Reliance Fresh — Billing executive refuses to bill only a single item within store timings | |||
I visited Reliance fresh store at Kothrud, Pune on Paud road near MIT college. I bought only single item and stood in the billing line. As soon as my billing turn came, the billing executive the lady out there told me the counter is closed before checking how many items are there with me to bill. However, there were still 45 mins left as per the store timings. I found this insulting and complained about the same to store manager. While I was talking to store manager the same lady billing executive started talking in between like my time is over, I have to go. This is a very serious issue and action needs to be taken on the persons involved. Was this information helpful? | |||
