[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — Billing done twice, refund initiated once

Address:Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, 560041

Money has been deducted twice and cash also has been paid for a charge of 971.22. Reverse/refund transaction has only been initiated once which should be done twice ideally, since cash is also paid. Kindly look into this matter and revert asap, please.

While the person at billing counter said she couldnt get the card working, the money has been deducted twice.
Kindly ensure it's done correctly. Thanks.
