Reliance Fresh — Left purchased product | |||
Hi, I purchased 2 SKIN 123 soap from Reliance Fresh, Uttarahalli Bangalore on 11-Feb-2017 evening. When I am back home, i observed i left out 1 unit of soap out of 2 unit i purchased and billed for. Checked bill, there was no contact number of store/branch manager. Visited next day to store and asked for that missed unit. They told, they would like to review the footage of cctv, but cant review it at this moment as they dont have authority/authorized person to review it. Now again i need to go till mart just for missed unit of Rs.65 !! Negatives from their side, 1. Billing person just billed and least bothered to hand over billed commodity to us. 2. Even after re visiting to store, they either dont believe us nor ready to view cctv footage on that moment. Forcing us to revisit again another day. 3. Security person sealed/marked on bill during exit, but not verified whether we are carrying all the billed units. Was this information helpful? | |||
