Reliance Fresh — improper billing by staff

The billing procedure is not clearly maintained by staff. While weighing it gives a different amount but while final billing it gives a different amount. Also the staff is quite careless in billing. They had billed a wrong okra worth Rs80 Rs for sopota which was 17 Rs. I paid by paytm but after notifying this mistake they did not provide a appropriate bill and gave in cash in return. Please educate the employees in keeping the systems right.
