at one of Reliance Fresh outlets in Nagpur. I went to buy something from Maneesh Nagar Reliance Fresh were the lady standing before me was doing billing. She kept a mosquito repellent in her basket which was marked under half price category. The person involved in billing simply took that item from the basket saying it is no more under 50% discount category. The white discount label was still there and when asked for explanation, the Manager of this particular branch behaved like an . I am sorry to use this word for him. But, the attitude he showed during whole course o[censored]nhealthy consumer-Store manager conversation is the real matter for worry and the very reason to write you.
        What I feel is that the Store manager should have accepted the mistake done from their end and should have provided the item selected by customer. This was entirely the mistake of the person who kept the item under 50% discount category, The store manager who doesn’t have the ability to defend the mistake done by his staff and the customer who had no guts to ask for the selected item under the category she selected for.
        I came out of the shop with great pain.
        Being a very busy Businessman, it will be difficult for you to discuss this matter with the concerned employee. As a customer, I along with many standing that time at your outlet will never go to the particular branch. It will really not affect you in any manner. But, what you lost yesterday is the fame of your father, the Reliance Group and many customers who will definitely feel cheated while having shopping at any of the Reliance Fresh outlets.

        reliance fresh — Staff Misbehavior

        To-day [protected] morning I visited Isanpur, Maninagar, Ahmedabad branch of Reliance - Fresh to puchase rice.At the counter price difference was found. On complaint Mr. Rakeshbhai Chaturvedi attended. I had showed him the price tag at the rack. But he had tried to show another place of higher price and asked me @ the proof that I had picked it from the low price rack !!!! The manner in which he treated me was quite shocking. I will think hundred times now before I leap into Relince-Fresh next time.
        આજે તા. ૨૬.૦૫.૨૦૧૧ ને ગુરુવારે સવારે ૧૨ વાગ્યે રાધેકીશન, જયમાલા પાસે ઈસંનપૂર ખાતે ખરીદી માટે ગયો. એક ગ્રાહકને રુ. ૧૧૭ ચુકવવાના હતા. તેણે રુ. ૫૦૦ ની નોટ આપી. કેશિયરે તેની પાસે રુ. ૩ માંગ્યા. માથાકૂટ કર્યા પછી તેણે (૫૦૩ - ૧૧૭ = )રુ. ૩૮૬ પરત આપ્યા !!! મારે રુ. ૧૧૫ આપવાના હતા. મેં રુ. ૧૨૦ આપ્યા. મારો હિસાબ પતાવ્યા વિના જ કેશિયરે બીજા ગ્રાહકનું બીલ બનાવવા માંડ્યું. મને પણ રકઝક પછી કચવાતા મને રુ. ૫ પરત કર્યા. બોલો હવે ફરીથી ફ્રેશ થવા જવાય ??
        i have very bad experience at reliance fresh, vasna anjali cross road, ahmedabad
        i am frequently visiting that store, most of time there is huge line but they don't take care to stat billing counter, at 6.30 pm, manager went to eat panipuri instead of long line, when we ask for another billing counter so manger has taken basket from me and start billing of another customer so he could waste my more time, he speaks very roughly. i was shoked about misbehaviour of manager of that store

          We are regularly purchasing in "relaiance fresh".Yesterday we purchased at 3 pm it includes items which has to be refrigiated.We were informed that the goods will be delivered to our house at 8 pm but, the goods were not reached till today evening 6.30pm.At last we went and bought the goods by ourselves.Though we have clearly given our address they are telling that they did not know the address. we spended 100rs for the auto.If the things were not taken by us ,and spoiled ,will you be responsible for it?If we were waiting for the delivery until now,the things will be spoiled,will the campany take care of the goods we bought?Please reply us.

            non receipt of of the free item
            Sir
            I am a regular shopper at your Reliance Fresh Horizon complex , Makarpura ,Vadodara .On the 2nd July 2011 ,I purchased vegetable & other items. My card no [protected] Along with the items bought by me was "New Nutri-licious PAZZTA .Along with this the company was providing Nestee Rs 10.free with this product as indicated on the label. I have Purchased two packets of PAZZTA, against two I got only one packet of Nestee and for second one counter girl wrote Pending-1 on bill no. C7027 #0023.
            How can a product that has to be given free with another product get over without the the original product getting exhausted ???? Do explain to me!!!!, why All free small items are not been given to customers.
            How long do your salesmen expect us to preserve the bill for a free item? . Today exactly one month passed and visited several times but didn’t get pending Nestee & any satisfactory answer.
            It is up to the management to give proper instruction to Incharge for keeping and distribution of free produts. This type of attitude will spoil the image of your reputed business house .Hope to get a reply on the action taken by you on this issue.

