Reliance Fresh — double payment thru debit card on 20/02/2017 at reliance fresh store mathikere bangalore | |||||
I made debit card payment of rs1451. 17 on 20/02/17 and got sms from bank, but the manager insisted to swip the card second time by assuring that cash payment would be made within a week. Hence another payment of same amount was again made. This double payment is reflected on my bank statement. When contacted the manager he refused to give cash and instead gave a letter to the bank. I presented the letter to bank and verifying with their concerned depth, they confirmed that double payment was made to reliance fresh on 20/02/17. I repeatedly contacted the manager who is reluctant to make the refund. I request to verify the issue with correct txn. Nos. And arrange to refund rs 1451/1 at the earliest. All details are recorded in the computer section of mathikere store by mr ramesh and manager mr vijay.
