My name is prabin pal, ph no.-[protected]. Add-lalkuthi barrackpore. I purchased some goods in barrackpore reliance fresh (01/08/2017), Bill no.-116, pos no.-r102, Amount-528.52. I pay the money through my debit card (5196*4634). My first transection showing is faild. But the amount (528.52) debited my account. Transection faild details- Date-01/08/2017, time-05:08:09pm., utid[protected], u. Invoice-032791. Then i pay the amount (528.52) second time. Paying details- Date-01/08/2017, time-17:11:21, batch num-000738, tid[protected], invoice num-002493. There the shopkeeper say me the amount (528.52) reverse my account in 48 hours, but i don't get my money back. So please help me sir get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
