Reliance Fresh — Horrible service | |||||
Date: 1st Jan 2017 Reliance fresh in Nerul has a horrible customer care service. They refused to sell me the products saying that they wont give me the change because my purchase wasnt of Rs. 500 (They do not have any such policy). Is the selling and service of your store that bad that you can't provide your customer with the change of Rsa. 2000? Not only this the staff members named Mahesh and Rakesh and the manager named Hitesh Ouja (not really sure how it is spelled) were awfully rude and disrespectful to me and my friend. This is not the first time this has happened in that store. All of my friends have this complaint from this particular store. Also most of the products on the shelves are expired and mostly the staff dosent really know where the products are shelfed. I hope that these problems will be resolved soon and strict action would be taken Was this information helpful? | |||||

We needed some groceries very urgently and we went to shop before the shop closing time I.e before 10pm but the shop guys denained us to enter inside. I want to know why they have kept that big board outside the shop regarding the shop timings.
