Reliance Fresh — cash counter staff

I am a regular customer of reliance fresh at edapazhinji branch, thiruvananthapuram, kerala. I purchased items on 16th tuesday 2019 at the shop and did not have change for 500 rupees. I told the cash counter boy that i do not have change and hence gave him 500 rupees note. He was very rude in behavior and denied me change. He insisted that i pay by card or give lower denominations which i do not have. I insisted that i see the cash counter box whether he had change. He sais he is reserving change for the next customer. I felt really surprised to the fact that i am also a customer and why would he behave so bad. He was definitely giving a false reason.
I would raise this issue to the management for proper action and see that customers are taken care in a proper manner.

Yesterday 21.7.19 i had visited Reliance mart at GMS road Dehradun.i had taken Amul Pasteurised butter (pic is attached. )
But at cash counter product not found in system.I asked to call retail manager he was not available.Then other staff came talked with manager on phone and told me we had given mail to our office long time back but still no action was taken by office that why still product is not showing in system.i came back purchase same from market but it make me very upset and also there was my time loss .This is not first time this is happening frequently in this mart.I am requesting to keep your product stock update in system to avoid in convince to customer.

Amul Gold sell higher than the MRP. One day before I bought less than MRP.
