Bring to your kind notice: 24.05.2023/14:39:12, Reliance Fresh store, Velachery : (1) Discrepancy in billing & display rates (2) Non-visibility of billing details at the time of billing (3) Non-availability of store manager to resolve discrepancy (4) Poor customer service at the billing point (5) Delay / distraction at billing caused due to talking / arguments within the store personnel (6) shifting of billing counter in the middle of a billing process - making custumer move from one counter to another, causing unnecessary discomfort (7) Improper rate tagging on clearance sale products - eg. Modern buns (2nos. pac) use by dt 23.05.2023, MRP INR 20/- clearance sale tag 23.05.2023 INR 20/- Customer service at billing is helpless, blaming scanner problem. Informed store manager, who also is helpless, stating same reason.
