Reliance Fresh — Bad behavior of staff

I have visited Reliance fresh store at June 9th, 2023 at Savitri Nagar, Delhi. I have purchased some household items.
After billing but before packing, I was verifying the items on the cashier's table but she requested to check the items on another table for the convenience of other customers . That time items are in the bucket, not packed.

I have changed the table that is told to be taken. I have requested one of your staff member to assist me in matching the items from the bill. He quickly came and started matching the items in the bucket with the bill. Suddenly, he started shouting at me " Baahar chaliye pehle" . I said why? He shouted in front of all the customers their that 11 items are found but only 10 items are billed. He addressed me as thief in front of all the customers.
My items are not packed .I am inside the store (not outside )to verifying the billing on my end. I have myself ask for the assistance. Your staff member degrade me in front of many people. You can check the CCTV cameras. I have faced defamation without my fault. He told me thief. He insults and disrepute me. I want strong action against him. He (Sanjay) feels no sorry. He said " Kardo complaint".