            I am a regular shopper at your Reliance Fresh Vasai (east) .The service & the quality of things and the honesty of the staff have shown a downward trend.On the 4th of August 2010 ,I purchased items worth Rs1120.77.My card no is[protected].Along with the items bought by me was"Mr.Muscle--Odour Elimination of 500 ML.Along with this the company was providing Mr.Muscle -kitchen cleaner worth Rs 35.free with this product as indicated on the label.
            .During the billing the person did not give the free item to me.On inquiring I was told that it is not available,How can a product that has to be given free with another product get over without the the original product getting exhausted ????Do explain to me!!!!
            The man at the billing counter wrote at the back of the bill"free Mr.Muscle Kitchen cleaner Rs 35/ free.this is not the first time this has happened!!!! All free small items are not been given to customers like before.
            How long do your salesmen expect us to preserve the bill for a free item? In this busy life do we have time to go back to the shop unless we need to buy the next months grocery?
            It is up to the management to give training to your salesmen on honesty & good manners.They need to be taught how to deal with clients honestly.This type of attitude will spoil the image of your reputed business house.Hope to get a reply on the action taken by you on the erring staff at Reliance Fresh (vasai east).

              Rude staff , was not ready to accept a 500 rs note for purchases made due to non availability of change while the cash box had mre than adequate change for 500 rs , and to compound this the staff had a get lost we don't need any one to answer to, this may be in keeping with the reliance Image but does little to enhance your Brand value. The behavior and attitude of Mr Ravindra Jadhav and Mr Dines Kasbe is unacceptable.

                Two year i filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at Madanmahal,jabalpur, got temporary card(no [protected]), but as of now i had not recd permanent card, spoken to your customer care two month back they confirm the address etc but i had not recd the same, kindly look into the matter and arrange to despatch the same at earlist possible.

                  it takes 10 minutes to purchase items but 30 minutes to get the bill. one has to stand for long to get items billed. all 4 counters never working, only 1 or 2 working, single person on a counter to scan items, put into envelope and take money. salespersons too slow and too insensitive. if a customer has any problem, instead of going to him and helping, they keep on standing and staring from a distance and laugh shamelessly. this happened today on 24.july.2011 with me when one of the packets of verka milk got torn at the counter. instead of helping me out, salespersons shamelessly started laughing.
                  there is no manager or supervisor to check working of salesgirls and salesmen.

                  people working there are shameless, worse than govt. employees

                    i m Dr. mahi mishra i had purchased 10 eggs from reliance fresh on saturday. after i came home i found all of them were rotten. i always have a practice of checking them by keeping them in o bowl of water to my surprise all were floating which indicates they are rotten. but as they appear so good i broke on of it and it was stinking like hell.......not expected from reliance stores. and fresh green veggies are also found in a bad condition.

                      The complaint is regarding the food item i bought today ..i bought a box of Amul Cheese chiplet 500gm. When i picked up a pack it had a cube of cheese missing but then it was perfectly packed with tape. I further researched and found that apparently the cheese box was opened and a cube was taken off and again the box was resealed.
                      I checked 2 boxes ...they had a cube missing each from the side. I finally picked up another box and saw that it seemed to be having all 20 cubes .. so i bought that box. When i came home and opened the box i saw that a cube was missing from the middle which i was not able to see on the shop since i was not allowed to open the box completely.I had just lifted the side of the lid in the box in the shop.
                      This kind of cheating is not acceptable since we are paying for the entire box and for its full value.It seemed that the staff had stolen one cube from each of the box for themselves.
                      i am not sure if all the other items are as " new" as we think they are...probably everything there is either used and resealed and sold or something. i am never going to Reliance fresh again!!

