Reliance Fresh — Kaju katli spoiled before expiry day sold in store

I purchased a box of GRB kaju katli 320gm which was on clearance on 18/11/2024 having expiry date of 23/11/2024, when opened the box all the sweets were spoiled with sticky black fungus inside the box.

How can any body sell a spoiled sweet boxes still having expiry date in future?

Secondly how much would be the pain and effort to take time and raise a complaint and wait for a response. There would be so many individuals who do not know how to raise the complaint, all those people just leave it.

Please I need something to be done against such issues as many times these things keep happening and people ignore to spend time on these issues
