Reliance Fresh — no queue system

There has to be a queue system while billing. But the employees are reluctant towards the customer problem. And they themselves do not go according to the queue. I have been noticing this since the past couple of months. I tried to talk about this problem with the employees but they are unwilling to work upon it. It is my humble request to consider my plea and get the staff disciplined