                        reliance fresh customer care services are worst. they dont value the customers. when asked about the reliance one card they told me that it is not available. however when i argued with them about it, god knows from where the forms came. when i asked the manager about it he said the employees were not knowing about it. if the employees were not knowing about it who the [censored] knows about it. we even complained at their customer care desk. but there is no response from their side. reliance company is a fraud and they cheat people. it may be one of the biggest company in the world but i must say its the worst when it comes to customer satisfaction.

                        I am a Reliance Fresh Customer, Sec. 34, Ashoka Enclave Part-I, Faridabad and am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the Reliance Fresh Outlet.

                        a. The quality of vegetables many-a-times is pathetic.. Potatoes are sweet, many seasonal vegetables unavailable and sometimes over ripe.

                        b. Milk is never available even at an earthly hour i.e. 0730 am. While one customer service provider promises it will arrtive at 8, when I went back at 9.30, I was rudely asked to come back at 4.00 pm

                        c. The Executives are extremely ill-mannered. They use foul language, donot know what is kept where and also behave inappropriately with lady customers.

                        d. Billing is another problem here. While 4 billing counters are there.. rarely are more than two operational. Not that there is a shortage of executives, but they are busy chatting away to glory. When asked to open the other counters, they reply stating that they will not do so. If you ask for the store manager, there is no response, nor are they ready to give out Reliance's customer complaint number.

                        e. While Billing, small change is pocketed. It is a common practice round the world to return change, but here even 50 p is pocketted without the customer' permission. An individual customer may not mind, but the fact is how much money a day is misappropriated by the outlet in this manner? Also, if you go on to explain to them, stating that they are atleast supposed to tell you that change is unavailable, they inturn abuse the customer, coining him to be stingy.

                        As a customer, I need not put up with this RIDICULOUS, INAPPROPRIATE behaviour. I hope some action will find place.

                        I do visit Reliance Fresh outlet 1-8 Ganga TRachana, Comm Complex, Ahmedabad-27 ragulary.While going to that outlet I am seing plastice bag given by them was not up to the mark one needs at leat 2 plastic bag to carry otherwise all subji or bought items you will find on road after leaving store
                        Please look after this matter another things there security man dont help to open gate if any got lot of bags in hand

                        I just cam from office and gone to ur sbove store, but sorry to say that Your Sales Man Mr. Rajiv Goswami denied to enter in store at 21.10 PM. I m living at least one KM from ur store.
                        Your staf member do not know that how to care/attend cutomer. you are requested to please immideatly transfer this guy from this store so that no other customer face like this problem, and save ur customers.please there is no time table written in this store.
                        i am also shop keeper but never done like this with my customers.

                        I noticed that the outlet at sector 4, gurgaon, . at the counter after billing the staff drops it from a height into the basket instead keeping it. Many times I told them, , , but no change...Instead of keeping a work table of same level the management had kept the packing area space level down by 3 feet and invariably your billing staff drop every item at-least 2 feet down...Image you spent time in carefully selected the good tomato's or say any other fruit and at the billing place the staff throws it down 2 feet and the fruit is damaged...?? will you buy it...???
                        Respected sir/mam, i m one o[censored]r regular customer used to visit reliance fresh to buy products located at majitha road ,amritsar. But its sorry to say that there is no cleanliness and the staff is really irresponsible. At ur store company provide 4 cash counters bt i never c even 2 of them work at a time. Any time whenever v(custmors) visit v hve to wait in a long q for billing and whenever v used to say that y other counters r nt wrking always same story the counter is out of order or its already written CLOSED. Sir/Mam u hired staff for good service and whenever u visit u will found onle 1-2 guys on service rest r just having fun at back store area. Near ur company store EASYDAY is open and they provide good service and staff is so helpful for customer.

                        So, please i hope u take strict actions to provide better customer service.

                        It is about a product in reliance fresh. There was a product with mrp 60 rs and it was itten that at reliance fresh it will be sold at 30 rs. Then at the billing counter I was charged rs 60 only. Then when I told the person he was like if you want to buy then buy else don't . is that the way to talk to customers. I have membership card also. I asked about the points in membership card. He refused to tell me. Please take an action against these people. What do they think of themselves.                           sir , i have purchesh some item on[protected] (amount 1607.00).
                          That time when the opretor pay bill on line system was fail & he again pay by my credit card .
                          He say that if two time deduct from a/c then i will return u your money . When i check my a/c then i saw that amount of 1607.00 has two time deduct .
                          When i contect to your branch manager he replied that your amount will be retun on[protected] a/c
                          but till date my extra amount not return my a/c.
                          So please my request to you return my amount on my a/c.

