Reliance Fresh — Delivery and billing

I m very surprised today
in the morning i visisted at reliance mansrover garden
then take all the things around rs of 2500 rs

before taking i asked there for delivery rhey said surely will bw deliver

then at the biling counter very rude behaviour of kajal.

after taking money said why u dnt update me for delivery i said i just told u before biling then she deny for the rude behaved like no sir i dnt say anything

then she go outside and came back and said ok will deliver order but in the evening

she knows that they all item are need me instantly!!
she said u can ask to mr rizwan also

rizwan said ok kr denge sham tak

very bad experience and rude behaviour with the staff

i want apologies from there side not happy at all
