Bought red Banana on 22/9 it didn't ripe. I billed for 699rs, Went to exchange on 27/9 without bill.the store staffs made me wait for few mins and told me to exchange the same product for the same value. The same product red banana wasn't good so I told them I'll exchange for another product of same value. Then they took me to the manager who showed stern faces and told me no we can't exchange. Doesn't know how to talk to customers nd least bothered about customer satisfaction. Action should be taken immediately.
