even as a incharge of branch not given respect to customers, they are giving unnecessary comments on customer, billing process is also very slow, if any customer asked he had replied "better to ask my superiors"like that unpolitely given answers.Internal controls are very weak, that incharge not having proper respect on customers, he is acting as a layman, so it may be leads to weakness in internal controls and internal check also.so please maintain appropriate persons having prescribed qualifications.
