Reliance Fresh — Payment debited still receipt and material order was not given and loose attitude of employees | |||
This is regarding the loose and care less attitude of the staff and manager in reliance fresh, i ordered the foodstuff of 614.56rs and made the payment via the debit card, while the amount got debited from my account the receipts was not given to me and I was made to wait for hours in the billing counter, the staff and the manager were extremely careless rude and had lots of audacity. the manager did not accept the technical fault and kept on giving excuses and said it happens with all the customer. I had to wait for hours and had to fight for getting my bill reversed. this is waste of time and money and indeed a very bad experience as customer. the staff and manager are not aware of fixing and were not ready to accept their technical faults which caused me suffering as a customer. I want this concern to be fixed on immediate basis as this kind of behavior is not acceptable Was this information helpful? | |||
