[Resolved] Reliance Fresh — Billing Executive Misbehavior | |||
A Reliance Fresh located at Samanatarpur, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.The billing executive never provides change. In an recent incident the billing executive asked for change to two of the customers and collected exact change from the customers. My purchases items billed Rs 202. When handed over Rs 500, the billing executive asked for Rs2 which I didn't have. On that he handed me chocolates which I refused to take as I was not interested in buying chocolates. I could see Rs 8 change that were collected from the previous customers kept in the counter . But the billing executive refused to provide the change stating he doesn't have any change.Upon summoning the Manager of the store, the manager recommended the billing executive to return Rs 300. Just when the manager left the billing executive returned Rs 300 and spoke rudely stating that Rs 2 company money which I have taken and impolitely told to bring change next time. I am the customer who wish to buy according to my choice rather than carry change to the store . The customer relation is the crux of the time and must be addressed.
