Staff id number ms. Megna patgar 60480268 ms. Ranjitha 60490317 ms. Aswini i went to reliance fresh, yelahanka new town branch, bangalore for shopping on 14/06/2019. I asked for 2 bottles of flavoured milk to be kept in the fridge for drinking at the end of shopping. Ms. Megna patgar kept the milk bottles on the floor in spite of our request. They spoke only in kannada and refused to talk in hindi or english. They were making fun o[censored]s and refused to give complaint book. Only after the arrival of the manager i lodged the complaint in the book.Keeping the milk bottles on the floor, making fun of senior citizens, refusal to give complaint book are all highly insulting, causing tension and waste of time to customers. Other problems - 1 absence of cooperation and guidance by the staff in locating the products 2 prices given on the shelves and the computer prices are different 3 double counting and incorrect billing 4 reward points and discounts should be given by the computer at the cash counters. 5 provide proper training to staff kindly take necessary action in this regard Was this information helpful? | |||