                            I have bought 3kg of Amul Milk from the Relience Fresh Store,which has been situated in Beta-1 Greater Noida ,on 28th June 2011.
                            But when it comes to boil,it spoiled frequently.
                            Later when i went to that particular store.Mr.Mulchand Sharma(Store manager),was not able to provide the resolution of my query. In fact ,he's showing me his rude behaviorism too. Staff is not good or neither supportive in the Reliance Fresh Store.

                              Today iam going in ur store reliance fresh in flamez mall.gurdev nagar ludhiana .my boy purchase a woker.then he came back the woker is not properly condition.and iam telleing that go and exchange this .but ur staff member "KESHAV" miss behaved with my boy.and not exchnage the woker.its not 65 rs prob its main thing is miss behave.and the woker is still there he did not return the woker.iam advocate in ludhiana and iam sending u legal notice.pls take action and reply me.otherwise its going to paper and cosumer court.so pls take action asap

                                I am a government officer, working under the Ministry of Science and Technology, CSIR.
                                On 12.6.11 at 8.37:28 I purchased 'PILLSBURRY ATTA' OF 10 Kg packet from RELIANCE FRESH LTD 4&4 A, TAIMOOR NAGAR NFC, DELHI. I opened the packet on 12.6.11 evening and used that atta on 13.6.11 for dinner. While we were sieving the atta we found broken bricks stones and its crushed powder in the same. On 14.6.11 evening I took the atta to RELIANCE FRESH TAIMOOR NAGAR to get it exchanged. The store demands the packet (wrapper) of the PILLSBURY atta, which we had already dumped.
                                I've left the atta, without any reimbursement given to me by the store, in the custody of Mr. SUKHVIR SINGH, Staff (Reliance Fresh) (Id no.[protected]

                                Kindly look into the matter, and provide me with the needful refunds!

                                      Dear Reliance Fresh Management, I had filed one complaint online through this very site with subject titled 'allegation of theft' for action against the supervisory staff of your outlet at IRC, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar. Though the complaint was lodged on the day of incident itself i.e. the 7th June'2011, no response has so far been received from you; such a delay on the matter would send a wrong message to the rowdy staff who can go to any extent to harrass & embaress the genuine customers who dare to point out the deficiencies. I once again request for prompt investigation into my complaint; action against the erring staff and a quick reply for my satisfaction

                                        Dear Reliance Fresh Management, it was a horrifying experience for my family at your outlet at IRC, Nayapalii, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. The fateful day is evening of 7th June'2011. We are a regular customer to this centre for the simple reason that we are also the resident of the same area (IRC, Nayapalli). Of late, the service has been with no concern for the customer. Many a times, when vegetables & other simiar items have been put in the bags and taken to weighing machines, the attendants have very casually told that these machines are out of order resulting in wastage of the time. Quite often, the billing machines don't display the gross amount on the screen for instant information of the customer; shortage of the carry bags is almost a daily feature. These issues have been many a times told to the supervisory staff but they did not pay any heed. In fact, discontentment of the customers vis-a-vis their displeasure by way of genuine arguments with the staff is a every day sight to see. Today also, similar problem of bags & hence, decided to put the complaint in writing. I asked for the complaint register which was very reluctantly given; I lodged the complaint. After completing the shopping & making the payment, while we just stepped out, one person (claiming to be the Security staff) came rushing and said that one OLAY cream(tube) has been stolen by my spouse. It was found in one of the carry bags wherein the billing counter staff had kept the purchased items. It was sheer revengeful action on the part of the RefianceFresh outlet staff; it was just the reaction to the genuine complaint. However, for no fault of ours, we were put to embarressment. I request the management to get the matter investigated; take appropriate action against the staff at fault and improve the service in the outlet., I request the concerned authorities to verify the complaint register and intimate me the action taken at my coordinates mentined with the complaint
