Reliance Fresh — Cinerewardz and reliance fresh not receiving movie tickets

I had received movie tickets from Reliance Fresh after purchase of about Rs. 1500 and paying extra Rs. 60 for 2 tickets. As per the offer, I am trying to book the tickets at Cinerewardz but getting failure every time. The email from

Cinerewards says firt as:

We have received your booking information . The booking is being processed and you will receive the booking status 48 hours prior to the show time .
================

But after some time, I received email saying the tickets are not available:
================
Regret, under this promotional offer, the tickets are currently not available, on the days selected. So request you to kindly resend us your booking request on or after 10th Feb 2016.
================

This happened about 4 times and it keeps giving the same reply.

This is a fraud and absolutely a looting for customer!!
