Reliance Fresh — Dyu coconut having fungus inside,not returning.

Address:Wagholi, pune

We purchased dry coconut in reliance fresh on 24th November. We opened the 200g pack on 29th and found fully fungus in dry coconut, request to replace the item. but they akng the bill.
Even i asked to provide the duplicate bill, but they denied to replace the item.

I don't know the reason why they deny to replace the item.
