[Resolved] Reliance Fresh — Card points are not discounted from the bill though it is deducted from the card | |||
I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh store situated at Grand Mall, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad-380015. I have a RelianceOnce card which they scan for every bill. 1 point(70 paise) is added on purchase of 100 rs. These accumulated points are discounted from the bill whenever customer wants. I have Rs. 303 in my card. I want these rs. to be deducted from my bill(bill amount was Rs. 969.29). The person at the POS told me that I need to check the amt by deducting Rs. 30 first. I said OK. So he deducted Rs. 30 from the bill. Now remaining amount in the card is Rs. 273. He tried to deduct Rs. 273, but server was not responding that time. Meanwhile, that person named Jagdish Chauhan removed the card(process was incomplete) from the machine. Now, there is zero balance(points) in my card and I didn't get discount of Rs. 273.00. I had to pay Rs. 939.29 on that day. Thus, I loss my money(Rs. 273.00). I complained to manager named Dilipsingh of the store at the same time. He took all details of bill and told me that he would call Mumbai office and would make sure that my points will be credited in the card. But still it is not credited.
