This is complaint is regarding mismanagement on the part of company as well as on the staff at santacruz-khiranagar
While standing in queue for minutes and when i asked to redeem the points as i am holder of the card the attendant at the counter is asking me to leave the counter and asking me to go and check at csd for the points.After returning back and asking him for the bill, attendant is asking me to stand in the queue again.
Was it my mistake that your system is outdated at your one outlet. I never felt the same issue at any other outlet like infinity mall or borivali(W).The attendant at the cash counter only checks the point but here the system is so old that we need to move out and check at the csd.
In such big csd there was only one attendant to check for that also we need to stand in queue. Atleast there should be minimum 2person standing out there in such a big mall.
After returning back to csd and asking for customer greivances book the attendant is ignoring me and looking out for other customers at the counter.
This was an insult from the comapny staff.
This is how you train your staff when any customer has any greviance.
Form next time onwards before visiting any outlet of your brand i need to think and even inform others regarding such attitude of the employees. Was this information helpful? |
