I purchaded kvg bamboo chopping board vide reliance fresh bill no.C1846 on 24 jun 2015. After 4 to 5 uses the board it is observed that the manufacturing joints of the same are loose and not fit for further use. I went to reliance fresh on three days back where i purchased it and shown to them.  they had taken photos of the same and told that necessary action will be taken with the authorities concerned. After a lapse of 3 days no intimation from them.

I request your good self to look into the matter and take proper action.
