Reliance Fresh — not getting your help line number

I have a reliance fresh card since one year. Unfortunately card is misplaced. I wanted to know the serial number of the card so that duplicate card can be issued. But I am not getting your help line number.[protected] is not in service and another number[protected] is continuously engaged.
