This is to inform you regarding the complaint lodged by me on 27 sept 2019 regarding charging of excess price for the purchase of rice from mrp mentioned on the bag. Complaint id number 2465525.
In this regard it is to inform you that your customer executive called us and ensured us the refund of excess payment but since then there has been no response from your side. We were said to give our account number but your executive didn't tell us on which number we should submit it. Kindly resolve the issue asap.

It's been nearly 10 days we received your last mail but no action from your side has been taken. Kindly take appropriate action ASAP or we will be forced to go to consumer court for our refund of excess money your outlet chraged from MRP.
